*Done!* 💪💪🐆🌵 Did this for *14 days* (total 16 as I took 2 rest days) *along with Mr. London's Fupa Challenge.* *RESULTS:* -My back has gained some muscle and is considerably toned up. -Lost quite a bit of Fupa too. -Arms have strengthened and lost some flab there. -Legs too have become stronger, my cellulite reduced as well which is great. Overall, very happy and thankful for these workouts. *Thank you, Mr. London.* P.s. don't be hard on yourself, go at your own pace and take rest days as you have to. i’ve been doing this workout and the waist workout for the past 2 weeks and omg, a HUGE difference . My waist area and stomach fat is so hard to get rid of but this is the first time in a long time that i’ve seen my waist really shrink. ( i also do want to mention how i use a plastic wrap around my stomach. )

Mr. London is THE TRUUUUTH. I've legit lost SO MUCH! Went from size XL to L and can fit some M in shirts. Pants went from 13 to a 10! In just two months 😭 It was hard asf, but day 3 I was ready to kick the workouts ass.
Day 1: I threw up after 😂 BUT, I wasn’t taking the breaks in between. Couldn’t stay up during the plank kept dropping Day 2: I took the breaks in between workouts today and held plank for 50 seconds. Felt a little better after! Day 3: no nausea, held the entire plank today!!!

Lemme just say, this workout really works. I’m using it differently ( at the end of my back days ) and it’s been instrumental in seeing improvements in a really stubborn area of my back. 10/20 would recommend trying this if you’re inclined! I began this today and I’m going to update my results here every day for two weeks! I just completed it there and I’m defintely sweating and feeling good after it. I wanted to do it twice just because I really wanted to push myself but I’m going to do it once everyday and be honest with my results after. 👍. DAY ONE~ sweating and feeling good after it. I will be starting tomorrow. I'm in the toning stage at this point. I used to weigh 298lbs. I'm now 195.3 as of today. I don't eat any meat or dairy so my diet is clean, I drink plenty of water and I came across your videos while browsing and I believe these workouts with cardio included will do the trick for the areas that still need a little work. I began this today and I’m going to update my results here every day for two weeks! I just completed it there and I’m defintely sweating and feeling good after it. I wanted to do it twice just because I really wanted to push myself but I’m going to do it once everyday and be honest with my results after. 👍. DAY ONE~ sweating and feeling good after it. Wasn’t too difficult it was defintely doable so it will be great if your a beginner! ❤️

Still the best unbig your back workout to this day! Idk why you get so much hate from the women on Instagram. I do this specific workout daily or very other day some weeks. It’s so effective

I will be starting tomorrow. I'm in the toning stage at this point. I used to weigh 298lbs. I'm now 195.3 as of today. I don't eat any meat or dairy so my diet is clean, I drink plenty of water and I came across your videos while browsing and I believe these workouts with cardio included will do the trick for the areas that still need a little work. My goal is a solid 165 to 170 at the most. I'm ready 💪🏾🔥🔥🔥

Just started doing this workout and it seems like a good workout but he transitions to the next move without telling you. If I’m supposed to keep my eyes on the screen while doing a hip dip that’s bad formation right?😅 He does a voice over to give motivation so at least also talk about the next move that’s coming up. Just giving an observation and room for improvement. Thanks for the workout!
