I mocked God and Jesus for years and found that, when I was finally broken enough to truly turn to Jesus, He was there. Jesus never gave up on me, no matter how many times I cursed him or did bad things. Since I accepted Christ as my Savior, I have been freed of the bondage of drug addiction. I want to devote my life to discipleship and get involved with the Ministry. All Glory to God and Jesus Christ.
According to Christianity, this powerful man God of yours was humiliated, whipped and despite praying to himself to save himself from his creation, asked why he had foresaken himself before dying.. little testimony here! im a brazilian christian so obviously me and my family dont celebrate carnival, since its a pagan holiday (which also romantizes lust), but since we had free days we decided to plan a trip. While we were planning literally nothing was working, we werent able to get any house by a good price that would fit everyone, and my friends's family that were going to couldnt made it, so eventually we gave up, and honestly i thought i would be sad about not going to the beach, cause i really like seeing the sea, but i really didnt want to go. Some days later we find out that the exact place we were going completely flooded. God really did save us!
I am an alcoholic, but I have turned to Jesus and prayed for him to help me .And I haven't had a beer in 4 months. I was angry,bitter,I hated my life and the world and everything in it.I can remember being drunk one night and kneeled on the floor and begged cried and pleaded for God to take my life that night.And he didn't, because he knew he had a plan for my life.Praise God and thank you so much for saving me

Same here. I had prayed, but nothing seemed to happen, but then the habit of buying booze just vanished. This was a year ago and I have had no alcohol since. Praise to Jesus!

Brazilian Christian here. The people who suffered with the flood (which happens far too often in Brazil) had NOTHING to do with that abominable Carnaval parade. But if you want an interesting turn of events, the workshop where that precise group creates all their props and costumes for Carnival caught fire and was burned to the ground.

However, wool and linen would have been the primary options for the ancient Israelite when it came to making thread for weaving. Woolen thread would have been made from the hair of a sheep or goat, although today it is made from a variety of other animals as well (llamas, alpacas, etc.). Linen was made from fibers contained in the stalk of the flax plant (see Joshua 2:6). There is no evidence that ancient Israel cultivated cotton, and of course they did not have synthetics like nylon or polyester. Thus, we can assume that wool and linen are in view in the Leviticus passage, even though the materials are not specifically stated. Good try but not good enough.

If Jesus didn’t want to be Sacrificed, Jesus wouldn’t have come down to Earth in human form, to begin with.

Keep fighting brother. Being a follower of Christ is not easy. It's a battle everyday until you fully submit to him. And even if submit to him, the battle keeps going until He comes back. Just keeping fighting to do the right thing, God doesn't expect you to live a perfect life, but is only asking of you to keep trying.
You can't fight sin from your life by focussing on sin. Refocus, renew your mind to God's love for you rather than your love for Him and sin will just diminish from your life.

I notice that when I’m out in public, I can hear lots of people using the Lord’s name in vain, and yes it’s older folks, but it’s mainly our younger generations. It’s so sad bc I’ve seen as young as 4 or 5 years old using it and most of their vocabulary are curse words. It breaks my heart that these children have no guidance, and then you have others that are laughing at them bc they think it’s funny.

They never talk about the devout people dying horribly and painfully from all manner of diseases. I brlieve it is not vengeance. It is curses. By law of attraction. People that are negative will attract more negative energy. When they proclaim themselves as anti christianity they unkowingly make themselves a target for everyone of that religion. When people strongly believe in or wish for something, that universal energy will eventually manifest in reality. But manifesting something into reality can be dangerous and can come at a high price because there must always be a balance. A good exemple is when wishing harm upon others, it will also open up yourself to harm. Which is what we are seeing in these clips. If you believe you will be harmed, if you believe you ate or drank poison, if you believe something so much that can effect your body... it often happens. Your body reacts to your emotions, your feelings, your inner desires. If you feel like you've injured yourself, your body reacts. In the end, a human can harm themselves, the most. Especially if deep down, we want ourselves to be harmed. Or even if someone wishes harm to us. Studies and actions, stories that prove true, show humans do have a sort of psychic like affinity. But it isn't like movies. It's subtle, and like transferring negative energies. We can literally WILL a plant to die. By sheer negative rage and hatred alone. If concentrated and done regularly enough. Than being encouraging and wishing good will to a plant. Without watering the plant or giving it much sun, the negativity afflicted plant dies earlier. More often than not. So we can sort of deliver a smite thee with collective thought, most likely. That much energy from the mind, can cause subtle things to happen. If someone wants to go off science rather than religious mythos and bible passages. Either way, one does not mock god, one does mock religion, one must learn respect, and have a sense of morality. Deep down I know that so long as you respect, and show understanding, you will not suffer bad consequences. As in real life, you mock a person, they often punch you across the face. The same applies to animals. Mock them, they strike back. You do not mock someone and not expect retaliation, it's just basic common sense. Besides, why be hostile? There's far more greater things in life to be angry about. Better channel that anger into something more productive. Not to mention, even if someone doesn't agree with worshipping god, why mock those who do? Religion created morality, wisdom came from god's will. Even if you argue as an atheist that god doesn't exist. Well, I believe god does. Something, out there, exists. Be it god or some other entity. Something exists. Something out there listens. I pray to god for rain, to keep my gardens watered, and that the lord protect my family. I'd always say to people, who don't believe in god, "If god didn't exist, then you wouldn't have a sense of morality." God made the first laws, for it was those commandments from the first religions, that built our first civilizations. It was by God's will do we exist. Because without god, without the guidance god gave the people, we wouldn't even have morals, much less laws, which meant we wouldn't have organized civilization, merely splintered tribal societies. Or we'd lack laws that maintain order, and you know, not have people rob their neighbors or murder. Rape is seen as vile, because those morals and sense of law originate from religious values set forth by God's commandments. People can say all they want, but good people, follow these moral guides set forth by god. Even atheists, have to admit that. Because morality wasn't born from atheists. Who at the ancient era only stole and murdered, pillaged, plundered. Without fear of consequences. And truth be told, God no doubt exists, or at least the concept of karma exists to those unwilling. Consequences exist, everything we do, has consequences. Good or bad depending what we do. There are consequences.

I wrestle with god but my faith will never wither. Jesus answered my plee for help, the only time i asked for help was the time it mattered and i truly needed him. Within 24 hours my life changed and i wasn’t stuck in a hell my dad created during his crack/fentanyl addiction. I still struggle with alot of things and honestly im scared to ask for help again because of how quickly my prayer was answered. Someone told me this awhile ago and it stuck with me “Jesus is always there, when you wake up or go to sleep he’s sitting at the end of your bed waiting for you to talk to him” Its so true its not even funny…
@TammyBistarkey, that's great. May I ask how you use that gift? I'm wondering because when I was younger, a pastor's wife told me ,I had that gift in addition to 3x the empathy as others. It's a bit scary to look into some people's eyes and see EVIL! Also, feeling others' hatred or L❤VE emanating from their body is often overwhelming. There was a time when God/Jesus never entered my mind. I was literally spiritually blind. Then I made a very grave choice. I saw my depravity. When I confessed my sins, repented - committing to follow Jesus as Lord and obey His loving commands, he forgave me. Now my thoughts of God/Jesus are constant. I look the same but my heart and my actions are new and better!
When I hear someone mock God, there is a rage inside of me. I know I should forgive but it makes me so mad! Knowing what He has done in my life for me, despite what I deserve! I just have to remind myself of God’s word, He says, “vengeance is mine, I will repay.” And also there is a verse that says, “The Lord laughs at the wicked, for He knows their day is coming.” Repent now, before it’s too late.

little testimony here! im a brazilian christian so obviously me and my family dont celebrate carnival, since its a pagan holiday (which also romantizes lust), but since we had free days we decided to plan a trip. While we were planning literally nothing was working, we werent able to get any house by a good price that would fit everyone, and my friends's family that were going to couldnt made it, so eventually we gave up, and honestly i thought i would be sad about not going to the beach, cause i really like seeing the sea, but i really didnt want to go. Some days later we find out that the exact place we were going completely flooded. God really did save us!

There is no evidence that ancient Israel cultivated cotton, and of course they did not have synthetics like nylon or polyester. Thus, we can assume that wool and linen are in view in the Leviticus passage, even though the materials are not specifically stated.

If Jesus didn’t want to be Sacrificed, Jesus wouldn’t have come down to Earth in human form, to begin with.

I notice that when I’m out in public, I can hear lots of people using the Lord’s name in vain, and yes it’s older folks, but it’s mainly our younger generations. It’s so sad bc I’ve seen as young as 4 or 5 years old using it and most of their vocabulary are curse words. I brlieve it is not vengeance. It is curses. By law of attraction. People that are negative will attract more negative energy. When they proclaim themselves as anti christianity they unkowingly make themselves a target for everyone of that religion. When people strongly believe in or wish for something, that universal energy will eventually manifest in reality.
But manifesting something into reality can be dangerous and can come at a high price because there must always be a balance. A good exemple is when wishing harm upon others, it will also open up yourself to harm. Which is what we are seeing in these clips.

If you believe you will be harmed, if you believe you ate or drank poison, if you believe something so much that can effect your body... it often happens. Your body reacts to your emotions, your feelings, your inner desires. If you feel like you've injured yourself, your body reacts. In the end, a human can harm themselves, the most. Especially if deep down, we want ourselves to be harmed. Or even if someone wishes harm to us. Studies and actions, stories that prove true, show humans do have a sort of psychic like affinity. But it isn't like movies. It's subtle, and like transferring negative energies. We can literally WILL a plant to die. By sheer negative rage and hatred alone. If concentrated and done regularly enough. Than being encouraging and wishing good will to a plant. Without watering the plant or giving it much sun, the negativity afflicted plant dies earlier. More often than not.
So we can sort of deliver a smite thee with collective thought, most likely. That much energy from the mind, can cause subtle things to happen. If someone wants to go off science rather than religious mythos and bible passages. Either way, one does not mock god, one does mock religion, one must learn respect, and have a sense of morality. Deep down I know that so long as you respect, and show understanding, you will not suffer bad consequences. As in real life, you mock a person, they often punch you across the face. The same applies to animals. Mock them, they strike back.
You do not mock someone and not expect retaliation, it's just basic common sense. Besides, why be hostile? There's far more greater things in life to be angry about. Better channel that anger into something more productive. Not to mention, even if someone doesn't agree with worshipping god, why mock those who do? Religion created morality, wisdom came from god's will. Even if you argue as an atheist that god doesn't exist. Well, I believe god does. Something, out there, exists. Be it god or some other entity. Something exists. Something out there listens.
I pray to god for rain, to keep my gardens watered, and that the lord protect my family. I'd always say to people, who don't believe in god, "If god didn't exist, then you wouldn't have a sense of morality." God made the first laws, for it was those commandments from the first religions, that built our first civilizations. It was by God's will do we exist. Because without god, without the guidance god gave the people, we wouldn't even have morals, much less laws, which meant we wouldn't have organized civilization, merely splintered tribal societies. Or we'd lack laws that maintain order, and you know, not have people rob their neighbors or murder. Rape is seen as vile, because those morals and sense of law originate from religious values set forth by God's commandments.
People can say all they want, but good people, follow these moral guides set forth by god. Even atheists, have to admit that. Because morality wasn't born from atheists. Who at the ancient era only stole and murdered, pillaged, plundered. Without fear of consequences. And truth be told, God no doubt exists, or at least the concept of karma exists to those unwilling. Consequences exist, everything we do, has consequences. Good or bad depending what we do. There are consequences.

It's usually super personal. I've seen it happen. A guy I know said he didn't need God and he could succeed alone. Shortly after he got good poisoning and he permanently became lactose intolerant. He knew better too.

Maybe if you were a famous person with a lot of weight on you and something you said would destroy millions of people, then possibly. But I don't think God is quick to anger. I think if God punishes someone, they've been asking for it for a long time.

I honestly never thought I’d watch something like this to the end. Glad I did! Your message gave me chills with a sense of everything will be ok.
There was a time when God/Jesus never entered my mind. I was literally spiritually blind. Then I made a very grave choice. I saw my depravity. When I confessed my sins, repented - committing to follow Jesus as Lord and obey His loving commands, he forgave me. Now my thoughts of God/Jesus are constant. I look the same but my heart and my actions are new and better!
When I hear someone mock God, there is a rage inside of me. I know I should forgive but it makes me so mad! Knowing what He has done in my life for me, despite what I deserve! I just have to remind myself of God’s word, He says, “vengeance is mine, I will repay.” And also there is a verse that says, “The Lord laughs at the wicked, for He knows their day is coming.” Repent now, before it’s too late.
It's very difficult, I know. What helps is knowing that the extent to which we forgive is the extent to which WE are forgiven.

I wish they can put a permanent ban on Hollywood for making religious jokes or using the Lord's name in vain. Not just because it's wrong, but to save themselves in the long run.

There already is a ban on these things. Thou shalt not take the Lord your Gods name in vain. It's the command of God Himself. Trouble is, nobody listens. We all turn our back on God until, by the working of the Holy Spirit, we are drawn to Him and repent from our sins and receive Christ as our Saviour.

All God wants is for us to realize the precious gift of salvation from all sins. The second you come to Him, you will find peace, happiness. God would not punish those that don’t need punishing unless He wants to teach us a lesson. Every lesson God gives us is just the right amount of disciplinship for us, it would never be something we can’t handle because God knows our limits. I used to have an addiction that was really hard to stop but finally I did only because I have God helping me, holding my hand 😊 it truly feels so nice to not worry about anything that’s happening in the world because I know that all that happens is Gods will and I humbly accept His plan no matter what it may be because He knows EVERYTHING that is to come. So no matter how uglier the world gets, I have hope in my heart for helping others find Him but also peace because I know that no matter what happens, God will be close with me. God wants us to have a relationship with Him. Throughout the day, I constantly say little prayers
