Recently noticed that I needed to start working on my back because of the bad position of my shoulders rotated forward (I'm a software engineer), I spend long time at the desk and by increasing the strength in my chest makes it even worse, As I'm working all day and don't have much time during the week, this is just perfect. It's amazing how you always have the right video, thanks Chris.

Chris, each complex has a heading "every morning", but each morning you can do only one complex for a particular muscle group... how to combine a complex of exercises for the abdominal muscles, for the back muscles, for the arm muscles... and there are also legs... I just started (after removed a large part of my shoulder blade on one side because of sarcoma) and I do 10 abdominal exercises three days (in week) in the morning to remove my belly (which has noticeably grown over the past few years that I could not do anything). And one moning - running.then again three days of abdominal exercises, then a day of running

This is fine if you start lifting, but for people with some level of fitness it just doesn't make sense. Most exercises will have 500 reps in reserve, because training with a timer for strength and muscle building just doesn't make any sense. These kind of crossfit circuits are good for building basic athletics and some endurance but don't expect this to work very far into your fitness journey. Keep pushing it guys!!
You gotta mind the audience. Not everyone here is young, stupid, healthy, in his 20s, and wants to lift. A lot might not be sure whether they even want to exercise regularly. Some might have conditions. Some might need years to get to the "basic" level, with not much hope of them going past it. Some might even snap even from considering a basic diet. Some are above 50 or 60 with little to no gym training. The idea is to convince them into investing in a gym alternative. Being ambitious about spreading fitness culture means dealing with these sorts of people day and night.

I've gotta ask, I'm going through a bit of a spell at the moment where I'm finding it hard to isolate time for working out, so short, targeted workouts is appealing for me. Is this effective? Can I do reps of the whole routine? I'm looking at sorting out a routine with Core - Arms/Legs - Back/Shoulders - Core - Arms/Legs - Back/Shoulders - Rest. I've got access to a incline/decline bench, several sizes of dumbbells, a couple of kettlebells, a barbell and plates. If people can attest to this being effective I'll add it to the list. Sitting at 98 kilograms right now (at just over six foot) and I want to achieve lean, functional muscle (not outright bulk). 👍🏻

Chris, you literally saved me man. In 2020 i was overweight , ate like shit, and couldn’t even do 1 pushup. I wondered what it was like to be fit. I discovered the how to do a pushup video by you and man…….i gotta say that video got me into fitness. I started to train consistently and now I built a solid physique just from calisthenics alone. So thank you man❤
