Man, I always coem back to watch John’s videos to keep on track of my workouts. Big thanks to whoever is keeping this channel running. John Meadow was an absolute gift to us. Rest in heavenly peace, MountainDog1. ❤️🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏
I will never Forget. John and I commented back and forth for 30 minutes before. And that impressed the hell out of me. He took the time to do that with a nobody showed me, he just liked people. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 God bless the Meadows family. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Unfortunately I found John's chanel after his passing, but I've been devouring all of his content. This is my go to channel for all of my workout content. He give excellent instruction, advise, and his knowledge is unmatched. No one I've watched (and I've watched a lot!) explain movement and lifting like John did. Thank you John! 🙏💪
I just turned 40 and discovered my love for weight training..and just wanted to say thank you so much for these educational videos these videos have literally changed my life I'm in the best shape I've ever been 💗👍 much love
All these "science/study" videos on hypertrophy but still I find Meadows about the most useful on the net. Just great knowledge and experience presented very direct.
Those dumbbell rear delt flys with your head supported on the back of an incline bench... oh man. Then the swings after you’re fatigued. It’s humbling when you’re giving it your all and still can’t manage more than a few inches ROM
See you in Heaven John!! thank you to the Meadows family for continuing his legacy and wealth of knowledge. My clients, colleagues and I continue to learn from John's shared passion daily!
I have a question to ask you amazing human beings who still tune in to John's videos to this day. Currently I'm trying to put together a ppl split and just wanted to ask y'all do you personally train rear delts on your pull day with back and traps or your push day with shoulders? Appreciate any advice you can share with me.

Agree, clear and concise advice that is easy to follow. No rabbit hole of science and split variations that just drives you confused in the end.
I appreciate the mountaindog1 bodybuilding video, they are very educational and timeless.
What you should do is also post this content on RUMBLE.

Thanks John 🙏🏾. Those hanging swings are no joke 🙌🏾. RIP🙏🏾
0:25 my fav way to do these is with rings/trexes. The resistance curve is awesome

amazing video
Love it
Video already on your channel
Ruhe in Frieden. Wir vermissen dich. 🙋♂️👍👍💪💪
are these subtitles auto-generated? Please turn them off, they almost never fit, plus John talks in such a clear and concise manner anyway.
Not everybody is a native English speaker :) Subtitles make these videos accessible to many more people
Respect 🙏 legend.
Man, I miss this guy
man i miss John so much
I never felt my rear delts with reverse flys until I started doing face pulls.
Still passing the wisdom💪👏💪💪
it's weird how the good people always dies sooner, RIP jhon and also joe linder they were legends.
Miss His Knowledge RIP Big Dog!
He is the 2pac of bodybuilding
🙏
Sounds great but idt I have rear delts to squeeze, they're not where they're supposed to be.
You won't have rear delts until you build them my friend. If you can't feel them working, try resistance bands. Pull aparts will light them up.
They broke the mold when they made John...
R.I.P my friend
I think of mountain dog every time I’m doing delts
Funny, I tune in and watch, and for a minute or two I forget he’s passed. It’s still sad when the realization returns.
Rip dog. You’re missed
whenevr John says "and thats fine" "And thats okay" I just know everything is okay.
You seem chill
Rip King

The thing I love about john meadows is that he cuts all the bullshit out. The fitness industry is more full of shit now than it ever has been.
