Gary , you are the FIRST AND ONLY PERSON THAT I HAVE INTERACTED WITH WHO EXPLAINS EXACTLY HOW TO PERFORM AN EXERCISE CORRECTLY AND WHY YOU SHOULD DO THE EXERCISE IN A SPECIFIC MANNER. The best weight training exercise video that I have ever seen. I'm 62 , waiting for shoulder surgery due to a severe dislocation. I can do these exercises only because of the way you explained how and what I should be thinking about when I perform them correctly. GREAT , GREAT , VIDEO !!!!
Hi, Gary. Have you set up any Tricon versions of these exercises? I have found your other Tricon exercises to work very well for me in avoiding injuries and the shoulders seem to be more vulnerable than many other areas. Thanks very much for the work you do!
59 and go to gym every day,rotator cuff tendon gone left shoulder no op ,just hammer rope curls ,hammer front delt light hold at top raises,and preacher hammer curls pull arm into socket ,hold at top,toned bicep muscles and front delt fixes socket without an operation
I don't understand why people say " lift lighter if older to avoid injuries " then those same people say " train to or at failure to get muscle growth " which will be risky for older guys joints!! 💪🤔🙏
Just got back to the gym after a layoff of 20 something years. In last year got multiple operations on back, hips and knee. At 67 tell me about fragility.
65, got the shoulders of a 90 year old man! Overhead presses of any kind, forgetaboutit! Face Pulls, been doing for years, what else can a guy do when he's got bone on bone shoulder joints???

I LOVE the dumbell exercises because I lift at home. Please more dumbell stuff!!!

Gary you actually didn’t do the 3 count on the way down on the side lateral exercise. Should we do that on all reps?

Just began training upper body again today, carefully. ...after 3 weeks off to heal. At 60 now and the body is so fragile. Not fun.

If you don’t have access to cables, is there another exercise replacing the face pull with dumbbells or kettlebells..?
A good set of bands works great, that’s what I use as I train at home. These guys don’t answer questions, they want you to buy their programs
