As always Gary, super informative. I love warming up on the Peck Deck, then moving to one of the machine press units. I've just about given up on DB's and totally stay away from BB's. Once in awhile, I'll hit the Smith Machine for Chest Incline and/or Seated Shoulder Press. Fortunately, I go to a gym that has several options to choose from.
Just do exactly the same things and reduce your bodyfat % You may get away with a bit less intensity but to get firm or grow muscle you basically do the same things

I been exercise since grade school started lifting weights at 13 years old I’m 51 now the only chest workout I do is the barbell bench press 😅
When working chest I like the 3 cable exercises but I still do push ups
