Hey Mark, I 've remembered this statement from Joe Weider "Eat for function rather than taste." You're right in saying that the majority of us don't like things that do not taste good. I've been guilty of this myself. Great video , keep 'em coming.

Veggies are great! I eat veggies every day and love them! Raw or cooked - I like them both ways. I know many men who are the same way. You need to stop projecting your personal dislikes onto the rest of us Mark.

Thank you for talking about light weight and drop sets . Because of disability I can’t lift over 25 lbs but I do slow long drop sets , with light weight and have had great results. I can’t push intensity so I push volume and time under tension

I'm 52. Barbell training is my preference. Strength is more important than aesthetics, imo.

Greetings I just hit my mid-50s and have been using 25-35-pound dumbbells since 2023. I would like to know what resistance band brand you use. That way, I can match the color based on your videos to gauge which weight to strive for. Thank you for the excellent content and the inspiration to get it right!

Roast and/or air fry the cauliflower to make them taste good. Use Buffalo sauce and spices to make them next level...

Yep. Some spices can make all the difference and might have other benefits--turmeric, cayenne, garlic, cumin, etc.

I just mix the testogreens with my optimum nutrician double rich chocolate protein. It’s good that way too.

The part about trying the Testogreens being the easiest is the hardest for me due to the cost. Finances are terrible so that part is out.

Realistically, all you have to do is cut up veggies, brush with olive oil, salt & pepper them and roast on a baking tray @ 400 for 30 min. Put some tofu or tempeh on there for protein. Simple, easy, delicious and healthy. Do some exercises, draw, write, play something on the guitar or take a shower or whatever while they're roasting. Ya know, enjoy life is all I mean. Clean up is also super quick and easy. Thanks for all the great workout tips!
