    इधर जितने भी भी नेगेटिव्ह कंमेंट है जो exercise कर रहे है और कुछ फरक नही पड रहा ऐसा जो कह रहे है वो लोग excercise करने के बाद ठुस ठुस के खाना खा रहे है | इसलिये result नही मिल रहा है | उनकी अवस्था इधर उधर घुमने वाले सांड जैसी है जो घुमता तो बहोत है मगर दिन भर घास ठुसता रहता है, परिणाम कुछ फरक ही नही पडता |
