    Weight: 67.4 kg

    And i don't want to share my age ❤
    But this is how the first workout went: i definetly feel burn and i thought this was very hard.
    Day 2:
    It was surprisingly easier, and i thought it was much easier! Come back for day 3! ❤❤❤

    Привет из России.я тоже Наташа.2неоперабельные рояснично-крестцовые грыжи.Очень больно стоять,ходить,сидеть,и даже долго лежать на спине.Сильная одышка даже при эмоциональных нагрузках!,Но увидела и попробовала этот комплекс.Сбылась моя мечта-лежать на кровати и худеть!+релакс от музыки!Спасибо!

    I was pretty slim, 115 for all my life since 3rd grade, but as soon as I hit 25 I started gaining weight, eep! I'm 130 now. --and It Really started to scare me.
    I hope these exercises help me when I get home from work and before I go to bed too. Thank you.

    This is NOT just a 1 minute exercise.
    This is actually 7 exercises that you do for 1 minute each.
    I really like how simple they are.
    Great way to start a weight loss program or just to tone up your muscles.

    Your videos are amazing! I just want to let everyone know who’s watching,love your body before you change it. I freaking love mine even though I’m sort of fat,I just don’t love the fat.
    So I plan to get rid of it.
    Stay active and healthy,being to overweight can kill you. I’m serious.
    Love yourself and change yourself.
    Just don’t spiral into depression because you don’t. :)

    Iam from Africa where we don't have some of the ingredients mentioned in this video, what alternatives can you give in place of them.
    Only tumeric,ginger and lemon are present with us here.
    Please help I really want to drop some kg.
    I can not do excecise because I carry artificial hip.

    While doing the third exercise we should nt look down I guess. Instead we should lift head and neck by looking at the ceiling I think 😊
