Well, don’t get disappointed so fast. We do need some of ‘visceral’ fat though. Guess why? Yes, because it acts as cushions around your organs. But again, you should know the measure. Because too much of it can cause high blood pressure, heart diseases and even some types of cancers.
Do you have too much belly fat?
Now, how to know if you have too much of belly fat? There is a straightforward way to do it. Get a measuring tape and put it around your waist. Did it? Now you can check your girth. Keep in mind that you should do it while you are in a standing position, not sitting. Ok? It will be easier if you start and finish at your belly button that will give you measurements that are more precise.
Now, if you are a woman and your waist size is less than 35 inches - relax - everything is fine. However, if it is more than 35 inches then you definitely should consider this diet, the secret of which we are going to reveal very soon.
And if you are a man, then the waist size less than 40 inches sounds pretty ok, while more than 40 inches should alarm you and the diet would be a good way out.

Ava Chavous ok so I emitted all the juices and stuff and stuck to lemon water and decaf green tea, no sugar. I also added low sugar fruits and zero calorie veggies to snack on. I also took 1 tbsp of moringa every am. In one week, down 18 pounds. No joke!

Me too I've been doing yoga going for runs and trying to eat healthy and I'll suprise everyone when I get back
For anyone that wants to loose weight but doesn’t like exercise, try something like walking 30 mins every other day or dance/Zumba for an hour every other day. I started last Sunday and i can see improvement but I would also recommend doing an intermittent fast. It’s when you have a specific time window to eat, and if you don’t like that when do portion control. Eat what u want but in smaller portions. Hope this helps!

If you put your food into portions it should help instead of overeating all in one session and maybe chew gum instead if you need to do something with your mouth

You should be able to find at least a couple healthy foods you like. Don't force yourself into eating healthy foods you hate, or it'll just be miserable for you. When you find some you like, eat those. You can also try *slowly* changing your current eating habits to a healthier one, instead of making this huge change in one day, just to make it slightly easier for yourself.
I used to drink sugary drinks every single day(about 30-50g of sugar from drinks alone), but I slowly drank less and less each day-week, so now, I rarely drink sugary drinks. Can't miss something you've (sorta) forgotten the taste of, right? The first couple of days weren't exactly the easiest, but it got easier as time went on. Hope this helps you:d

it's not just the internet, it's also people! i feel you, i was the same when i was ten. everybody has their flaws and imperfections, and it's important to look past them. if you feel like your weight is a problem, talk to your caretaker(s) and/or doctor to see what they recommend. :D remember to take care of yourself!

5.) 3:00 PM - A cup of your favorite tea. (Again. No tea. So, I will just have warm lemon water again.)
6.) 5:00 PM - A glass of your favorite juice.

No, you do not eat during this diet. You only consume the stuff on the list. The liquids. If you're having a hard time staying away from the food, distract yourself with something productive. Long story short, it did work for me, it slimmed down my belly a bit, I did cut down on my eating to mostly fruits, veggies, raisins and crackers just to name a few snacks, highly recommend but please do this diet with caution

1 minute of burpees
10 pushups
50 jumping jacks
1 minute of squat jumps
And you can always modify by doing the amount of comphortable ones...

If you're a k-pop fan , you may know how hard the choreographies are ....
So here is a routine which I'm doing,
Week - 1 ( Dance for any k-pop song of your choice and learn the choreo, dance for 3 times in the morning, 3 in the evening and 2 before or after eating dinner. Keep check on your weight every week and try to see a difference, i lost 80g in one week (i did skip 3 days so couldn't complete it 😂
Also don't extremely stress out yourself, start with lighter moves...

I’m too young for this. So if your too young for this skipping meals, just eat a bit less and drink only water and aim for about 3 bottles a day. It worked for me.

If you're 12 and you want to be more skinny that's okay just make sure you have a healthy diet and exercise alot even if there are people saying "oh you're 12 you shouldn't be thinking about this stuff" dont listen to them there is no shame in wanting a better body just remember to have a healthy diet and exercise alot and drink lots of water

@@TheJackbilly well, that depends. I lost 20lbs within 3 days of giving birth to my 1st. But by 8 weeks with my second, I had only lost 11lbs. It really depends on the individual and their particular pregnancy. I must have had a lot of water weight or something with my son.
