  • How to Lose Belly Fat Fats? The real monster is the fat in the abdominal cavity, also known as belly fat. Not only does it bring you health problems, but also it is one of the most difficult types of fat to get rid of. However, you can get rid of it in just a single night.
    Each of us has some belly fat, even people who have flat tummies. That is normal, but too much of it can affect your health stronger than other types of fat.
    Being overweight does not always mean being unhealthy. There are many great examples of overweight people who have excellent health. On the contrary, there is the same amount of examples of people who are skinny but face some metabolic issues.

    All that happens because the under skin fat does not cause so many health problems. It causes only discomforts from the cosmetic point of view, doesn’t it? The real monster is the fat in the abdominal cavity, also known as the belly fat. Not only does it bring you health problems, but also it is one of the most difficult types of fat to get rid of. Hence, belly fat is more than just an irritant that makes your clothes feel tight.
    How can it bring health problems? You might ask. Here is the answer: some fat is there right under your skin while other is deep inside around your organs - liver, heart, lungs. This type of fat is called ‘visceral’ fat. And this is the very type which is bad even for slim people.
    Well, don’t get disappointed so fast. We do need some of ‘visceral’ fat though. Guess why? Yes, because it acts as cushions around your organs. But again, you should know the measure. Because too much of it can cause high blood pressure, heart diseases and even some types of cancers.
    Do you have too much belly fat?
    Now, how to know if you have too much of belly fat? There is a straightforward way to do it. Get a measuring tape and put it around your waist. Did it? Now you can check your girth. Keep in mind that you should do it while you are in a standing position, not sitting. Ok? It will be easier if you start and finish at your belly button that will give you measurements that are more precise.
    Now, if you are a woman and your waist size is less than 35 inches - relax - everything is fine. However, if it is more than 35 inches then you definitely should consider this diet, the secret of which we are going to reveal very soon.
    And if you are a man, then the waist size less than 40 inches sounds pretty ok, while more than 40 inches should alarm you and the diet would be a good way out.

      Ava Chavous ok so I emitted all the juices and stuff and stuck to lemon water and decaf green tea, no sugar. I also added low sugar fruits and zero calorie veggies to snack on. I also took 1 tbsp of moringa every am. In one week, down 18 pounds. No joke!

    For anyone that wants to loose weight but doesn’t like exercise, try something like walking 30 mins every other day or dance/Zumba for an hour every other day. I started last Sunday and i can see improvement but I would also recommend doing an intermittent fast. It’s when you have a specific time window to eat, and if you don’t like that when do portion control. Eat what u want but in smaller portions. Hope this helps!

    8 am: Lemon juice + warm water

    12 pm: green tea
    1 pm: carrot juice + cold water
    3 pm: favourite tea
    5 pm: favourite juice

    I can't believe it actually works!
    I did this "diet" yesterday with high hopes. Today I stood on the scale and I lost 3 pounds!! Also my stomach was so bloated in the past few weeks but it's much smaller and flatter now😆

      You should be able to find at least a couple healthy foods you like. Don't force yourself into eating healthy foods you hate, or it'll just be miserable for you. When you find some you like, eat those. You can also try *slowly* changing your current eating habits to a healthier one, instead of making this huge change in one day, just to make it slightly easier for yourself.
      I used to drink sugary drinks every single day(about 30-50g of sugar from drinks alone), but I slowly drank less and less each day-week, so now, I rarely drink sugary drinks. Can't miss something you've (sorta) forgotten the taste of, right? The first couple of days weren't exactly the easiest, but it got easier as time went on. Hope this helps you:d

      it's not just the internet, it's also people! i feel you, i was the same when i was ten. everybody has their flaws and imperfections, and it's important to look past them. if you feel like your weight is a problem, talk to your caretaker(s) and/or doctor to see what they recommend. :D remember to take care of yourself!

    HERE IS THE DIET:
    1.) 8:00 AM - A glass of warm water with some lemon juice.
    2.) Around 10:00 AM - Warm water with apple or orange juice.
    3.) 12:00 PM - A cup of green tea. (I don't drink tea though, so I have no idea how that's gonna work out for me. I will just have warm lemon water again?)
    4.) 1:00 PM - A glass of cold water with carrot juice.
    5.) 3:00 PM - A cup of your favorite tea. (Again. No tea. So, I will just have warm lemon water again.)
    6.) 5:00 PM - A glass of your favorite juice.
    7.) 7:00 PM - Another cup of green tea. (Honestly, IDEK about me. If anyone else knows what I could do to substitute the tea for something else, comment plz.)
    8.) 9:00 PM - A glass of water with grapefruit juice.
    9.) 10:00 PM - A glass of warm water with some lemon juice. (I will probably be sick and tired of this by the end of the day. LOL!)
    And there you have it, folks. You're welcome.
    Also, if you want to watch the diet portion on your own, it is at 3:50.
    One more thing: there was a lot of talk in the comments about not eating during this diet.
    No, you do not eat during this diet. You only consume the stuff on the list. The liquids. If you're having a hard time staying away from the food, distract yourself with something productive. Do a short (or long) cardio workout. Anyways, I just felt like these vids take way too long to get the point. *Hugs and kisses.*

    Since nobody givin answers, im gonna do this for 3 days and ill come back with results, pinky promise🤙
    Long story short, it did work for me, it slimmed down my belly a bit, I did cut down on my eating to mostly fruits, veggies, raisins and crackers just to name a few snacks, highly recommend but please do this diet with caution

    Workout to do before you go to bed:
    1 minute of sit-ups (at your own pace)
    1 minute of burpees
    10 pushups
    50 jumping jacks
    1 minute of squat jumps
    And you can always modify by doing the amount of comphortable ones...
    I have videos I can link for like EVERY insecurity, I don’t recommend bright side (sorry!)

    Another way to loose weight!
    If you're a k-pop fan , you may know how hard the choreographies are ....
    So here is a routine which I'm doing,
    Week - 1 ( Dance for any k-pop song of your choice and learn the choreo, dance for 3 times in the morning, 3 in the evening and 2 before or after eating dinner. Keep check on your weight every week and try to see a difference, i lost 80g in one week (i did skip 3 days so couldn't complete it 😂
    Also don't extremely stress out yourself, start with lighter moves...
    Songs i would recommend,
    Twice - Dance the night away
    Itzy - wannabe
    Younite - everybody
    Le sserafim - fearless
    Ive - love dive
    Ateez - fireworks
    TXT - moa diary
    Stray kids - Maniac and etc...

    I’m too young for this. So if your too young for this skipping meals, just eat a bit less and drink only water and aim for about 3 bottles a day. It worked for me.

    Alright I see some comments saying "I'm 12" and your watching these videos it's very normal since 12 year old are going thru puberty
    If you're 12 and you want to be more skinny that's okay just make sure you have a healthy diet and exercise alot even if there are people saying "oh you're 12 you shouldn't be thinking about this stuff" dont listen to them there is no shame in wanting a better body just remember to have a healthy diet and exercise alot and drink lots of water
    Never starve yourself and always have positive thoughts when exercising

    All my fellow early teens here, just don't worry too much about your weight now. You've got a lot of time to do that. Just get active and eat healthy and you'll just naturally feel better, you don't need to lose weight you're perfect already

      @@TheJackbilly well, that depends. I lost 20lbs within 3 days of giving birth to my 1st. But by 8 weeks with my second, I had only lost 11lbs. It really depends on the individual and their particular pregnancy. I must have had a lot of water weight or something with my son.

    Comment section is full of getting like i was searching if this works or not but now i am saying that i saw this video 7 days before and from next day i immediately started following this diet and it really worked 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 now i have become skinnier as i was at first but with this diet we have to do little exercise too so this diet will work very nicely
