Yeah, this is so true. I started lessening my carbs,and I started the stomach massages and within three days my stomach looks like it's trying to get flat ,and I only massaged very gentle for less than five minutes a day and still got noticeable results !
I've been a Massage Therapist for 20+ years. If anyone was wondering, the reason you go left to right is bc that's the flow of your ascending, transverse, and descending colon. It helps move waste in an outward flow direction. If you go counter clockwise for the entire 15-20min you may feel a little backed up or sluggish. Drink 8-16oz of water afterwards.
Not saying that my belly is flatter yet, but after only one round of doing these massages standing up, and it have worked wonders on my chronic discomfort of bloating and digestive pain after eating. And with that kind of relief, I actually feel confident that I will finally see a reduction in my eye sore big belly in two weeks. Thanks.

(Again I do it with exercise and with a not that strict diet but I can say it's strict for me) Sept 20: a very very late update, I kind of stop exercising but I do fasting together with this and I can say that it really works but then I also stopped this thing for like how many weeks cause I've been very busy but then continued like last saturday. Oct 25: haven't updated for what seems like a month. Btw I stopped using this technique because I was so busy with my modules that I completely forget to do it but I started doing it again for like once a week, my waistline increased to 33 because I've been stress eating that's why I decided to use it again.

The reason why so my people are having their stomach hurt and a bit inflamed after trying for a few days is because one of the steps is to move from center down either side and another to move from sides back to center. In massage class we're told not to do that because youre initially massaging you intestine as well. Doing these movements messes with the waste in the intestinal tract and pushes it together. So youre basically moving it all to either side of you stomach before pushing it all together again in the top center. This can Cause constipation rather than fix it.
im doing daily exercises..at least 30 mins a day..or less than 30mins..2x or 3x a day(in the evening i do lighter streches)..so i notice the change in my stomach,so i must do this also..consistency is the key..i know this will help me..
30 crunch style sit ups, 30 pushups, 30 minutes on an elliptical trainer with heart rate at 108. You slow down the strides and take deep breaths to lower the heart rate to the desired 108. Do these 3 times a week. Get protein shakes to drink while you are on this schedule. Give it 4 months. I can't guarantee that when you do this, you will become a 10, but try it, and you'll be as close as you would ever be.

It really does work! I've had digestive problems for serveral months (bloating, gas, pain etc) and I started doing this massage as part of my daily routine for about a week. Results so far: I'm not bloated anymore I have only small issues with gas and pain I actually feel that my waist is smaller than before (which of course can be due to the fact that I'm no longer bloated but it feels snatched in a way it never was before) I am very happy with this!

30 crunch style sit ups, 30 pushups, 30 minutes on an elliptical trainer with heart rate at 108. You slow down the strides and take deep breaths to lower the heart rate to the desired 108. Do these 3 times a week.
Get protein shakes to drink while you are on this schedule. Give it 4 months. I can't guarantee that when you do this, you will become a 10, but try it, and you'll be as close as you would ever be.

It really does work! I've had digestive problems for serveral months (bloating, gas, pain etc) and I started doing this massage as part of my daily routine for about a week. Results so far:
I'm not bloated anymore
I have only small issues with gas and pain
I actually feel that my waist is smaller than before (which of course can be due to the fact that I'm no longer bloated but it feels snatched in a way it never was before)
I am very happy with this!
