After having a baby I found it very difficult to workout again. I had seen couple of Diastesis recti on RUclips which went difficult for me, but I must say that this video is the best one so far, a bit challenging however I was able to complete it. Hi! It's best to do them 2-3 times/week to activate the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles consistently. You could mix up this video with these below though for some variety. I need this badly. Besides the diastasis recti, my pelvic is still very weak after 4 months. It hurts when I want to stand up after sitting on the floor.
Here's my perspective: Bri is operating from past trauma. Her first husband cheated on her and broke her trust. From Selling Sunset, I can see she's putting on a front. She has this hard look but she is fragile. After Mariah, Nick is no longer interested in marriage. He is highly toxic and disfunctional. Bri is just living in delusion. Even if she wanted a committed relationship or marriage, it won't happen. So she's on this PR campaign now for her "relationship".
