    If you’re worried about working out again because of your D.R. (Split abs), look no further! This is the perfect video to help you heal properly! Thank you thank you thank sooo much!! My doctor told me there was nothing you could do for split abs so I’ve been worried about trying to workout again. I saw an add for a workout program that could heal D.R. But I didn’t want to pay that much money. So I searched for RUclips videos on D.R. And pelvic floor exercises and found your video. I’m growing more confident in my body again after two kids, I feel comfortable and safe working out with your video. And to my surprise after doing your video just once I started to noticed a difference! Now a week later my husband is noticing too! Thank you thank you thank you!!

      How are your d r now.actually in my country there is no awareness about D.R.

    After having a baby I found it very difficult to workout again. I had seen couple of Diastesis recti on RUclips which went difficult for me, but I must say that this video is the best one so far, a bit challenging however I was able to complete it. Planning to do it everyday and will surely update the result. Thank you thank you soo much.. Keep up the good work dear❤️You’ve got a new subscriber🎉❤

    Wow this was amazing! It was challenging, but I also felt really good while I was doing it. This was the best diastasis recti workout I’ve done so far!

      Hi! It's best to do them 2-3 times/week to activate the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles consistently. You could mix up this video with these below though for some variety.

    I need this badly. Besides the diastasis recti, my pelvic is still very weak after 4 months. It hurts when I want to stand up after sitting on the floor.

    Here's my perspective: Bri is operating from past trauma. Her first husband cheated on her and broke her trust. From Selling Sunset, I can see she's putting on a front. She has this hard look but she is fragile. After Mariah, Nick is no longer interested in marriage. He is highly toxic and disfunctional. Bri is just living in delusion. Even if she wanted a committed relationship or marriage, it won't happen. So she's on this PR campaign now for her "relationship".
