When I feel a cold coming on I take 1 whole lemon squeezed and include pulp, 3 tablespoons of honey, water and a knife tips worth of Cayenne pepper. Add water and sip. It actually tastes good. 100% Maple syrup will work if you don't have Honey. But Honey is the best.

I'm a 10yr girl trying to eat healthy so I will be healthy when I get older. But it is also hard to get proteins because I'm vegetarian. Its not that I don't want to hurt the animals, I just straight up don't like meat. 😄

@ Mary Gold while you're watching TV/a movie lie down on the floor and do flutter kicks ---- it's whee you lie down on the floor on your back and raise your legs off the ground in a few inches and move them up and down (like you would do if you were swimming). You will definitely feel it, when I do them I can only do 50 then stop a min and breath, then 50 then stop then 50 etc. Because it tightens up my muscles so much I can't breath.... just try it

I think you could probably try oatmeal with chia seeds mixed in, a touch of raw honey for a natural sweetener, and cinnamon. A couple of the ideas mixed together in one. Also, ginger tea combined with green tea and lemon, touch of raw honey. I think all of the ideas listed in the video are of great benefits if followed through with. It has to be a lifestyle change.
I used to drink lemon water all the time, and I had a thinner belly. It really works. Even if we go to the gym, diet is so important for improving results :)
I drink cinnamon everyday in my black coffee everyday. It does control glucose levels but there are 2 different cinnamon plants labeled cinnamon. One is cassia found in grocery stores and that does NOT work. The other is Ceylon cinnamon found in health food stores and that is the right one as it costs much more than cassia does. Ceylon cinnomen is like insulin as it is very effective in controlling glucose levels....I know because I had diabetes for many years. Good video
Hey guys! I tried all of them and am hooked. I so works, but it took a little longer then 5 days! :) stick with it though. My favs are: - Cinnamon - coconut - ginger tea -Green Tea I did try the garlic one but it doesn't work when you just chew it all it does is scares people away (I learnt that the hard way). It does work if you crush up garlic and add it into your food - cook it first though. My favourite meal with garlic is: Cook pasta. Put coconut oil and garlic into a pan and cook - MAKE SURE NOT TO BURN!!! Pour the coconut and garlic over the pasta and eat served with pine nuts and parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top. I workout and try to get a good diet but I'm still a young person at 15 years who can't buy his food, so whenever there Is unhealthy food or drinks I usually avoid it. When my mom or dad cooks food with vegetables I'd usually eat it and when I go to school I'll always eat their fruits and vegetables. I've been working out for months and I'm actually seeing results. I'm trying to keep my body fit and my mind healthy. I'm also practicing how to draw and plan on learning different languages in the future. I'm working hard to achieve my future dreams and I encourage you to do the same. If you are wondering what my daily routine is I'll tell you, I set an alarm clock to 4:30am every day, first thing I do when I wake up is brush my teeth and wash my mouth, since me and my family all live in a single small apartment I go out to my balcony after brushing to start working out for at least 30 minutes - 1 hour, then I shower, afterwards I start reading things online, study, and learn more about the fundamentals of drawing such as anatomy. Lastly, I get ready for school around or after 5:30am, I wake my mom or dad up to drop me, I eat breakfast study in the cafeteria go to class at 7:50am, eat lunch at 11:30am, wait for the time at my class with my one and only friend during lunch, you know what happens after all of that. I then start walking home when the bell rings, do my homework, study once more, eat dinner if I have any, and go to sleep at around 7 or 8pm, and do the same thing over and ever everyday. I highly do suggest drinking Lemon water. It’s healthy and does help with weight loss. Normally when I exercise or go anywhere like school I always make sure to cut slices of lemons and put it in my drink.

+Justine Auger I tried ACV and I think it worked for me. Basically, I'll put a little in some water and drank it through a straw because the ACV can harm your teeth. Also, it's better to dilute it because it can cause harm to other organs in your body. Anyway, I guess it worked because I kept doing that for a month along with walking 30 mins a day and went from 175 to 165. Now I didn't really eat clean so I think the weight would have flew off if I did though.
Could I eat Chik Fil A every day??? LoL....i have all of those ingredients but I am toooo lazy to do it! Baby, work, school sports, food, etc keep me away from it. I did lose 22 lbs while being pregnant and after so I dropped to a size 13 in Juniors from a size 16....i stopped drinking sodas and coffee while pregnant...after having son, i got back to coffee but only 1 cup a day and without sugar!!! Actually, there are only two things one need to do to achieve a Flat Belly; First of all is to Discipline oneself from Eating TOO MUCH Sugary and Fatty food; Second is to LESSEN FOOD INTAKE specially at night time because we will no longer use up the calories that will be generated from it.Try my suggestions because these are more Practical ,Doable and EASY on the pocket, most of all it will make you look younger and better.

I highly do suggest drinking Lemon water. It’s healthy and does help with weight loss.
Normally when I exercise or go anywhere like school I always make sure to cut slices of lemons and put it in my drink.

I have the vitality I need without having controlling my desire for foods without having making me feel jittery. I did nothing special on my diet regime and I still are able to reduced my unwanted weight to 7 pounds. .

I tried ACV and I think it worked for me. Basically, I'll put a little in some water and drank it through a straw because the ACV can harm your teeth. Also, it's better to dilute it because it can cause harm to other organs in your body. Anyway, I guess it worked because I kept doing that for a month along with walking 30 mins a day and went from 175 to 165. Now I didn't really eat clean so I think the weight would have flew off if I did though.

Could I eat Chik Fil A every day??? LoL....i have all of those ingredients but I am toooo lazy to do it! Baby, work, school sports, food, etc keep me away from it. I did lose 22 lbs while being pregnant and after so I dropped to a size 13 in Juniors from a size 16....i stopped drinking sodas and coffee while pregnant...after having son, i got back to coffee but only 1 cup a day and without sugar!!! Every now and then a Pepsi or coke....i haven't gained weight so I am good...just need to lose a little belly....that is all....but i do love all remedies u mentioned....

Actually, there are only two things one need to do to achieve a Flat Belly; First of all is to Discipline oneself from Eating TOO MUCH Sugary and Fatty food; Second is to LESSEN FOOD INTAKE specially at night time because we will no longer use up the calories that will be generated from it.Try my suggestions because these are more Practical ,Doable and EASY on the pocket, most of all it will make you look younger and better.
