    I listened to this twice starting 3 weeks ago. I have been struggling with weight loss for 15 years. This hit home for me on many levels. I feel like I’m in control. I have lost 21 lbs (252 to 231) and i know I can make it to 165. I ask myself before everything I eat, “does this help me or harm me?” I am proud of my progress and will continue. I know that I haven’t given up junk food forever, but I can limit myself to 1 slice instead of a whole pizza.

    Fair play Michael not only have I dropped two dress sizes over 2 weeks, no longer need to use a walker to walk and I’m at the gym 6 days a week AND I haven’t touched any booze either 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 life changing! Thank you - you’re a legend!

    This will be my 5th night listening, I realized tonight before bed that I haven’t binge eaten at all today or yesterday.
    I haven’t had a healthy relationship with food in over 10 years. I had anxiety driven anorexia for about 2 years, and once I healed from the stressful situation, it transformed into a binge eating disorder and I gained over 100lbs. Been struggling to find a middle ground for 8 years now.

      Update 1 month later
      I notice a HUGE and I mean HUGE difference in my eating habits. I couldn’t tell you the last time I binged. I don’t crave sweets or fried foods which used to be my downfall. The only thing I really ever want to eat is scrambled eggs and fruit lol.
      While I somehow have not lost any weight on the scale, I’ve had at least 4 people ask if I’ve been losing weight and I also don’t feel as heavy.
      I did switch it up last night and listened to the 8 hour recharge video because I’ve been feeling just bleh lately and tightly wound.
      Michael has been the only person I can actually listen to for sleep hypnosis!!

      Update: stepped on the scale today and I’m down 7lbs from the weight I started this at 5/6 weeks ago. I’ve done nothing different besides play this when I lay down to bed at night!

      Pssst....Don't forget: muscle weighs more than fat, so pay attention to the way you feel and how your clothes fit. You might be losing inches instead of lbs. if your fat is being converted into muscle.

      @@denisedefrehn6634 I started listening to this in December last year. I haven’t been consistent, but I just hit 40lb loss this week. Slow and steady is best for me because if it comes off quickly I find it goes on quickly. I have been consistent over the last 3 weeks and 7lbs has been during that time 🙂

    . I occasionally hear the affirmations, but little else. I relapsed on sugar after 7 years maintenance, so this is helping me reset my addiction. Planning the detox next Tuesday, when ive got 3 free days to withdraw. Its a terrible addiction, this meditation is so comforting. I'll substitute sugar for this! A day at a time. Hope everyone else is still ok.❤

      Keep it up!! People definitely underestimate the gold sugar can have. When I experience sugar w/d, it usually includes: horrific fatigue, cold sweats, severe nausea, emotionality, paranoia, clumsiness, and more. 😅

      @DannyD-lr5yg it was terrible, much worse than last time, maybe because I'm 7 years older. I stopped caffeine at the same time, as I'd been guzzling lots of that. I had my first craving day today, but managed to tell myself it would pass, and I deserve to be free of yet another addiction. Thanks for your reply and encouragement, it helps x😊

      Good luck. Sugar cravings, especially in women can be due to stress/ hormones/tiredness so checking these 3 things also can help eg stress relief in daily lumife if possible, plenty of sleep etc.

    So Im a pretty healthy person in college right now. I have been pretty good about a diet while there. I come home for spring break and I am completely out of control eating and am never full. I want this to stop before it gets bad. Trying this to help, wish me luck

    Day 1 of listening to Micheal, I have listened to all his other stuff like mind chatter and poof its gone. So I know you're good, Micheal. My weight right now is my ever highest due to menopause of 102kg, I'm totally disgusted, so here goes I'm going in NOW XX
    UPDATE: I STARTED THIS HYPNOSIS 1 WEEK AGO, MY WEIGHT WAS AT 102KG.
    I STEP ON THE SCALES ON TUESDAY AND MY EYES POPPED BECAUSE I WAS DOWN TO 91 KG, TODAY THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER MY WEIGHT IS 86 KG. UNBELIEVABLE. 🎉🎉

    I just woke up. I have no idea what you said in this video because I fell asleep almost immediately and slept about 2 hours longer than usual, which is amazing since I struggle with insomnia. If this helps with weight loss as much as it helped me sleep, I will be on track in no time!

    First, let me just say that your videos have put me to sleep better than any sleep ASMR video I have ever listened to, and many of those sleep ASMR videos have noisy, disruptive ads in them now. Why would people do this in a SLEEP video???

    Even asleep the sound goes to our subconscious. That's why i lost 2kg in 2 months. And less desire for sweets which i couldn't resist before. MS is the best sleep hypnotist!

    I first listened to this about 2 years ago. Was effective in creating mindful eating habits. Iwill periodically return for a refresher. It helps with habits, and discipline.

      doesn't your body need sugar though? I mean, you could substitute it for other carbs, but wouldn't there be heavy negative effects for a while?

      ​@toast_2375 no sugar is not essential, all carbs are converted into glucose when you eatthem, except for fructose. Even some amino acids can be turned into glucose through gluconeogenisis

    I hope this will help my snack cravings. I have been on a keto diet since November and have lost weight and inches. I'm not to my goal yet and my desire for snacks and munching between meals and before bedtime has become incredibly strong. I'm not even hungry! I just want to snack on chips and pretzels, etc.

    Kmsl as much as i listen to mediations and frequency. This video snuck up on me and started working and i suddenly started reflect on why have been successful at my eating and exercise regime lately . And my higher self said its this video. I know what to do ; its just consistency and not allowing my emotional habits and pass routines return. And suddenly i have been able to power through. And i didn’t even listen to the video. I have definitely drop a lot of weight and my abs are showing again and im leaning out . Its been only a week. Now every time i feel week or exhausted; I check back in to this video. This video must have some extremely powerful frequencies in it. Transformation is only a change of frequencies as it relates to your current reality. Im SOOO GRATEFUL FOR THIS VIDEO. This time my health success will be permanent

    I feel like this helped a lot. This attempt of weight loss feels different than any other before, feels easier. I listen to it before I fall asleep. Couple of times a week. I loose weight, doesn't matter how fast. Maybe 1kg/week, that is good. I recommend this. English is my second language and still works fine. Thank you.

      @@sofiakhorrami1218 sorry, I saw your comment just now. Nope I didn't exercise! My attitude towards food changed and I was doing intermittent fasting a lot easier. Had less cravings, was feeling generally good about my body and stopped worrying about "imperfections". I forgot how long it took to shed the weight. Maybe 6 weeks? What's important is that I actually maintained it. You can do it too!! You've got this.
      On youtube, Michael Sealey has the best sleep hypnosis, in my opinion.

I don't know if that makes sense but I feel like there are a number of younger versions of myself which need to be supported and nurtured and made to feel safe again so they don't feel like they have to react from a place of fear when I make decisions for the future.

    This is a superb, insightful and deeply compassionate work. It has helped me fundamentally with lifelong, trauma-based eating problems. I love that it approaches this issue from a relationship point of view, and so comprehensive of the many elements that contribute to behaviour change. I am now swimming a kiloneter a couple times a week, losing bloat, doing yoga, remembering the joy of easy breathing and flowing, strong movement, brightening and tightening up and looking better, and feeling better, picking up on useful, self improving and fun activities and empowered for life as a whole. Even had a couple of dates!!
    30kg to go, and its already happening after a few listens. . Thankyou

      Still a work in progress. I feel myself revert to bad habits sometimes and come back for another listen to reinforce it. Im in a relationship now, and still finding body awareness challenging. Cant undo 50 years too easily, but feel definate change and addressing deep self care issues. ❤

    Thank you for sharing this with us! All your other weight loss hypnosis helped me control the binge eating, but after a while, even though I listen every night, I feel the effect is not as strong as it was in the beginning. I wonder why. 🤔 I'm excited to try this one out.🤩 Thank you!

    Thank you Michael for this video! I have been listening to you since the Hobbit Meditation, you have been a great resource to help me change my life for the better! That said, I committed to listening every night for the 10 nights, I am 148 lbs and need to lose 18 lbs. I just listened to night 3 and I am already feeling more energy and wanting to exercise, I am also counting calories, which I have never done. I will keep you all posted on my weight loss journey. Ps, I have hormone issues since a hysterectomy and losing weight has been extreme struggle for me.

    Hi, can I absolutely honest here?
    I read all the positive comments on this and other videos and I was highly motivated to give it a try. I am struggling to loose weight . I have started working out everyday and i started listening to this video along side w it. It's been a week successfully. I have lost 1 kg (with fluctuations). I thought this will help me have control over my food intake and I have lost it again. It's been 2 days and i dont want to give on this but I am confused. I am still planning to finish it for 14 days straight. I really hope this works.

I’m hoping and praying it’s going to work for me.I’ve been type 1 diabetic for 6 years , since being diagnosed I’ve been in denial and can’t stop myself from eating sweet stuff, I was always a savoury sort of person before so don’t know what’s going on??     I used to have so many cravings for junk foods and eating larger portions of feed than necessary, but after hearing this three times- I don’t feel hungry anymore? I don’t crave anything and portion control is very easy. I will listen more consistently starting now, for the entirety of this month. 😊

    Thank you Michael for the work that you do. You are my favorite! Your work has helped me in many, many ways. I once listened to a hypnosis when I first discovered your sessions. I cannot find it bit I believe it may have been to quit smoking, or drinking, something in that nature. I remember that you imagine you are walking through a beautiful forest, and come to a clearing, there were possibly steps you ascend along the way. The clearing was your happy place. This all happened in the first 15 minutes or so. I never made it out of the happy place, I always fell asleep there. And a most peaceful, sublime sleep it was. I listened to it many times, it brought me much joy. If you or any of your listeners recall which session this was I would be delighted!

    Starting on Oct 1st. I know what I need to do diet and fitness routine wise. But I self-sabotage every few days and then get back on the wagon again. Result is Yo-yoing weight for almost 15+ years and really need to go down by ~30lb. Hoping to lose at 10lb by year end and 20 more over the next year. Michael, i stumbled upon your sleep hypnosis video and it was the best! Hoping that this one helps me. 🤞

    Thankyou so much, Michael. I listen to this weight loss hypnosis every night but without fail I fall asleep when not very far into it but I still have earplugs in and the hypnosis still going till the end. Would it still be helping me lose weight even listening whilst asleep? 😊

    Wonderful Michael thank you ❤ Your hypnosis sessions always activate profound dreams in my psyche where I have to face my fears of some sort.
    May I ask for a hypnosis towards healing a WHEAT Addiction? It’s everywhere and it’s been demonstrated to have drug-like effects on the brain and it’s terrible for the gut and general health. I’m finding it really hard to give it up as I know many people are as well in our society as wheat has found it’s way almost everywhere.

    I fall asleep within the first 5-10 mins of this every time I attempt to listen to it. I don't think I have managed to listen to it in it's entirety, not even after falling asleep cause I wake up and shut it off. I've tried every night for about a week. 😅 Will it still work and if so, when will I see changes?

      you don’t need to be awake through the whole thing because your self conscious will hear but you should at least get through some of it maybe like 10-15 minutes
