@jasonstephensonmeditation Can you do one of your videos that focuses mainly on the body scanning part to relax the mind/body?? I’m not sure how to explain that. I listen to your videos every night and I noticed there’s certain things that help lull me into sleep depending on what my sleep issues are. Sometimes the sleep body relaxing in the beginning is pretty quick and for those with insomnia or other sleep related issues it’s hard to get into that relaxation that quickly. Like currently I’ve replayed the talking portions of your videos over and over for 3 hours now trying to fall asleep. 😅 My nervous system is on overdrive. My body is refusing to relax. My brain feels wide awake. And my eyes are so tired, I’m frustrated. Would you consider doing one of these videos and using the time to slowly go through the whole body, the breathing, etc so that those of us SUPER struggling can get that boost of help our bodies need to really get our mind/body to relax? I do love the stories and meditations, they’re so helpful and I can even pinpoint subtle things that you do that can instantly put me to sleep on a semi normal day. But so far I haven’t seen one just for focusing on getting into that state of relaxation to be in peace long enough to fall asleep. I’m unsure if what I’m saying makes sense to you or anyone else? I love the head to toe talk downs you do at the beginning of most. But I think what I’m trying to ask is if you’d consider doing one that’s a long version of that? Sorry for the novel, just not sure if I’m explaining it correctly 😅 I think it’d really help those like me who sometimes have extreme difficulty falling asleep. I’ve managed to not need any sleep aids from my drs by just using your meditations every night. But with my nervous system in overload sometimes I can’t relax and by the time I even stop flopping around the guided meditation is over 🤣 If not, it’s okay. Just a request/suggestion that’d be super appreciated 🥹

Divine timing. Jason, I have been tossing and turning since 10 p.m., and it is now 3 a.m., and I am still awake. There's nothing upsetting me or jobs I need to complete, but I'm trying not to let my frustration get the best of me while I write this comment, but to no avail. I'm not sure if the energy within my head or the room that is generating this disturbing sensation, but it's difficult to ignore. 😓😮💨🥱

@ I'll attempt core breathing, even if it's easier said than done; perhaps it will help me unwind more. After a long night of restlessness, knowing that you will have trouble getting out of bed in the morning makes it very hard to feel less worried.
