Coming in clutch I’ve just had sleep paralysis I couldn’t move for abit 2 minute my anxiety has been so bad I haven’t felt real I’m sat here with a drink trying to focus on new things thanks team Jason
i’m so sorry, sleep paralysis always sounds so terrifying. i don’t have it, but i do get extremely terrible nightmares and anxiety/air hunger that can last multiple times, like i will wake up and then fall back to sleep into it, so i can kind of relate to the feeling of sitting up scared to sleep again. i hope you find peace with this video and can momentarily forget the bad ❤❤ good night from england x

@kingwilliam1677, That sounds really intense, but it’s so good you’re taking a moment to ground yourself. Sleep paralysis can be scary, especially with anxiety in the mix. Keep focusing on your breath and the sensations around you. It’ll help bring you back to the present moment. You’re doing great, and we’re right here with you. - Team Jason
