    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

    I was doing this exercise since 1 year,but in the month of March when I do the waist up exercise my back was injured,Now I was facing slipped disc L5 S1 and can't do anything.This exercise is really helpful but you should do carefully otherwise you can face slipped disc problem like me.😢😢😢😢😢😢

    I started it today and I'm going to do this for 3 weeks.. So, here's my progress..
    Day -1 Done.. Sweats a lot but enjoyed it😊

    Ohh wow 😮 seriously I didn't believe in yoga but now I do believe that yoga can change us and tone our body I used to do aerobics for weight loss and I can't see any changes I have been in RUclips for a whole week to find a video now I found it I did this for 3 weeks and I lost 4.5 kg and that's amazing so guys I recommend you to try this it's really working🤗

    Bhaiya ji slip disc or cervical dono jinko ho vo kaise weight Kam kare kirpya ek video us par bhi banaiye kyuki hum slip disc or cervical wale har koi exercise nii kar sakte. Thank u 💕

    Maine ye excercise 78 kg se start ki h..with dieting & walking..hope results mile...one month me 10 kgs to nhi jo payega bt atleast 4 kgs per month...
