This exercise really works ,i started this exec a month before my wedding and literally all noticed the change which came in my body ,you can see the change doing it everyday once along with the balanced diet
Mam I couldn't understand what somya mam said about how many times we should do this workout in a day? Do we need to repeat this whole workout 3 times and then that cooldown process ?
You can do these exercise when you dnt feel like going for a walk or running... when you do regular walk then do this in moderation...and slowly when you think about getting fit you will start doing by yourself at any time of the day...you will automatically start doing all this whenever you get time...not all of them but yes one at a time alteast ...whenever you feel lazy or bored from your work..you can do some of them when you are in office or want a abreak from your work...most of them are very easy..need not any special clothing or environment... Go to your office washroom do them and come back fresh by doing simple streching...it will regulate your blood flow and keep you active and will built some muscle strength too... *Do only which are easy for you...do them for atleast a week...then try other one also...try them in morning empty stomach..that will be more beneficial and will charge you for whole day. Intially you may feel tired..for that keep check on your protien intake- drink warm milk after half hour rest. And you can have lentils, cottage cheese, egg white
If you lose interest then you should try counting your steps you walk or even while doing stretching also...it will increase your concentration as well as stamina.
I was also struggling with the same issue...i tried this and loose around 10-12 kg easily...these all exerciaes are good if you have busy work schedule. It hardly take 20-30 minute

Hi.. I was 79.8kg on August 22. On 25th August I Started low carb non veg diet and after 3 days the diet continued with intermittent fasting for 16h fasting and 8h feeding pattern with only 2 meals. Saw this video and comments and these all motivated my weight loss journey so i started this workouts since 29th August and yesterday i checked my weight, I'm 77.2kg 😊😊 I'm very happy and I'm in a strong mindset to reduce my weight to 59 kg as my height is 153 cm. I'm a c section momma and in strong mindset to go back to my healthy bmi. At 0.19 i see some one from 75kg to 58kg. My aim is to achieve the same thing as I'm 77 kg now and want to reach 59kg

Hi! For your age, your weight is perfectly fine and normal. I would suggest also maintaining a healthy diet if you want to lose weight. However, I’m no one to stop you. Lose as much weight as you want but please be careful because you’re still very young :)

@@priyanshi6404 No I didn't took any kind of special drink. I used drink CHIA SEED with warm water 2 times a day. It really helped me a lot in lossing a weight. Also I did all the Exercise which is shown in the video

Hi! For your age, your weight is perfectly fine and normal. I would suggest also maintaining a healthy diet if you want to lose weight. However, I’m no one to stop you. Lose as much weight as you want but please be careful because you’re still very young :)

I must try it. It seems interesting to me. My height is 146cm and weight 53.5kg. I want to lose at least 4-5 kg. If by doing these exercises and maintaining a balanced diet along with maintaining a busy schedule my weight is reduced to some extent, it would be a great achievement to me.
