    The one on the left is for beginners
    1:00 jumping jacks
    2:00 knee taps
    3:00 skipping
    4:00 alternate touches
    5:00 squat jacks
    6:00 high knees
    7:00 butt kicks
    8:00 sprint hop
    9:00 lunge jumps
    10:00 twists
    11:00 2 min cool down session
    Has to be done 3 times a day can take breaks

    Day 1- it was preety good. As a student it's not time consuming. And from tomorrow I gonna stop eating fried food and junk food. Also gonna take two meals. First meal would be any indian meal in morning and at night I gonna have sprouts and soyabean because I am vegetarian so I can't eat chicken as a source of protein

    I don’t know how many videos I watched,how many I have saved to watch later🥲 but whenever I start doing ,I don’t last doing them for a week or so🌚

      You can do these exercise when you dnt feel like going for a walk or running... when you do regular walk then do this in moderation...and slowly when you think about getting fit you will start doing by yourself at any time of the day...you will automatically start doing all this whenever you get time...not all of them but yes one at a time alteast ...whenever you feel lazy or bored from your work..you can do some of them when you are in office or want a abreak from your work...most of them are very easy..need not any special clothing or environment...
      Go to your office washroom do them and come back fresh by doing simple streching...it will regulate your blood flow and keep you active and will built some muscle strength too...
      *Do only which are easy for you...do them for atleast a week...then try other one also...try them in morning empty stomach..that will be more beneficial and will charge you for whole day.
      Intially you may feel tired..for that keep check on your protien intake- drink warm milk after half hour rest. And you can have lentils, cottage cheese, egg white

      If you lose interest then you should try counting your steps you walk or even while doing stretching also...it will increase your concentration as well as stamina.

      I was also struggling with the same issue...i tried this and loose around 10-12 kg easily...these all exerciaes are good if you have busy work schedule. It hardly take 20-30 minute

      Donot forget to take break if you feel too exhausted...and even on weekends...do only short 2-3km walk..

    After watching many more excercise am tired...but yesterday I saw your video and I feel I can try this...from yesterday I tried this excercise I hope I will lose my weight. My age is 24 and my height is 4.9" inch my weight is 57 kg want to lose 10 kg. I don't know i can or can't but I enjoyed alot this excercise🥰 I will give my result by doing this daily...
    Day-1- 05/10/2022 started
    Day-2-my second day and feel happy happy with this excercise
    Day-3- I feel pain on my thighs and legs but I did this excercise 🥰
    Day-4 I feel pain..but I did excercise 🥰
    Day-5 I don't feel any pain..and I enjoyed alot..
    Day-6 I feel like am losing weight happy 😊
    I did not updated my weightloss Jurney...but now I updating this excercise helped me alot... Tq madam👍❤️ I lost 4-5 Kg I feel light light 🥰 I have no weighing machine so don't know how much I lost...but this is so helpful 👍 and the main important thing is proper diet🥰👍 all the best to those who want to lose this vdo is helpful 👍

    Hi.. I was 79.8kg on August 22. On 25th August I Started low carb non veg diet and after 3 days the diet continued with intermittent fasting for 16h fasting and 8h feeding pattern with only 2 meals. Saw this video and comments and these all motivated my weight loss journey so i started this workouts since 29th August and yesterday i checked my weight, I'm 77.2kg 😊😊 I'm very happy and I'm in a strong mindset to reduce my weight to 59 kg as my height is 153 cm.
    I'm a c section momma and in strong mindset to go back to my healthy bmi.
    At 0.19 i see some one from 75kg to 58kg. My aim is to achieve the same thing as I'm 77 kg now and want to reach 59kg

    i did this exercise for almost 2 week lost 1.5kg just did one tym a day t with nonsugar no outside foods just homemade. And i can see visible results continuing the same i was 72kg now 70.5kg will update after 2 weeks again

    Usually I don't have time to do exercise in evening... that's y I used to do each and every exercise in Morning Time. Before exercise I used to drink CHIA SEED with warm water. Within a Month I loss 15kg (Before-70 kg; After-55 kg) Seriously all this exercise really helped me a lot in lossing weight.

      Hi! For your age, your weight is perfectly fine and normal. I would suggest also maintaining a healthy diet if you want to lose weight. However, I’m no one to stop you. Lose as much weight as you want but please be careful because you’re still very young :)

    I must try it. It seems interesting to me. My height is 146cm and weight 53.5kg. I want to lose at least 4-5 kg. If by doing these exercises and maintaining a balanced diet along with maintaining a busy schedule my weight is reduced to some extent, it would be a great achievement to me. I must update my day to day experience after following it.

    Today was my second day... I did only first 7 exercises.... I'll do only these... The intensity of this workout hopes me that i'll definately lose weight...i also do 1hour walk in the evening.. with low carbs,no sugar. I'll update after few days.my weight 69kgs.my target is 60.

    I have lost 6 kgs in just 2 n half months..but with this workout u need to cut off sugar , Processwd food,all purpose flour...intake of proteins..and u will get the results..❤️🥰

    The one for beginners is too difficult for beginners......it could be a little bit easy if u add some rest time like 15 seconds after each or 2 excercises......

    Today I'm 65.7 kg ....and I'm going to start this workout from tomorrow 14 October 2023... twice a day...3 set each time ....I'm going to try this for 28 days...I will update here my results also after this challenge....and I'm also going to follow 16:8 intermediate fasting+ no artificial sugar and fast food ....+ 7 min running in morning...

    Day 1 - it's really hard did 8 minutes exercise with 2-3 minutes break in between
    Day 2 - little body pain but did it today till 10 min again with breaks in between....

    Day 1 :Omg ....i can't finish my 1 set and swating like a hell....it's too difficult for me but continuously definitely I will try and update ..
    Day : 2 my 1 set begginer level is completed but i don't have much more time in take 2nd set definitely I will try tomorrow and I will try to woke up early at morning
    Day : 3 ohhh it's ok I completed my workout little difficult but it's ok to 1 st and 2nd day
    Day 3 : I'm done but not that much deficult I'm ok with workout
    Day : 4 I'm done today really good but my leg only paining
    Day 5 : done wow I'm doing good
    Day 6 : Perfect I'm done
    Day 7 : I'm sick so I can't do workout today
    Day 8 : no
    Day 9 : no ( because I'm sick)
    Day 10 : yes, I'm back and I'm done ✅ perfect
    Day 11 : done ...it's super good my Body is changing
