    It really works amazingly well
    I did it twice a day...

    I did it now! These 12mins are fire 🔥 heart rate increases and sweaty! Honestly I felt these 12mins are better than an hour's workout! Power packed 12mins!! Thank you! ❤️

    Jan 13 2022 I started,now I'm on my 3rd day 3 times a day .. I'm also using waistrainer at the same time I do IF from 68kg now 65kg.. my goal weight is 50kg

    Simply If you are watching the video you feel it was very simple workouts. But when you came and done the workout then you felt the difficulty init. First day completed❤ really sweating and legs and all shivering😂😂

      I have also started apple cider vinegar in morning with warm water(no diet )
      I do this exercise in evening & in morning m doing yoga...

    l think whoever wants to lose should start this because everything needs hard work and consistency patience and attention.

    Without warmup don't do this becoz after I did I got severe chest pain and dizziness those who are in regular practice can do
