I did 5 of your zumba lessons (3 of this, 2 from the other video) in 2 weeks and I've lost 2kg. I also eat more protein, reduce rice/carbo, reduce sugar intake and reduce processed food. I don't eat after 8pm. I will continue doing zumba thrice per week and hopefully I will lose 6kg more soon!! thank you so much for this fun activity!
Update: I have reached my goal which is to lose 10kg. The main factor is food diet!! I got lazy and do zumba only once per week but the rest was due to not taking a lot of rice/carbo and also sugar/processed food. To those who want to lose weight, all the best!!
So, I started this workout 2 weeks ago I have been doing six days a week along with dietary changes completely cutting back on sugar and I have already lost 3 pds. It's a start for sure!

i've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks and i just love doing it. So far, I've lost 3.2kg. But ofc, it's not just because of the workout. I try to eat more healthy as well. Been cutting carbs these days and the last meal that i eat always before 7pm. I think it helps :) Update: I have been doing this (and ofc with a healthy lifestyle), and have lost 6kg so far in a month! Will update again ;) for those who're doing it too, don't give up! we're all in this together

Sweat out a lot, but I don't really sweat this much even in a sunny day My weight: 69.4😉
I love doing these work outs on daily basis. In two weeks I lost 2 kgs but no progress after that in weight loss but I've become more active and lethargy has gone from mind and body, hope to achieve my weight goal soon with these classes. Thanks to the Team.
Really good exercises for someone just starting to become active again. The low-impact activities help muscles adjust to movement and build up stamina/strength before full work-out. I usually feel like death from fatigue after the hard exercises on every other work-out videos, but this was just right. First class, I had to take a break. Second class today and I powered through with no break (although them squats are something else ☠️ ). Anyone planning to keep up with this, please stay hydrated throughout, it really helped.
Its my 6 th day doing this and i can really feel the change in my bones and posture what more if u do this every day thank you..i dont feel lethargic at all when doing this workout

Good for you . If you want something a bit harder then Type 27 min and 22 minutes Zumba workouts into RUclips . These 2 are really good for losing weight I did the 12 minute 1 and then either of the two I just mentioned 4 times a week and you can tell the difference after about 3 weeks . You will stop getting out of breath after a couple of weeks and know what moves are coming next .good luck and keep up all your hard work😊

My BMI is over 30 and I finally decided that I can't continue doing this to myself anymore. So I started with this today i kept up for 13 minutes and after that I was too tired. But I will continue to do this everyday until N am fiy enough to do the whole video. Very excited to see where my weight loss journey takes me.

Really good! Will be posting updates! I currently weight 90,1kg. 1 day: legs and arms burn 🔥 2 day: My thighs and shoulders are sore from yesterday but still did it. It felt less hard! 3 day: I’m not sore anymore. But couldn’t do the exercise due to lots of homework. (Weighted myself, now 89,7kg) 4 day: still with homework and didn’t do it. 5 day: found it burning again, hope I’m not sore tomorrow. 6 day: was nice, had fun! 7 day: weighted myself again. I’m currently 89,1 kg. NOTE: I only did this specific workout video but I also started counting calories and having a balance diet.

Thats not boring at all, this is my second day and I feel energized to do it, it's fun, even tho you will sweat alot but it still fun and I didn't even thought about quitting,

Well I have never weighted myself I'm only take measurements, and this time they really do change, the measurements of all my entire body not just belly and arms in just 7days, I really do recommend it, it's fun and effective somehow
You're building muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat and continues to burn your calories @ rest. Fat burns no calories @ rest. That's how your inches are disappearing. Fat burning and muscle building. 🙂

Starting with weight 65 KG and height 146 CM. I'll update uh after 2 weeks about how much I reduced my weight😁 This zumba dance is very good. This is my first day and I did full 26 min exercise. I really feel good. Must try this 😀👌

Really good! Will be posting updates! I currently weight 90,1kg.
1 day: legs and arms burn 🔥
2 day: My thighs and shoulders are sore from yesterday but still did it. It felt less hard!
3 day: I’m not sore anymore. But couldn’t do the exercise due to lots of homework. (Weighted myself, now 89,7kg)
4 day: still with homework and didn’t do it.
5 day: found it burning again, hope I’m not sore tomorrow.
6 day: was nice, had fun!
7 day: weighted myself again. I’m currently 89,1 kg.
NOTE: I only did this specific workout video but I also started counting calories and having a balance diet.

@@karlamorga7578 hice el ejercicio por 3 días y si se suda demasiado pero tuve que dejarlo por que yo tengo problemas en la lumbar y mucho mueven las caderas, te recomiendo a fausto murillo y gymvirtual que si e tonificado con ellos

I danced together with my sis and successfully completed one week . We both lost one inch (waist). It looked hard and tired but the result is awesome.

😂.I missed a day and even at that I am so happy.just weighed myself and I am 85kg.woooooo,😂😂.I also started intermittent fasting though.i eat 12 and stop 7pm...it's not so much but was pretty much quick to me
