    Wow that first tip about crossing the feet and keeping the knees together is INSANELY HELPFUL. I have long legs and always find my hip flexors are super activated when I do lower ab exercises like bicycles that my lower abs barely turn on. I've alway struggled to stop the hip flexor activation and just get the lower abs going. This is just what I needed. Thank you!!
