    I discovered your channel thanks to Bethany. I was wondering if you could give me some tips for abdominal surgery recovery (laparotomy, like a C-section). Two months ago, I had gone under the knife and my flat belly has completely disappeared. I know I should be patient. But what muscles should I exercise? I have read somewhere that one should work on the transverse muscle. Is that right? Thank you!
