I’m a newbie viewer of the BL series & have thoroughly enjoyed the storyline & the actors. I watch the films knowing the stories & situations are purely FICTIONAL. I presume the actors are chosen & cast for their looks, ability & how they portray the relevant character role. The BL films etc are obviously about boy on boy relationships & how they unfold. Therefore, it’s reasonable to accept that many actors will be HETEROSEXUAL, but happy or willing or comfortable to play GAY roles. What angers me is the expectation that in reality, the guys will continue the romantic roles off film, for the delectations of the fans - almost exclusively female!! It appears that such fans cannot or are unable to separate FACT FROM FICTION !! The shorts published showing the stars kissing & cuddling in public with fans screaming in delight is, in my opinion, quite disgusting. The pressure on the actors by their management/agencies is obscene - no privacy, controlling their lives & pressurising them - even to whom they can associate with needs curtailing drastically. Finally, the various fanbase/shipping issues need to be controlled. They have become too powerful & outspoken. A sentence, even a word spoken out of context is immediately jumped upon. Apologies then follow by the actors/ management companies & it is unnecessary. In certain instances the actor/star may even be penalised!!! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. BL dramas are FICTIONAL! NOT REAL! Accept the people involved in acting the roles to be who they are NOT what you want them to be!!! I make no apologies whatsoever for my lengthy comments. Reading reports criticising those willing to perform, because they do not fit into the GAY slot expected of them are unfair, damaging & soul destroying…….. (🇬🇧)

I just watched this series recently and love it very much! Too bad the story didn't continue. I followed the actors and glad that they are in good friendship. I hope there will be more BL sticom.

They are still on screen if cameras around. They are actors, they know that with fanservice their ship will be more popular. That means more roles and advertisement, eventually more money. I think the best ships are friends, who support each other.

Man i was so mad why it only had two episodes. I really thought it was a movie split into two but was so mad that i finally realized it was supposed to be a series! Grrr... It was a perfect combination of what i wanted in a kdrama. 😭😭😭 Im so sad i wouldnt know the ending. 💔💔💔

SERIOULY i am glad that they are working to get them to do NON-BL rolls, it is not going to be easy, but i believe in them to work hard at ANY rolls that they play. It can not only raise but kill your acting career binging in just one stereo type of filming. there are so many types of film styles out there, that i would love to see them do. I had a gard time getting through Tossara. I make an effort to watch a show all the way through, but this one was a struggle for me. I kept asking all through the show who the heck casted this show? So mismatched, acting bad. All over just a hot mess! I did enjoy WhyRU? At first it was hard to watch Saint without Perth and it seemed like Zee was still working on his acting skills, but by mid show, he had found his ground and the scene where he confronted his characters father was fantastic!
