Hi everyone! This 20 minute yoga flow is all about dynamic sun salutations with a twist. We’ll move through four different variations, building energy and intensity and flow as we go. It’s designed to a more intermediate level, so there are fewer verbal cues, letting you stay fully in the moment with your breath and movement.
