- 40 Minute Strong Vinyasa Flow | Ashtanga This is a 40 minute intermediate vinyasa flow inspired by the discipline of Ashtanga yoga. This steady paced sequence is designed for those of you who are familiar with key poses, as verbal cues are kept to a minimum to let you flow fluidly and get into a moving meditation. It's not a traditional Ashtanga series, but it channels its strength, focus, and fluidity to challenge your body and mind. I really hope you enjoy this style of practice. Please let me know how you got on down below!🩷
As always, please remember to modify, adjust and make it your own practice. Rest and pause me when you need to! - you don’t have to be able to do the pose to give it a go!
