    Each time I do this flow I get stronger and stronger and more stable with the balance poses.

    I love all your Ashtanga inspired sequences. I do it when I cannot do all the poses due to limited time. Requesting for some intermediate poses next time. ❤ Thank you always.

      @@Lauralouiseyoga In my YTT 200 hours training, we do both forward fold sides. Teacher says that so we stay "grounded" you do sometimes, but not all the time it's OK!
