    Lovely flow!! ❤My shavasana was particularly lovely as I was wearing my headphones and the seagulls in the background made me feel like I was relaxing on a beach 😊

    Thank you for this!!! The challenge of going from yogi squat to half moon was fun, as was the extended lizard lunge. (never did that one before!) Feeling really loose now!🙃
