If you give the ecu a little a tap with a tapping hammer above the plugs they normally cut out or start working again if its the ecu 👌 same as how your impact gun cut it of due to the vibration. Great explanation on your diagnosis process as all your videos

We've had a few pad sensor wires rubbed through from the wheel, as you see a nice circle mark on the inside of the wheel ... 👍🏻...i did a volvo FH clutch last week, wasn't too bad to do....

You got a new monitor i see 🤣 hope that ome is bit more secure. Seems common the bearing pooin themself av done 4 in last 2 weeks with same fault clutch plate fine tho but then again it a trp parts replaced on them. Finding dealer cheaper than some local parts supply companys at moment even with dpf which i was shocked at 😳 keep grafting away 👍

Please could you make a video explaining jaltest wiring diagrams and how to find wire numbers plug locations etc thank you I really struggle to understand them but would help massive amounts to know

Good to see some manual labour for a change Russel lol,,,Qn the the PX engine i will play captain hindsight ,apart from finding TDC is a nightmare on they engines combined with the between 2 bolts ,could they not have put mark on the casing to help...But what i was going to say why not just pull number 6 injector as it is paired with number 1 and would have saved the manifold removal lol,,Good old AS-TRONIC RELEASE BEARING ,downside of a pull systemand i saw that crossmember that i personally hate,,,Keep up the good videos for me to critique lol 10/10

Nice video, Strange to see that the DPF insert has moved Is that a design fault or due to the blockage. When the balbearings fall out then you now its done.

Which one should I inject adblue into with a syringe ?

I will love to spend some months learning from u. 90% of our technicians in Africa can not handle morden trucks. Especially trucks from euro 4, 5, 6. The older trucks that we use to buy for export to African are Almost no longer available. Thei is big gap for people like u. We dont have the technical schools to teach new technology.

Hi, great video. at 01:29mins, you mention Daf have a 5year policy on the VTG's, is this the case in the UK, (our Daf LF Euro6, 2020 just failed, Daf quoted a replacement, but didn't mention anything about Warranty).

So many questions; Are these cam failures more prone in particular years than others? Is it still a common fail point or have they gotten better in later years? Does there seem to be a recognized life expectancy before failure? What preventative measures can be taken to avoid it (maintenance intervals, oil type, etc)?

Hi, I’ve recently changed airdryer on my 2018 DAF XF 530 Tractor Unit. A software update or calibration is needed (yellow message)in the fault codes. Can this be done with my Jaltest or does it need another type of computer system. I’m no expert with this jaltest by the way, just basic experience,as I’m an owner driver. I find your videos helpful and interesting and hope you can advise me please? Many Thanks. Justin Snowdon (Co.Durham)

Hello, nice channel it will be very usefull, but I need your help. I have a problem with two xf460, dpf regen problem. For the two trucks, the reference value for the temperature after dpf was 0 - 3 °C, I think it's not correct and the problem came from that, I have the same reference value for the adBlue temp. Can you explain me where is the problem ? Is the reference values stored in the PCI ? or maybe in the EAS-4 ? maybe a coding error ? how can I repair that ?

To be fair to DAF these are all 7 year old vehicles here. And looking at the state of some of them, looking after them properly is not the top priority of the owners
