I never thought I would get through every class but I sure did! 90 days/65 workouts/ nutrition - losing 10lbs and gaining form. Thank you thank you thank you to Sydney Cummings Houdyshell and Dustin Houdyshell for these amazing workouts. You truly are a great team and if it wasn’t for Sydney’s motivation I am sure a lot of us would not be here today. I am so grateful and quite emotional that this is over. We did it! I 😭 from the energy I felt as I crushed this last workout of summertime fine! Thank you Syndey and squad for the amazing support and resources! I have worked out almost all my life but this took me to a whole new level. I am 52, managing osteoporosis and meno! But this challenge transformed my body and mind. It crushed all those thoughts of limitation the world makes us believe of what we can accomplish in spite of the human natural process! I look back at the last 3 months: wake ups at 4 am, power and water outages(btw today is one of those days with outages)! 😂 but we did! Can't wait for the next challenge...way of life! ❤

This is my 4th year here with the squad - I almost didn't do this workout today because I haven't technically finished all of the uploads yet due to traveling without dumbbells - but I was too excited to do this workout and know the rest of the squad was crushing it at the same time.
