Crushed it 🎉 Do you know anyone on youtube that cooks gluten free? I was diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism a couple months ago and recently just tried gluten in my food again and made me so sick.
I injured my lower back earlier this year and had to drop down to using MUCH lighter weights than I used before. It didn't feel like I was working my glutes, but it was necessary to not strain my back any further. It was hard to not feel disappointed with myself. I kept doing Sydney's workouts, and slowly, my back healed and I can lift heavier again. Thank you, Sydney, for continuing to give us these workouts and encouraging us to show up and do the best we can in the moment, regardless of whatever setbacks we might have!
Good job doing the workout with light weights. Sometimes we have to use light weights due to injury and that is okay. You have to recover fully. Keep working on that. Kudos to you for recognizing that.
I lost my Mom at the age of 67 to Alzheimer's last week. Your workouts have gotten me through all of lows that came with this diagnosis. I start off my day with your videos and they have given me the strength to power through the hard days. Thank you, Sydney!

I started following her programs instead of random past workouts she did when I was 5 months postpartum with my third son. Now I am SO proud to say I have not missed one day since last October!! I am 6 months postpartum. Prior to even being pregnant, I was unable to do a full sit-up without support. Today I did an 8 lb weighted sit up for all three rounds. The way that this Summertime Fine series has strengthened my core during postpartum is unreal. Thank you, Sydney!!!
