one and a half year ago, i couldnt even squeeze my back muscle during this workout because i was so weak. ive been doing blogilates since, and august 2014 has been my second month in a row doing the monthly calender. i can now do this workout with holding 3 pounds dumbells. in a year i want to be able to do this with 5 pounds !
I love this workout! I also love when you ask in a hushed voice about if there is RUclips in Antarctica, cuz I always reply back to you in a similar hushed voice, "No one lives in Antartica." Hehe you're so silly Cassey, which is one reason why I love your videos xD

This is still one of if not my favorite of Cassey's workouts! I remember doing it when it first came out and her positivity made me truly enjoy working out for the first time and I've been a follower ever since :)
Did moves that I've never seen before! Some seemed odd but could feel it working straight away.

Obviously this is an old video, (i just started pilates for the first time ever!) I am on the third week of the beginner's pilates calendar and its been great! Kicking my butt, yes. But I am already feeling stronger and more fit! PS. I'm loving the bangs, girl!

Uhm, so I began with my 1 kg weights and then I regreted it immediatly but I wanted to finish them with weights ans I did!!! I am so proud!!!!

I can't be the only one laughing through these workouts/warmups .. :D It's just that Cassey says the funniest things and i try so hard to focus, and usually i get away with it but in this video with her talking about cows and all the other funny things she says, and my cat giving me the most judgmental looks i just paused and broke out into that weird laugh of silence i don't even know .. :D But anyway i'm so glad i joined thankyou Cassey !

This is by far my favorite blogilates video! It's so simple and requires so little space--not to mention no mat (sometimes I'm just too lazy to clear a space on my floor for my mat), but I always get that awesome ache the next day. Please make more videos like this!

I'm on day 9 of the beginners workout and this was HARD! Whenever I do these workouts, i can't wait until they are over, but honestly, they are great! And i feel so great afterwards and the thing that actually helps me is to smile:) when i smile it just becomes easier! Thank you Cassey, you are a wonderful trainer and the fact that you are so joyful makes me want to workout:)

Here for the 2 Sept 2022 calendar workout and although I've been doing Cassey's calendar almost every day for about 3 years, this is the first time I've ever seen this video. It's fun to do something new (that's actually 10 years old!).
This is definitely one of my favorites :) Such a balance of hard work and relaxation...

Just did this. It was AWESOME!! I love the standing workouts. I'm trying to lose 86 lbs so laying on the floor trying to lift body parts up is super hard for me right now. LOVE LOVE LOVE your standing workouts!! Keep them coming!!
