      omg. I agree. dyingggg! however her new ones are shorter but burn. her old ones for me are hard to do and difficult and longer!!! I love the whole mix tho

    I procrastinated studying for finals by doing the workout playlist of the day...now i just want to take a nap. lol
    I would say i need to get my priorities straight but...these are both important. LOL
    It's okay, i'm gonna ace the finals just like how i aced my new years resolution and got into shape, thanks to Cassey. ;)

    This workout has been soo effective, I've seen a difference just by doing it everyday for the past 3 days with a waist trainer on, I love it!!

      Yass! Generally I really hate working my obliques, but this one was really fun! And today I've done all 5 clips, so proud! (cuz normally I do 3-4 for obliques and meh, I'm done)

      +Julia Ziółkowska great job! It's especially hard when every video has similar moves! Those hip dips on the elbows are the hardest for me bc it's a lot of pressure on your shoulder! But still love it 😁

      Back when i was consistently doing the exercises and working out every day I did see a difference in my waist ratio. I had a little bit of a smaller waist it wasn't super tiny but i could see it becoming more defined/prominent. But once I stopped so did the results, so its hard for me to give you an actual time frame. So I know that really isn't much help but if you keep doing as least one of these exercises daily or once a week you'll definitely see results.

    This work out was so hard when it just looks so simple maybe it wasn’t a good idea to do this just after like 4 hours of Trampoling

    For those wondering, the corset is NOT necessary. The one Cassey has on is just a cute accessory- she wouldn't be able to move like that in a real, steel-boned corset ;)
    So, train on, whether in tank top or (plastic-boned) corset!

    I love this workout. I've incorporated it into my routine. Most people don't understand that working the transverse abdominus will give them a slimmer looking midsection by packing everything together. Plank exercises are my favorite way to do this. I don't have a gym membership, if I did I might do leg raises in a captain's chair... not many though, I find it hard on my shoulders, elbows, and I can't help but put a 'swing' in it. (its just so much easier when you swing)

    I love you, Cassey! This is the millionth time I've done the corset workout and it kicks my ass every time! I used 2.5 hand weights during the candlestick dippers to amp it up a bit!

      not technically. but the majority of people who do them are girls. She often corrects herself when she just addresses the viewers as 'ladies' in order to incorporate guys as well.

      She does a lot of videos for girls, but you can also do her exercises. But if you are looking to gain muscle and look very masculine then I would be careful which ones you do. Because some of these trim your muscles

    After 6 months of using this workout paired with your other videos and some cardio, i eat clean i totally lost half of my body weight.i now have a small waist.thank you Cassey i finally have self my confident and please continue to do what you are doing..to me,you are the best trainer in fitness industry..love your enthusiasm and your being talkative through out the workout and hugs From Egypt..Good job on kicking my ass ^_^

    Thank you for your support and encouragement! I ended up doing the inner thighs challenge (5 mins long) and some stretches (relaxing) before going to bed. Wow the blogilates community is amazing. :)

    I am, similarly to many people here as I'm guessing, only thirteen. I don't have a corset but I have one of those wide waist belts made out of a rubbery type material (it starts with an 'n' but I forgot the full name). I've found that it really helps you sculpt your waist, as you sweat A LOT in it. I even notice a difference the next day if I didn't use it the night before.

      1) If it were a real corset the corset would be next to impossible. 2) The one she is wearing at the beginning of the video she states it a workout corset made by Nike. Open your ears.

      ***** Yes. The rudeness was quite unnecessary. She basically implied it in her blogilates post about the video, but _in_ the actual video, I don't think she ever mentioned that it doesn't actually really do anything. It just looks cute. And like me, I'm pretty sure many people hadn't even heard of such a thing until this video. So understandably, some people may wonder if it's a significant accessory to the workout. :/

    targeting the obliques will build them up and reducing the "cinched in" effect of a small waist. avoid over working your obliques.

    This workout did not target the back muscles enough to effectively engage the whole section of core about the waist. For those interested in toning this set of muscles, I advise doing a more full core workout.
    However, it did cover the oblique sections well.

    i would think so. they do enough work just holding you up. running tones them without the blocking up effect. in fact, ab work is not that necessary in terms of getting a smaller midsection. cardio and strength training ftw.
