    hey popsters :) I've been doing this back workout every other day for 3 weeks now and I am blown away by the results!! It's really really worth the 13 minutes! Just wanted to let you know in case there's a lack of motivation (been there too often).

      probably every two to three days, because yes, my muscles need some rest in between! enjoy your workout :)

      Just want to saywhat an absolutely great job! I have been struggling with binge eating recently and it's really difficult to cope with it but I'm trying to be positive and just move on and getting more exercise in even though it's so hard for me and I lack motivation. This comment cheered me up a bit and I'm so proud of you, you are beautiful, keep up the hard work!

      hey everyone who liked this! Just came back to this video. I got my eating in order, started seeing a therapist, and have lost 37 lbs. Never felt better. Not where I want to be yet, but very proud! You can do this!

    Wow, I remember doing this workout around when it first came out!! I am a day behind, but I am glad to see it being utilized in the March 2020 calendar!! Also, I have to commend Cassie on being a great business woman by keeping views on old videos via the calendars

    I think you should make another back workout video and really explain how working out your back and benefit you... how it can make certain things easier, prevent injuries, the functionality of it, and how it can keep you looking slim.
    I know you have quite a few back videos, but I also think that working out the back is a bit less popular.
    Aside from looking cute, I am into martial arts... I know that if we work out our backs and can prevent us from having poor posture (since we hunch over in certain fighting styles), but even in martial arts we really don't talk about out backs much or do workouts for the back.

    I've been following blogilates for a long time and i have to say that whenever I end up gaining back fat this workout has been my one of my favorites for getting rid of it. Works everytime!! along with other back workouts from her :)

    Almost 10 years out and this is still my favorite blogilates back workout. The standing ones just don't seem to do it.

      The standing one probably does not help as much because this video you are using your entire body and core to focus on your back ;)

    I’ve had back shoulder and neck pain for a long time and so the first time I did this it was harder and I felt like my back was pretty weak because my neck and shoulder would start spasm/tense up. I was super soar the next day. If you’re like me, focus on aligning and elongating your neck and evenly working the specific areas of the back. My second time doing it an I feel a difference already. Stretch, get on a foam roller, and warm up with a different full body video before and after as well

    Hey Cassie! I'm a gymnast and i do this every night after gymnastics practice or a workout, and all i can say is that this back attack workout is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone else on my team always complains that their back is sore and i showed them this and they loved it! Thanks so much, and please make more videos on abs please.

    Thank you Cassey!! I have practiced your pilates video for 4 months with your calendar and I can finally get up from the final move with my hands round myself tight (I succeed doing starfish properly one month ago, already so excited)....

    Done with July 11! I feel my upper back sooo bad right now. Looking forward to stretching it out!

      Congrats! Also doing july calendar (my third week with blogilates), but I havent lost any weight yet.. just feeling stronger :) how did you lost weight?

      qtinka285 Hey! Thank you :)
      I think the reason why I'm loosing so much weight is because I'm slightly overweight, and when you're overweight you loose a lot the first few weeks, because your body is working really hard just to move.. haha
      Also, I do some cardio on my elliptical machine aswell. About 30 minutes a day (not every day, but about 4 times a week).
      If you're not overweight, you might just be gaining muscle and losing fat, which will in some cases make you heavier even! But try not to concentrate on your weight, but on how you feel and how you look :) I took some before-pictures at the start of my two weeks, and I can see some differences in my body already. That's a bigger motivation than the number on the scale.

      Im not overweight much, maybe 2kg, but I can see I have fat, not muscles. Maybe I need to do more cardio (hate cardio :-D), Im doint just blogilates monthly calendar, and maybe I need more cardio. Thanks for advice, keep havin fun, thats the most important, you are right :)

    This was my favorite workout so far!! I was actually able to do everything without needing to pause like I have on some of the other workouts. I might add this one to the calendar every other day or so because I liked it so much!

    seeing this video now as compared to how cassey looks now, you can really see the difference: she has much more energy now compared to how tired she looks here, and cassey looked painful thin back then... i'm really happy for her that she's recovered mostly from her ED now!!! lots of love to you cassey

    January Day 2!!
    So I have a LOT of back problems (even though I'm only 16 D:) due to both genetics and playing the cello, so some of these literally made me want to cry. XD But I made it to the end!! :D
    As a side note, my absolute FAVORITE is the roll. It's so fun, hahaha!!
    I really want to strengthen my back so I can stop being in pain nearly every day. :/ I went to physical therapy over the summer and they taught me some workouts/stretches to help, but I got really bored doing those. This is very similar but way more enjoyable! Thank you, Cassey!! You're amazing!!

      My problems, exactly!!
      I'm 20 and I have lower back issues. Haven't visited the physiotherapist yet. I've started doing the exercises that my dad does for his back pain. Damn, those are so slow and bore me to death. But I'm really worried that I might become paralyzed if something goes wrong. I absolutely love all of Cassey's workouts but is it safe for people like us to do this particular workout? My parents have banned me from doing any other exercises!

    After carrying 4 textbooks everyday plus a binder (I hated being a high school senior) and going up and down the stairs, being 4'11 with a 20 pound backpack (exaggeration, or not a lot of people said it was at least 15) this work out helps my tense back SO MUCH!

    When I was at school today and a few people I know asked me if I lost weight, I thought of this channel and how positive it makes me feel! I always get afraid that my workouts aren't having an impact, then I do some of these and the soreness definitely proves me wrong! Thanks Cassey :)

      Don't lose hope, it just does not happen overnight. You have to work at it and for it. Try taking a pic today and in 30 days do it again, see how much you have gained in that time, it may help.

      123Sweetay You're going to have to find a new workout routine if this is your choice. This is doing next to nothing. Find a good exercise program(it has to be at least somewhat hard) and a good nutrition plan. You will get more results in 1 month than if you did this a life time.

      Paired with the other routines, this has been helpful for me. Alone, it's not supposed to do a lot, with at least 20-60 minutes a day, it does. And yes, a good nutrition plan would be good as well.

      Nicole Hall I'm not being mean. I'm just being truthful. For the most part, you are wasting your time following her routines. Other than a very little bit of calories burned higher than resting metabolic rate, there is nothing biologically that could happen to actually achieve results. Now, with a perfect diet, you could achieve results of fat loss with this, but that'd be 100% thanks to the diet. Her workouts would do less than 1% of the results. Doing regular cardiovascular exercise will burn tons of calories, and it's great for overall health of your heart and the rest of your body. Regular cardio will do tons to allow you to lose fat, and to a point it will tone your muscles. The muscle toning will eventually plateau once your body gets used to it, but it'll be much more substantial than anything from her videos. To get the complete package you'd have to do real resistance training as well. Now, the only thing I think everyone should do is at least light cardio daily for at least 30min. That at alone will accomplish more than doing 10 of her videos in a row on a daily basis.
