    i don't know if it's like a mental thing or if it's just me, but my legs like do not know how to go in circles. They just end up going up and down instead. It's like patting your head and rubbing your tummy for me i swear to god.

      Envision your big toe making the circle! Instead of trying to do it from your leg, lead with your big toe !
      * wait I just realized u might have been referring to the giant leg circles that came first and not the kneeling mini ones… I think as you work on flexibility you’ll get there! My hips click but it doesn’t hurt

    When i first started blogilates i couldn't even do the prisoner thingies so i never did this video again cause it was so frustrating -.- But today was the first time i could inish this and i feel so proud ! So work hard POPsters you can do it - never give up ! ♥

    OMG!! I've only done this for 2 weeks and I already see a huge difference in my legs! My thighs got smaller and they seem more toned! Thanks so much Cassie! Trust me! Do this exercise once a day and eat healthier and you will see results! :D

    I don't follow your plan but I do, do multiple of your Pilate videos. I do about 30 minutes Every workout. I'm slowly working my way up to one hour. Your Videos have helped keep me motivated, I love your enthusiasm and how you smile through it all! You motivate Cassey!! I want to be a Pilates instructor. I'm only 17 now but I will reach my goal to be a trainer :) Thank you Cassey.

      Kiroro Damia Do it! It's really effective. Just pause and do a more simple exercise when you can't take it anymore.
      Don't do it if you have to walk a lot tomorrow though. XD

    For anyone with hip issues do not feel badly for taking breaks in this video. It does not make you any less for caring for your body. You are a rock star for finishing the leg circle, pulses, bicycle combo.

    I remember doing this video two months ago on April 8th as a beginner and it just killed me. After just 2 months of intense working out with Cassey's calendars I came back to this workout and I KILLED IT! Never stop believing in yourself POPsters, it takes time but you CAN do it!

    First time I worked out with Cassey was in 2012 now it’s been 10 years… with respect to all instructors but, I just can’t do five minutes of any literally any workout if it isn’t Cassey’s… everywhere I go I do her workout so everyone one around me around the world knows her.. I got married and even my husbands family started working doing her workout as well… her voice is her magic it’s the real energy that keeps us motivated to finish the workout… ♥️♥️♥️

    AHHH! I finally did it! This workout has been impossible for me, I started doing pilates about a year ago and I have never been able to even get past the mini circles in prisoner position, I always had to drop to my side but today I did all of it without taking even one break! Wow, I feel pretty beast right now XD Biggest accomplishment for me so far in my fitness journey. Now, I just need to conquer Food Baby without breaks... lmao

    At first I thought her enthusiasm was a bit too much but after doing the workout I love it! Her personality is so effective as a motivator. I was able to do it all cause she keeps it exciting! Kudos!

    Was so into the Sheroic podcast while doing this workout that I just kept circling forwards the whole time, and had to rewind the video and circle backwards 😂 My legs always feel SO sore but great after this video! Tears of pain and joy!

    Those prisoner leg circles are SO HARD! I was pounding the floor in frustration so much that someone came to check if I was okay!!! I told them no because I'm doing one of Cassey's legs workouts hahaha T_____T

    When I saw this video on today's playlist on the Blogilates website, I was freaking out, remembering the last time I attempted it and had to take more breaks than I did reps. I had nothing to worry about! I've become so much stronger over the last two months, I barely needed to rest at all. :3

    Unfortunately I have bad knees and they couldn't take the narrow version of the squats while on the toes. So I just did regular narrow squats. :/

      FashionByEstera I didn't say I couldn't do the "narrow squats on the toes" I said the "narrow _version_ of the squats while on the toes"...and so I just did narrow squats.

    i'm doing this lying on my deck, my mat feels like it's as much on fire as my butt and legs are but staring at the clouds and feeling the breeze and of course seeing cassie keep going makes me keep going. i'm in pain but it feels so good!

    Dear Future Grass, this video starts out alright but only gets harder. I took two quick breaks because there were moves that I'm not used to. I usually avoid these moves but I really want to tackle this video again one day!

    I think this is one of my favourite workouts, mainly because you sympathise for us Aussies! Haha
    It's Summer here, almost 10:00pm and I am only just working out now as it's too hot to work out any earlier, especially with no air con!! :(

    i've been doing your workouts everyday after an hour of cardio and then weight training, and now my legs are constantly sore, like they never feel normal :( i think i should take a day off tomorrow

      Yes rest! Give your muscles time to heal up (build). Don't over do it or your results won't show. hope you feel better :)

      Agreed. Totally give yourself a break. Remember, fitness is a Marathon, not a sprint. You don't want to over-train, and burn out to the point where you don't enjoy it anymore and stop. Rest is OK, that's when the muscles repair and GROW. :)

    i hate to love this workout and love to hate it. it has burned every time but my butt has looked so much better in the past few weeks actually. do this exercise every day in the morning (it wakes you up and it doesnt take long) and in ~2weeks you'll already see results and your legs will feel stronger. this is my favorite pilates video :)

    how come I am simply not able to do those tiny leg circles and the whole prisoner position is impossible for me? I mean, I´ve got pretty strong legs and most leg wo are not problem for me but this one.. I can´t even put my leg to that position.. :///

      I think its all about core strength..so strengthen your abs, obliques and back muscles and I'm sure you'll be able to do them

      Could it be that it hurts your knees? I have arthritis, so I just do it on my side.

      You'll eventually get it. I took almost 6-7 months to learn that move. It isn't easy so don't be hard on yourself. Just try keeping your leg in that position 4 times a week or something and eventually you'll do it like a professional.

    I just found your channel. I'm definitely adding these to my regular workouts. I usually go to the gym for some weight lifting, and do bodyrock.tv workouts. Even though I can do exercises that require a lot of cardio with relatively no problems, I find pilates extremely hard. I'm looking forward to the challenge!
