      I like the hot potato, leg circles and the knee curlers. Love the lower body workouts, especially when we work the abs as well! Keep it up!

    Fun !! Legs were so heavy in the circles today. I’m proud of myself for modifying and listening to my body as usually I try to do the hardest way and force myself which isn’t healthy. Thanks for training me with amazing workouts I’m getting so many compliments on my muscles and I don’t even own weights !!! Well done everyone for doing this video a little goes a long way.

    I've been working out a lot lately and I recently switched to veganism! This morning as soon as I woke up I did a killer cardio workout and I just did this, and this is one of the first workouts i've done with you where I didn't stop several times during! Its amazing!

    Aug 31,2016 ! finished my first month of working out with blogilates, I'm so thankful that I found Cassey's blog.     I know that this is an old video, but I've just finished the daily calendar workout for Oct 18th, and really REALLY wanna say: Pleeeeeaaaaase bring back thumbholes!! 🙏😭💕 The shrug tops from the Dark Bloom collection were to die for, and I absolutely love hoodies, shrugs, long sleeve tops or sweaters or light jackets with thumb holes! When I was younger, I'd get scissors and cut thumb holes in every top I could that didn't already come with thumb holes 😅 please bring thumb holes back to PopFlex 🤩

    I think of all of the workout videos I have seen on RUclips yours are the best! I used to be in great shape looking forward to getting back in shape with your workouts. You are right up there with my all time fav Denise Austin. Please do a video for a face and neck workout! I have seen really old people whose bodies were so toned but not their face bcuz they never work out the face muscles! lOVE your sets and your outfits too.

    Success story!
    I wanted to sign up with a modelling agency a few years back but my hips where 7 cms too big. They told me that they’ll give me one and a half month to prepare so i can come back and see me. Ten days before seeing them my hips were as big as they used to be. I panicked.
    I did this workout everyday (sometimes even twice a day) for ten days.
    AND I LOST 3 cms! In TEN DAYS!!!
    This workout is the best hip workout om the internet guys!

    Cassey! Please do a video on good stretches to do after a workout and a video about muscle soreness & how to handle it! :)
    Also maybe if you know anything about massaging sore muscles with a foam roller or tennis balls can you show us what we can do with them and incorporate it into some sort of massaging/rolling Pilates routine?

    I LOVE thumb holes. I actually call them "thumbs thumbs". A term used in the movie Spy Kids. And ironically, she mentions feeling like a "spy". But yes, they're fabulous. Like a hug for my hand.
    Also, can we appreciate her calendar skills and how far they've come? It used to be very busy and now her aesthetics have changed so much. It's more clean and simple and minimalist. So stunning.

    Cassey, I love that you encourage self love and body positivity. It's always important to be the best you that you can be, but it's equally important to not try to be someone else, and the reason I've been following you for the past three years is because you promote loving yourself instead of cutting yourself down.     Does anyone else have problems with maintaining a side plank? I can't even get into position since my feet won't stay on the side. I have flat feet but I don't think that has anything to do with it. 😞

      Ivy Duong. it helps to relay more on your oblics, also, pay attention to your "body line" : make sure your legs aren't a bit more to the front or to the back compared to your torso

      ***** Eat more natural food, take out the processed (no more bad sugar and fats) and add lots of vegetables and fruits, and i'm not sure, but if you want to lose weight, it's better replace the food with gluten with food that contains integral grains. Also, the healthy fats cannot be forgotten (example; avocados, almonds, nuts, etc) you need them to be healthy, but, that doesn't means that you can abuse and eat lots of them in one day, moderation it's the key. I'm not an nutritionist, but, I'm telling you what I have learned with my experience and search to learn how to live a healthy and happy life :) i'm still learning every day, good luck in your journey and hopefully this will help you, if not, you can still ask for advice with a real nutritionist and I'm sure you will have all your questions answered ^-^
      And I almost forget something really important, WATER! It's an essential in a healthy life style, leave the bad drinks with sugar and add at least 2 liters of water per day or more if you had a sweaty day of workout, you have to avoid deshidratation :)

    Absolutely loved it.. It doesnt feel like you hell dead after the work out and doesnt even feel like you haven't done anythibg at all.. Love the positive vibe.. Before i knew it the workout was over absolutely loved it
    Update sorry guys i didn't update.. But this exercise is getting easy.. But i do see a bit tone in the outer thigh

    I have done the whole beginners calendar and now I'm finishing the december 2017 calendar but still I can't do a side plank for more than 2 seconds haha, I had to go on my knee again >.< but I know I WILL get stronger, and I'm waiting for the day in 2018 when I will be able to raise my leg while being in a side plank position. Love you Cassey, working out with you makes me happy! Day 22 done!

    It's almost two am and after a really lazy day I decided to make myself feel better by working out and this was the last video I did. My. Booty. Is. Dead. My legs are literally shaking. Doing this right after the Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge is really hard, but now I feel so good!

    you just reintroduced me to working out. ive been in a huge slump in my life and these workouts have made me feel so much better in just one day! absolutely LOVE your channel. i love the way you have convos with your viewers its a great motivational tool. just did the 6 min sexy arms & lower abs and booty blast OH MY GOSH lol :)

      cassey has an exercise that is called abominable abdominals and it is quite intense!you should try that! :)

    O.M.G!!!!!! i'm soooo glad i found this, i've been trying zumba, yoga a lot of diets but nothing works for me cuz my overweight is too much, and i saw this video and just brought to my mind that i did ballet for 18 years and all we did was pilates and i had killer legs back then i'll start soon with this but i might need a begginers routine.

    I love this exercise routine!! The intensity isn't overwhelming but it has the consistency to make you really really feel the effects of the moves. Cassey I love you!! I did this routine this morning after my banana pancakes... Nom nom nom :D
