In case anyone is curious, I counted the reps! 75 eagle crunches 156 butt pulses 116 sideways scissors 86 half cobra push-ups! I might have miscounted one or two since I was dying!!! Lol

With this workout I find that I’ll work harder if I count the reps since there’s no timer and each move just seems to go on forever! My stamina sucks unless I feel more in control of what I’m doing and if there’s no timer counting really helps with that!

oh my god i just did this and i thought that i would not be able to. I weigh 187 pounds and have severe depression issues and im in the 8th grade and been this way since 3rd. I told myself yesterday that i was going to work really really hard this week and when i woke up i was sore from yesterday but you know what i still wanted to work hard today even though it is 2:45 am. so i brought myself to do this and i did it all the way through and i feel so good even though im burning like crazy. It just proves how much you body can do when you set your mind to it and this was a test. i just kept saying hey it is only a 17 min video and before i knew it it was over. I am crying now, not because im hurting but because i feel beautiful and that yeah im big but i have muscle and im thankful for that. and i am also very thankful for you and for you helping in pushing myself to my full limit not to just to wear i hurt. THANK YOU Cassey im very happy. :3

Second time doing the video without stopping, First time doing the video without any modifications!! Can't wait to finish the Beginner's 2.0 Calendar, and hop right into where the January calendar is when I'm done!! Also, I have already lost 5 pounds! 141 to 136!! Hopefully this tuesday the scale will say 134! I've also noticed a significant change in my lower belly area, where most of my issues are!
I got the sudden inspiration to get fit, and came across this video. So there I was, 10 o'clock at night, family asleep, and I'm in my room working out. I don't have a yoga mat, and my bedroom has hardwood floors. No yoga mat+hardwood floors+sweat=me slowly sliding around my room in a pool of sweat. Paint that picture in your mind lol. I'm lazy af, and haven't worked out in MONTHS, and then I randomly decided to try this. It was an amazing, yet horrible decision. My whole body is shaky, and I feel slightly nauseous, (I never realized how weak I am, holy crap) but I feel proud that I made it through. I suck at exercise, so this was tough, but I feel so good now. Not good, but good, ya know? Maybe working out will become my new obsession? :)

If she makes it look easy enough you can do it too. I personally don't make it look hard but it is hard since I burn just keep going. Like cracked ribs, you look fine, but it hurts to breathe.
For the first one I had to stop quite some times, because I was still so exhausted from the other videos, but I kept going. Last one, honestly I got very emotional, haha! I almost cried, and my arms are shaking as I type this. BUT I'M KEEPING TO THE CALENDAR, and that's what's important for me! One day I'll be able to do everything hopefully without stopping
Blogilates only works because you are starving yourselves. Its a fad and not worth trying. See Durianrider's or freelee's videos. it works long term on all kinds of people. give it a shot because you are wasting your money on silly fad diets.
Still here in 2024! Cassey, I've been following you since I was 21 back in 2015. I was overweight and had such little self-esteem and I wanted to turn my life around when I came across your videos. You made exercising so fun and even tho I struggled a lot, I was the fittest I've ever been. Now at 30, I haven't been as active as before but every once in a while I come back here. I may have gained some weight and I may not be as fit as my 20's but I still consider myself beautiful, confident and happy with my body. Thanks Cassey, even tho we don't see as much new workout videos as before, I still enjoy the times when I worked out with you in my tiny college bedroom.

Update: I still can't do it all the way through but I am MUCH stronger than I was when I did it a few months ago. I've been following the workout calendar, trying my best to eat clean, and drinking plenty of water. I've never felt better in my life! Thank you Cassey for motivating me to take better care of my body and be confident and strong!
amazing workout..My resolution is to be extremely healthy and fit both physically and mentally..and live life in the present. To enjoy and savor every moment which is what most people forget to do :)

Dear, Casey. I’ve loved ur videos ever since I first discovered you. I’ve always loved every kind of exercise you had for anything such as cardio, ab, thighs, and arms workouts. I absolutely hated that you had to go through comments that were very negative towards you about how your figure was back then and how it is now. I never thought that there was anything wrong with your body back then; I always believed that your body figure was the ideal figure of a fitness trainer. I remember you saying that you were happy with your new body figure but there were also people who have told you that you were too skinny now. I know that reading negative comments can put some people down, but I’ve always supported you and I don’t think you should let those negative comments get to you.

I hadn't worked out since Wednesday as I've been travelling with work, and my flight home was delayed last night. I did so much better on this than I thought I would! I took abs slowly, stalled slightly on butt and arms but paused the video and made up for it. Go us!

I finally finished the whole video!! This has always been my favourite blogilates workout but i was never mentally strong enough to finish it. I can finally say i can complete it and im so proud :D
I've been doing this for 1 week so far, alternating between this and my dance practicing. The only exercise I stop to take a break is the legs workout, and the rest I finish! I'm already starting to get more defined abs, and I feel a lot stronger! I'll update you with the results after a few weeks. Thank you!

For the first one I had to stop quite some times, because I was still so exhausted from the other videos, but I kept going. Last one, honestly I got very emotional, haha! I almost cried, and my arms are shaking as I type this. BUT I'M KEEPING TO THE CALENDAR, and that's what's important for me! One day I'll be able to do everything hopefully without stopping

Blogilates only works because you are starving yourselves. Its a fad and not worth trying. See Durianrider's or freelee's videos. it works long term on all kinds of people. give it a shot because you are wasting your money on silly fad diets.

Still here in 2024! Cassey, I've been following you since I was 21 back in 2015. I was overweight and had such little self-esteem and I wanted to turn my life around when I came across your videos. You made exercising so fun and even tho I struggled a lot, I was the fittest I've ever been.
Now at 30, I haven't been as active as before but every once in a while I come back here. I may have gained some weight and I may not be as fit as my 20's but I still consider myself beautiful, confident and happy with my body. Thanks Cassey, even tho we don't see as much new workout videos as before, I still enjoy the times when I worked out with you in my tiny college bedroom.

This was so hard the last time I did it.42 days later,I finally have the phy sical and mental strength to do this one. It blows my mind what I can achieve by just being consistent. So Proud✅✅✅✅

I am so proud of myself right now, I am overweight but am really trying to get healthy and I just completed this amazingly hard workout in all it's entirety! Thank you so much Cassie! I am over 250 pounds and this was hard but not too hard, just give it a try! I promise you'll be so happy when those 15 minutes are done lol :)

Update: I still can't do it all the way through but I am MUCH stronger than I was when I did it a few months ago. I've been following the workout calendar, trying my best to eat clean, and drinking plenty of water. I've never felt better in my life! Thank you Cassey for motivating me to take better care of my body and be confident and strong!

I am so proud that I did this whole video without pausing or resting. This was one of my long-term goals, and after a day of doing each song challenge by themselves, I've achieved this goal. Thank you so much for motivating me and helping me finish without resting.

so for me I have saturday as my rest day, so I did tomorrows workout today, and at first I wasn't looking forward to it since I had bad cramps, I did it anyway and now...THEY'RE GONE! Yay!!!! Hit two birds with one stone! Cramps gone, and workout done! :)
OMG I FINISHED THE WHOLE VIDEO!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Last time (2 months ago) I had to do 1000 breaks during the eagle abs and I did only around 20secs of the last exercise. This time I DID THE WHOLE VIDEO without breaks! Whoo!
Since four days ago I didn't do this workout, but I decided to do better this time than four days ago. I DODN'T STOP TILL THE END OF THE LAST WORKOUT!!!!YAY! I am so proud of myself for doing that too! Even though my arms feel like jelly.

Dear, Casey. I’ve loved ur videos ever since I first discovered you. I’ve always loved every kind of exercise you had for anything such as cardio, ab, thighs, and arms workouts. I absolutely hated that you had to go through comments that were very negative towards you about how your figure was back then and how it is now. I never thought that there was anything wrong with your body back then; I always believed that your body figure was the ideal figure of a fitness trainer. I remember you saying that you were happy with your new body figure but there were also people who have told you that you were too skinny now. I know that reading negative comments can put some people down, but I’ve always supported you and I don’t think you should let those negative comments get to you.
Thank you so much for everything. I have gotten so strong and toned following your monthly calendars and I can’t tell you how much that new strength and confidence has bled over into other parts of my life (in a positive way)! I feel more confident at work and when I go out in public, thank you so so much for what you do ❤️❤️❤️

I hadn't worked out since Wednesday as I've been travelling with work, and my flight home was delayed last night. I did so much better on this than I thought I would! I took abs slowly, stalled slightly on butt and arms but paused the video and made up for it. Go us!

I finally finished the whole video!! This has always been my favourite blogilates workout but i was never mentally strong enough to finish it. I can finally say i can complete it and im so proud :D

I've been doing this for 1 week so far, alternating between this and my dance practicing. The only exercise I stop to take a break is the legs workout, and the rest I finish!
