Hey Cassey! Im a 25 year old mom of 3 beautiful babies! I lost about 13 kg 3 years ago by doing your workouts! Got preggo and gained it all back and then some. Today im at my heaviest ive ever been. I knew who i had to find to be motivated and love to workout with every day, and thats you! Thank you for being so positive and fun to workout with! God bless you! ❤
Anyone else ready to start their #21DayTone Challenge? I'm SO in. Also, a BIG congratulations to Cassie on her new Target line! Been watching you for years and love seeing your successes and dreams manifesting!
I was @ Target today and saw her fitness line on the whole end cap and seriously only 2 things left! One dumbbell and one water bottle, 😂 I say it was a success!
This is the FIRST TIME I have been able to do this workout the whole way through with no modifications and I am so so proud of myself. I have done this at least ten times over the course of 1.5 years and have never done the whole thing. I am so proud of my journey and of becoming the person who embraces challenges rather than running from them.
On Day 1 I was super unfit and had to take breaks and ended up really exhausted. Today is Day 9 of the 21 Day Challenge and I was amazed how much I progressed in just over a week! Today this workout was even fun and I pushed myself to go faster and harder. Thank you for the motivation!! 🌟🌟
I just did the first 21 minute video for today (April 22nd) and I thought I could do this one right after. Nope! It was also a 3 round cardio video. I’m so fatigued and nauseous, I already felt weak to begin with. Going to shower and then do it this afternoon/evening. By that time I should be reset and have more energy. I’m your reminder that if you’re feeling weak and you want to push through, don’t push through. Listen to your body and break it up throughout the day like morning and evening. You’ll still get results
You go girl! Great advice :D Giving me the strength to get up off the couch (especially because it's winter here *shivers*). Hope your health and wellness journey is going well.
Just a reminder to everyone reading this that you do not have to starve yourself or workout for hours on end every day to become “skinny” or “healthy” or “athletic”. You are beautiful just the way you are. And you always will be beautiful no matter what!!💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 -Thank you so much for all the likes. I’m so happy that it got so many because the likes tell me that people are seeing this. And the more likes this gets the more people that will see this extremely important message.
@@rp2741 Yes I totally meant this to a certain extent. I just feel like people who are perfectly healthy but aren’t what they consider the “ideal” weight are often told that they are unhealthy even though their body “size/shape” is completely normal.
Thanks so much for this! I've always been on and off when it comes to feeling good about myself, and although I've since been doing a lot better than I have before, this message still warms my heart! The world needs more people like you 🙌🙌
My favorite thing about this video is how much stronger I feel doing it now compared to the first time I did it. These challenges really make a difference!!
So I just had to let people know that I quit checking in here, but I have been exercising every other day, or like today, it’s been three days in a row, other times I couldn’t exercise for two or three or four days, because of my schedule, but I just wanted to encourage anybody who is on their beginning of their exercising journey to never give up! If you can’t complete one day or even a week or two, don’t give up! I feel so much better and I hope to make exercise a part of my life for the rest of my time on this planet! Thank you for posting this and all of your other videos!✌️❤️😊
I decided to restart working out in 2021. I have not been great at sticking to a work out plan these past 3 years after being diagnosed with endometriosis. (It is hard to stay motivated if you miss out on weeks bc of pain) This challenge feels like a perfect start bc it is only max 30 min/day allowing me to still focus on my thesis and seems like a great place to start. (I'll probably still die during those 30 min😅) Thank you for making this challenge Cassey!
Im wishing all the best luck to you!! What really has helped me get back into working out is making smaller goals each month rather than a giant goal at the beginning of the year. In my head, a month is a lot more achievable than a whole year. Also, listening to funny podcasts really gets me through workouts because I focus on that rather than the fact that I feel like dying haha! :)
Done ! Just out the 90 days journey, got back in shape, lost 12 lbs and still going ! :-D Happy 2021 to everyone and thanks to you for being so motivational ♡
The first time I did this video, I was dying and had to stop at least once each round. Only a week later I surprised myself when I whizzed straight into the second round without even needing a sip of water! And only had to stop once after the second round for 30 secs! 😍 Cassey making us stronger everyday
Day one here😅. I was so sad that I couldn’t get myself to start on the 1st , but I am here stronger than ever!! Been here since 2014 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Love you Cassey
Day 6: I look forward to exercising every day and when I get more fit, I definitely plan to start doing it twice a day at least! I have noticed getting a little bit more toned already. If I have to squat down to do something at work, I’ve noticed that it’s much easier to get back up! Thank you for posting these videos and anybody out there start doing it! You’re going to feel sore for a few days but you feel so good immediately afterwards and just keep feeling better and better every day!
Day 7: YAY!! I made it the first seven days, and look forward to every exercise session! I am feeling better and better, physically, mentally and spiritually!! I’m so happy that I put my mind to getting fit!!
Day 3: I was feeling sore, but about halfway through the set it started to feel less sore- I swear I’m already feeling better and I promise to check back every day! You’ve got this don’t give up!
Cassie, I haven't watched your videos in a while and coming back I'm still so amazed. You had every chance to put this amazing workout schedule behind a paywall, or download wall, to not give equipment free examples so people had to buy your stuff, and you didn't!! I mean, not that I expected that from you but I'm just so grateful for your open mindset. Thank you! ❤️
Cassey, I just want to say how much of an inspiration you are to me. My body journey has kind of been oscillating between 140 pounds and 120 pounds for the last two years now, and I am at the lower end of that scale now. I really empathised with your wanting to break free when you did your 90 day challenge, and even though it took me a year to lose the weight (actually lose it, put it on and lose it again). I always had your inspiration of what you can do in three months. Knowing how your physique has gone up in weight as you've become more muscular is also an inspiration to me, because, as I start weight-lifting workouts, I know the scale going up is going to perturb me. However, with your example, much less than before. This is my new favourite workout from you (I love the superhero series and the saddle bags one) I know I'm going to do it again and again!
You changed my life and my lifestyle I love how your workouts are not a chore you make them fun and you motivate me to push myself harder. Keep doing the amazing things your doing Cassie
I'm loving your exercises with weights and appreciate that you show that you can do it without the weights providing flexibility to all your viewers. Please more weights!
Day 8: well I had to take a six day pause because I got sick, which kind of disheartened me, I was really trying to do the challenge, but I’m not going to give up and I don’t want you to either! Today I’m starting where I left off doing my workout, and Inshallah I’ll be able to do it almost every day for the rest of my life!
Day 10: Well, this is actually day 10 of the work out, I ended up having to take a couple days in between days 8, 9, and 10- but I still wanted to post this because I want to encourage others that even if they have to miss some time exercising it doesn’t mean you have to give up! These workouts of hers go by really fast, and you can feel the difference!! Keep going and never give up!!
I am so excited for this challenge. I've never been able to do workouts for more than 10 minutes cause I always gave up but today I pushed myself and I completed the entire workout without any breaks 💖 Thank you so much for the amazing workouts.
After doing this workout last week and again today I definitely can tell an improvement has been made in maintaining balance during the leg lift rows. Thanks for the workout!!
I love this workout! Don't give up guys- the first time I did it, I kept falling over and pausing to drink water, but today I didn't stop once and only lost my balance for a sec! :)
Loved the 21 Tone Challenge I've just completed and am super happy with the results after 21 days! I'm onto round 2 of the 21 tone challenge as of today and have upped my weights, so good!
starting this on August 1, 2022, so it’s easier to keep up with on the dates starting weight - 187 pounds ending weight - day one - completed. i feel confident about this and my legs starting shaking beginning of round 3, while my shoulders were burning in round 2. [breaks: 0] day two - completed. definitely got out of breath faster and more. it was extremely difficult for me to do, but i am proud of myself for not giving up. i wanted it to be over in round 1, but i refused to give up. God, everything burns, but i feel awesome! [breaks 2, one before round 2&3] day three - completed. my legs and butt are going to be sooooo sore tomorrow. i also liked how you talked about random things, like pop princesses and honeymoons. it really distracted me from the pain. the bridges and circles KILLED me, but i did it! [breaks: 3] day four - IM BACK. [01/27/23] RESTARTING BECAUSE I GOT MOTIVATION!! day 1 (again): difficult, as expected, but going on strong. one break to go get water, but i feel awesome about this! anddddd ohhhhh dear lord, reading my past notes make me feel nervous, but excited!
Starting a new fitness journey with you, Cassey! I live in a small area, so there’s not a LOT accessible to me, especially on a budget. And your monthly calendars take all the work out of trying to plan, which I love! And what’s more is that you’re compiling those videos into playlists! I work in the service industry, so there’s a lot of evenings I come home and my brain is absolutely fried. Thank you so much for making it so user friendly.
I really have to say that I’m not a “peppy” person and sometimes it annoys me how excited you always are but it’s 100% my motivation because I know I *need* to hear it. Thanks for making these videos free and thanks for all you do!
Can't wait to start this challenge! Thank you so much for giving us free access to training, I've been following you for a few years now and I'm always so happy to get new challenges from you! Also, thanks for giving us options to do it with or without equipment, this really helps us who are starting our fitness journey! Lots of love xx
Day 4: I still feel achy, but things are getting a little bit easier! I’m doing the arm workout before I do this one also because I used to be really strong, but I don’t work hard anymore and so my arms were looking kind of flabby, so I want to get them toned up also. I even did 10 push-ups (on my knees) when I got done with this workout! already I can feel the difference! Keep going! Don’t give up! Just keep pushing through it - we can do amazing things when we try!
YES! I AM SOO PUMPED FOR 2021! I WANNA DO CHLOE TING'S 2021 FLAT STOMACH CHALLENGE AND BLOGILATES 2021 CHALLENGE AT THE SAME TIME! I LOVE MY QUEENS SOOO MUCH!
DAY 11: I might have to do it one day on one day off, but I’m not going to stop! I do feel better than I did when I started! also, I have lupus and emphysema, and perhaps that has something to do with why I can’t do it every day, but I feel really good and it helps me with my chronic pain for sure!
i can still remember cursing this workout and feeling so bad about myself because i had to take a lot of rests but now i managed to finish this without taking a rest. i can't believe i've gotten stronger when i'm still currently in the 2nd week of 21-day tone challenge. to those people who are still struggling in this workout, you're one step closer to becoming the stronger version of you. don't give up and be gentle to yourself. the mere fact that you're doing good for yourself today is something you should be proud of. you've got this! 💪🏻
I remember doing this video in week 1 and i could barely get through it but look at me finishing 3 rounds without break. Can really feel the change!! Also i was almost gonna skip today's workout but i just couldnt end my day without working out. So the 21 minute everyday is definetly working!!! Thank you so much Casey💗💗💗💗
I was literally shaking in these exercises. Thank you for encouraging to keep trying even if some of us shake very badly😅 My goal is to complete this challenge despite my busy schedule
Gosh, i still got to pause the video and take rest before starting the next round this has been my workout for twice-thrice a week. Im a man and almost done with my twenties but just like Ms.Cassy said “Find your core.. if you falter, if you wiggle, you’re just getting stronger as we work through every rep.” I felt a lot better than before and so glad i’ve found this Channel. Thank you so much, You are an inspiration. :)
I decided to loose weight this year and to become healthier version of my (beautiful) self! January 2021 i was 120kg and right now i have 95! Im so proud of myself, I combined different workouts but Cassey i must admit you are my favorite. I love that you talk in your workouts so i can concentrate to that and forget about time 💖
I used to do weightlifting for almost 5 years, but Because of covid i had to stop. I didn't do cardio or pilates cause i have a health problem. Today 25.10.22 i found the strength to begin again. I did the whole video but after the second round i left the weight. I feel positive and really happy to be on track again.
It’s insane how last week when I did this I literally barely was able to breath after just the first round! And now I made through the whole thing and was almost able to do every move for the full 45 seconds!!! All except the first ground one! 😂 my abs r still pretty weak! Lol
I want you to know because of you and this challenge, after I had my baby, I did this challenge and I was able to get back to my pre baby weight! This challenged eased me back into working out a few months after having my son. Thank you so much for everything you do! I have been doing your videos since I was 12! I am 21 now :)
Cassey yet another great workout, girl! I've been working out with you for how many years now and you keep progressing! I would really love more videos including dumbbells! 💕
I’m on day 2 at 57 years young with a 10 year spinal fusion. I use an exercise ball as modifications on squats. Your positive attitude is contagious and I appreciate you so much!! 🦋😊
Had to take multiple breaks but im sure after 21 days i’ll be able to do it! Day 1: ✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ this one hurt! :’) Day 4:✅ feeling stronger! Day 5: i rested😅 Day 6: ✅✅ did both day 5 and 6 whew!! Day 7: ✅ easy day, what a treat! Day 8: ✅this one hurt too haha Day 9: ✅ did not need as many breaks as i did in day 1! Day 10: ✅ was able to follow pace without extra breaks😲 Day 11: ✅ i feel so energized after that i did a bit of cardio after the video! Day 12: ✅ PAINFULLLLL Day 13: ✅ idk if it’s getting easier but i do see muscle definition!! Day 14: ✅ thank goodness for this!! Day 15: ✅ feels great after!
💪 Done !!! I have been working hard recovering from an arm injury and this was the first time I have been able to comfortably use weights again in a long time. I'm so excited and encouraged !!!
Damn, amazing what 7 days can do, I could finish this video without a pause this time! Ah I'm excited, didn't think I'd see or feel any results this fast
Same thing happened to me! I was shocked! When shutdown first happened (before school got too much and isolation made me sad) I was working out almost daily with Cassey and I was amazed how great my endurance was for hikes and other daily activities!!
Jenny said it yesterday. I just finished this workout, so I'm saying it today: thank you, Cassey, for these great workouts. You wouldn't believe how much I wobbled around, but like you said: those 21 minutes went by like nothing! Looking forward to tomorrow
Day 9 & 10 of getting into a workout routine are always the hardest for me. The initial motivation during that first week wears off and then I start making excuses to not work out. I put off my Day 9 workout for 6 hours today. I was telling myself "it's okay, you can rest today since you already did 8 days in a row, you'll get back at it tomorrow" when i know very well that I will not get back to it tomorrow. But i finished this routine, my heart pounding and sweating a lil bit, and I'm so glad I did. ✨
Day 9 of 21 days challenge done :) My posture and strength this time was so much better than day 1. I remember i had trouble with balancing on day 1. I only lost my balance once today. What an improvement:)
I ❤️ you and your workouts. My only slight feedback would be I love the talk and distraction when doing pop series workout but with weight workout, more music, less talk, for me personally helps me laser focus. Thanks for all you give🙏🏾🧘🏾♀️
I just finished this workout - and I will try to stick with the whole calendar during 21 days - hubs and I just booked a ski trip next month, and I really need my best, fittest form for skiing. Congrats to all who finished, to those who are yet to work out - YOU CAN DO IT! Just like Cassey said, don't compare yourself to anyone and do your best to be better than you were the last time. Happy, healthy and successful year to all blogilates fam!
I haven't worked out in sooooooo long and I haven't been on this channel in a while either - but I am excited to get up and get moving again .. thanks for always being a consistent motivation casey 💛✨ I know that I can always count on you to encourage me to move .. even if i don't feel like it that day .. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
u were coooooking w this 21 minute schedule! looking at it as three 7minute segments makes the mental mountain MUCH easier and on days i'm procrastinating on working out it's easier to say "at least do the first 7 minutes" then when i get to the second segment it's "might as well finish the last 7 minutes" hehe :D
Yesterday I saw this challenge and I was so motivated by you and the video of the results and how they we're so happy not just by losing weight but also by loving their bodies, so I really pushed myself not to wait 'till Monday but even on a Friday, the thing that matters it's starting! thank you Cassie!
Okaaaayyyyy, started the 21 day tone in March. The first time I did this, I struggled SO much. Day 9 today and I got through it NO PROBLEM!!!! Thank you Cassey!! Whenever I feel lost in life I always come back to your videos and they always bring me back to myself
i must say i usually don´t enjoy working out with weights, it´s just not for me, but, Cassey, you have outdone yourself! i loved this! the orignal compound moves are genius and as i hate repetition, i did weights, no weights, weights, and i´m really glad to see that the modfications aren´t the same moves without dumbbells. plus the look and aesthetic of this video, that seriously brings it to a whole other level!
I'm a little late to the party but today I completed day 9 of the 21 Day Tone! I wish I would have seen this challenge at the beginning of the year and got a good start on my 2021 but better late than never, right?? It's amazing what just 9 days of hard work and dedication can do! When I did this workout for the first time I felt like I had DIED!!! I honestly had no idea how I was going to continue and complete these 21 days. Day 9 and I can't believe how far I have come in just a week and a half! I felt like I did these so much easier than my last attempt and I was even able to incorporate some resistance bands into some of the exercises since I don't have any dumbbells. It. Felt. AMAZING! I can't wait to see how I feel after this 3 week challenge! Thank you Cassey for all of these videos! Oh, and today also marks day 1 of my 90 day journey *my journal arrived yesterday (:

Just started snowing in Sweden and can't go out for a run. My mom hinted me to try this out, I'm two days in and I'm loving it! Thank you Cas!
Thanks Axel’s mom! She’s got it going on
I'm loving your exercises with weights and appreciate that you show that you can do it without the weights providing flexibility to all your viewers.
I've never been able to do workouts for more than 10 minutes cause I always gave up but today I pushed myself and I completed the entire workout without any breaks 💖
Thank you so much for the amazing workouts.
It was so much better doing the exercises this time, after just 1 week. Thanks for the challenge 😍
After doing this workout last week and again today I definitely can tell an improvement has been made in maintaining balance during the leg lift rows. Thanks for the workout!!
Completed the first 2 workouts in this playlist for today. Will complete this 3rd one when I get home later. Day 3 for August 2023! Completed!
I love this workout! Don't give up guys- the first time I did it, I kept falling over and pausing to drink water, but today I didn't stop once and only lost my balance for a sec! :)
Loved the 21 Tone Challenge I've just completed and am super happy with the results after 21 days! I'm onto round 2 of the 21 tone challenge as of today and have upped my weights, so good!
starting this on August 1, 2022, so it’s easier to keep up with on the dates
starting weight - 187 pounds
ending weight -
day one - completed. i feel confident about this and my legs starting shaking beginning of round 3, while my shoulders were burning in round 2. [breaks: 0]
day two - completed. definitely got out of breath faster and more. it was extremely difficult for me to do, but i am proud of myself for not giving up. i wanted it to be over in round 1, but i refused to give up. God, everything burns, but i feel awesome! [breaks 2, one before round 2&3]
day three - completed. my legs and butt are going to be sooooo sore tomorrow. i also liked how you talked about random things, like pop princesses and honeymoons. it really distracted me from the pain. the bridges and circles KILLED me, but i did it! [breaks: 3]
day four -
IM BACK.
Nooo why did you stop!!!! Keep going!! I'm gonna start today let's get going together!!!
@@amaloulo3177 schedule got too busy! thank you so much for reminding and encoring me. good luck!! :D
Day 13: I definitely have more energy and the exercises are getting much easier! Thank you so much don’t ever give up! You CAN do it!
You know a workout is hard when the double leg lift feels like a rest...
We’re your shoulder blades on the ground?
I did it!!! Waaa hooo!!! I like that you said comosre yourself to yourself yesterday, I did a longer workout today and am so proud!♡
Cassey changed my life, before blogilates I hated to work out but she makes it so much fun and I don't feel that it's a chore anymore. I LOVE HER
Cassey! You’ve done it again! Thanks for kicking my butt (in a good way) all these years. I am forever grateful for you💕
This is my comment of commitment. I’ll check in 21 days from now. I won’t give up. 😅
How's it going? 😊
Been a month
Starting a new fitness journey with you, Cassey! I live in a small area, so there’s not a LOT accessible to me, especially on a budget. And your monthly calendars take all the work out of trying to plan, which I love! And what’s more is that you’re compiling those videos into playlists! I work in the service industry, so there’s a lot of evenings I come home and my brain is absolutely fried. Thank you so much for making it so user friendly.
Today I'm using two bottles of alcohol as my weights 😄😂.
This is a mood xd
Quarantine mood lmao
Omg thats a good idea tho I’m going to do that 😂
I got oat drink cartons (not ideal but best I could come up with in those 5sec) 🤣
Lots of love xx
good luck
Good luck with that but take care as well
Sammmmee
Good Luck!! I've done it before. Did one of Chloe's challenge plus blogilates calendar workouts and it was killer but made me feel so accomplished
Very tempted to do the same but am kinda sick right now so planning to do chloes for the whole feb! Good luck to u!!
Me too! But how though? I don't want to overexercise either.
DAY 11: I might have to do it one day on one day off, but I’m not going to stop! I do feel better than I did when I started! also, I have lupus and emphysema, and perhaps that has something to do with why I can’t do it every day, but I feel really good and it helps me with my chronic pain for sure!
Cassey, thank you for filming the modifications! I was concerned I won’t be able to do the challenge, but now I know exactly what to do☺️👼🏻
i can still remember cursing this workout and feeling so bad about myself because i had to take a lot of rests but now i managed to finish this without taking a rest. i can't believe i've gotten stronger when i'm still currently in the 2nd week of 21-day tone challenge. to those people who are still struggling in this workout, you're one step closer to becoming the stronger version of you. don't give up and be gentle to yourself. the mere fact that you're doing good for yourself today is something you should be proud of. you've got this!
Day 5: this is definitely getting a little easier and my energy levels and mood have been better since exercising!
I was literally shaking in these exercises. Thank you for encouraging to keep trying even if some of us shake very badly😅 My goal is to complete this challenge despite my busy schedule
Gosh, i still got to pause the video and take rest before starting the next round this has been my workout for twice-thrice a week.
Im a man and almost done with my twenties but just like Ms.Cassy said “Find your core.. if you falter, if you wiggle, you’re just getting stronger as we work through every rep.”
I felt a lot better than before and so glad i’ve found this Channel.
Thank you so much, You are an inspiration. :)
Doing this in 2023…! You are awesome casey..! I needed a good workout and your videos give me that..! 💪🏼
I decided to loose weight this year and to become healthier version of my (beautiful) self! January 2021 i was 120kg and right now i have 95! Im so proud of myself, I combined different workouts but Cassey i must admit you are my favorite. I love that you talk in your workouts so i can concentrate to that and forget about time 💖
You're helping me changing my whole relationship with working out. I couldn't be more grateful :) Thank you Cassey!
Lol
Yeay!!! Happy and proud to be here again.. And yes after 9 continues days, feel stronger than i was on the first day. Thanks, Casey!!
Starting tomorrow and I’m all IN! So excited for this ready to motivate my body, heart and soul 🥰 let’s get it guys!
Day 1: ✅

Thank you Cassie for you smiles and encouragement. You are wonderfully inspiring and I truly appreciate you.
This time I was so much stronger than a week before! 🥰
💪 Done !!! I have been working hard recovering from an arm injury and this was the first time I have been able to comfortably use weights again in a long time. I'm so excited and encouraged !!!
Cassey I graduated the beginners calendar fINALLY and now i'm feeling this one. Thanks so much for all you do lovely! #workit
Thank you so much! My daughter and I will be taking your challenge!
Me: does the 21 day tone after it’s over
same here lol! i started last week !
Same here!
Same! 😄
Just starting today 😁
Same, just started today
Day 10: Well, this is actually day 10 of the work out, I ended up having to take a couple days in between days 8, 9, and 10- but I still wanted to post this because I want to encourage others that even if they have to miss some time exercising it doesn’t mean you have to give up! These workouts of hers go by really fast, and you can feel the difference!! Keep going and never give up!!
omg this was way harder than i thought it would be...had so much fun! excited for tomorrows!
I felt the same way, too!! But I’m so glad I did it!! Yay for us 🙌🏽
Day 9 of 21 days challenge done :) My posture and strength this time was so much better than day 1.
I remember i had trouble with balancing on day 1. I only lost my balance once today. What an improvement:)
Grateful enough for your free workouts and even more for your efforts behind it ....can't even express enough love for it
I’ve never been excited to workout, in till I found Casey! Love you
I ❤️ you and your workouts. My only slight feedback would be I love the talk and distraction when doing pop series workout but with weight workout, more music, less talk, for me personally helps me laser focus. Thanks for all you give🙏🏾🧘🏾♀️
I seriously did so much better than last week. Cassey is really making me stronger🙄
Thank you so much! I love the manner in which you speak about health, fitness and bodies! Your positivity is awesome!
I'm new here and it AMAZES me how she could speak while doing all those demonstations ✨
I've been here for 4 years. It STILL amazes me how she can speak for the entirety of her videos. :D
Loving this.....I'll start this Cassey after I recover from my Fracture......
I'll be active for 21 days as soon as I Recover.
hope you get better soon .. 🤗🤗
@@theluschmasterinc Thank You.......🤗🤗
Yesterday I saw this challenge and I was so motivated by you and the video of the results and how they we're so happy not just by losing weight but also by loving their bodies, so I really pushed myself not to wait 'till Monday but even on a Friday, the thing that matters it's starting! thank you Cassie!
Has been waiting for this since jan 1 😂😂 i even made a workout calendar with 21 days of challenge . Let’s get this done!!!!
Hey u r the one who did the chloe ting challenge right?
I just have to say i loved yr video😍
@@gayatrikundliya4409 yesss ❤️🙌 thank you so much 🥺❤️
Okaaaayyyyy, started the 21 day tone in March. The first time I did this, I struggled SO much. Day 9 today and I got through it NO PROBLEM!!!! Thank you Cassey!! Whenever I feel lost in life I always come back to your videos and they always bring me back to myself
Jan 12,coz of my trembling balance I was thinking about skipping that third round, but as I don't want to regret later I didn't skip it.
i must say i usually don´t enjoy working out with weights, it´s just not for me, but, Cassey, you have outdone yourself! i loved this! the orignal compound moves are genius and as i hate repetition, i did weights, no weights, weights, and i´m really glad to see that the modfications aren´t the same moves without dumbbells. plus the look and aesthetic of this video, that seriously brings it to a whole other level!
Day 9, this is so much easier than i remember it being. Especially after that tough one yesterday, this lifted my spirits.
That’s amazing 👏🏼 Should i do this workout in the video for 21 days?
@@yaraali8043 There is a calendar on her website that has the work outs you should for 21 days. It’s fun once you get into, good luck 👍
@@natt0416x thank u so much 🤍
I'm a little late to the party but today I completed day 9 of the 21 Day Tone!
