For those of you trying this, after a week or so, you finally get used to it It may be like hell since your body is adjusting to new things, but like with all workouts, stick with it and you guys can do it! Just take your time each day to do this, and you'll be fitter in no time, I believe in yall.
Doing this today, it made me realize that my 'exercise journey' isn't about getting the perfect body. Heck, I love my body(and yes it's FAR from perfect, but i'm also a teen and my body will change)! It's about my self-confidence and empowering myself through these exercises. Thank You So Much for putting out so much positive love!
For me it's about getting stronger. Okay tbh strength is something that gives me confidence, so maybe it's about that as well. I've loved my body most when it's muscular and I have round, strong shoulders, slightly defined abs (can't get a six pack without going to an unhealthy body fat percentage) and feel fit. Unfortunately, I lost some of my progress, but will keep going for sure! I love working out.
I totally deserved that round of applause from Cassey at the end because I have just done the WHOLE of today's Blogilates calendar - first time for ages!
I've been super depressed and I remembered how I used to follow your workouts a lot. Even though I'm really out of shape and felt discouraged during this video, your upbeat personality, the vibrant plants in the background, and positivity really made me feel a bit better today. I am currently getting back into these workouts. I used to follow this religiously and my body was in the best shape it had ever been in, and then I let the pressures of high school get to me and gave into unhealthy eating habits. Now I'm 17 and a senior and my goal is work toward MY healthiest body. Also I love your workouts so much, you are so inspiring and motivational that I don't mind killing my body every day

I love these 12 minute work-outs! They're short enough that I can fit it in whenever I have time, which keeps me motivated! Add in redoing the 2020 challenge over and over when I can squeeze in 5 minutes for a little extra, and I'm doing a quick, quality workout each day, when I can't manage a longer one.
Hey no argument here. In all of 2019 my goal was to do 5 minutes everyday and 9x out of 10, I did it with no argument. and that's half the goal is to get up and do a workout without arguing with myself to get up and get it done. Now in 2020 I've literally created a habit of getting up to do workout without having to argue with myself to get up and do it and I'm doubling my time this year to 10 minutes a day. A five to ten minute workout on a daily basis is so easy to maintain I love how simple that is and I've even lost weight doing it too.
I loved this workout so much I thought I’d give some feedback! I am 23 years old, 5’7, 180lb and I haven’t been active for a long time. Today was my first workout in months or maybe this year..but what I noticed right away was this was a perfect level of difficulty for someone like me. I feel like other cardio workouts are way too difficult from the jump and are high impact. This was great! Not easy but not so difficult I caved in the first 3 minutes (which has happened before) I am not sure if this workout was meant to be tailored towards those who are really out of shape but it is such a great workout that I plan to incorporate this weekly until I can move up to something more challenging. Thank you! You are a great instructor btw, such good energy! ❤️
Just finished the april calendar and I can't believe I made it to the May calendar and somehow ended up downloading it too even after the torture haha!! I am excited for that summer body!
This is just perfect for when you just want to get some physical activity in. Really targets the muscles and you get a work out even if it’s just 12 minutes!. Also it isn’t too easy nor too hard and the moves are not the most common so it doesn’t get boring at all :D

Right, a simple 5 to 10-minute workout every single day is so easy to maintain, I love it. The best part is I don't have to argue with myself to get up and get it done because it's 5 to 10 minutes, simple. I've actually lost weight by doing it every single day which feels so good.
I suggest you get on a full body 3 day split strength progam with actual weights if you wanna ever see ANY kind of results. Youre just wasting time with thia channel

I am going to do this to tone for school! DAY 1 :✅ I feel sore and I actually love it! DAY 2 : ✅ I woke up with cramps and I feel so sore! DAY 3 :✅ I feel much better, the cramps are disappearing bc I have been doing warmups b4! DAY 4: ✅ I lost motivation but I got up to do it! my cramps are gone! DAY 5:✅ I lost all my cramps DAY 6: ✅ I felt amazing and sweaty!

August Calender!!! Leg day actually broke my legs, I always focus on core, ab, and cardio workouts, when I did legs, LET ME TELL YOU, it was awesome feeling sore after finishing it up. I work Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so I’ll have to figure out how to split up my day with these videos, but they’re super fun. I’m a skinny 15 year old, with toned abs thanks to Casey, I get my spinal/scoliosis surgery in October, to these videos are definitely helping my curve stay in place for now. Also this is my first time doing the month calendar! I thought it was perfect to do it this month, right before school starts, since I’ll be super busy. Thanks again Cass!!!

After 2 months doing nearly nothing this was the ideal re-start for me. At the beginning of the video I felt dizzy as my blood presure kept rising. But after a short fight from 2 minutes my body felt fine again and I want more!

THANK YOU CASSY I was having a hard time finding something that worked with my neck pain and sensitive ankles being overweight. This worked for me and got it done fast. Yes I burned but I was able to get through it. Cant thank you enough. Think I found a good full body workout.
This was my first time trying this workout and I was hardly able to keep up at all. I’m excited to keep up with Pilates and see if it’s any easier when I try it next week! My current plan is to do the 12 minute arm on Mondays and Fridays, the 12 minute abs on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the 12 minute thighs on Wednesdays and Sundays, and this full body on Thursdays. I’m trying to build up my strength so I can begin weight training
Wow, I found out I have really weak arms 😬. I could barely do those pushups on my knees. Yeesh! But, I have been getting stronger ever since I started working out with Blogilates. I love it!
I've been doing blogilates for all of lockdown, and it;s CRAZY how much easier this workout has gotten! When I first started, I had to pause between every move, and now I can plow through the whole thing and totally smash it! Thanks, Cassey!

August Calender!!! Leg day actually broke my legs, I always focus on core, ab, and cardio workouts, when I did legs, LET ME TELL YOU, it was awesome feeling sore after finishing it up. I work Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so I’ll have to figure out how to split up my day with these videos, but they’re super fun. I’m a skinny 15 year old, with toned abs thanks to Casey, I get my spinal/scoliosis surgery in October, to these videos are definitely helping my curve stay in place for now. Also this is my first time doing the month calendar! I thought it was perfect to do it this month, right before school starts, since I’ll be super busy. Thanks again Cass!!!

I also decided to keep up with Cassey's pace but that means I don't feel the abs as much.
I feel myself getting better every time I do this video. Grass 1 year ago wouldn't be able to STAND on one leg without falling over. THIS GRASS can balance on one leg and do weird leg arms lift things!

Dear Future and Both Past Grass, I'm watching Jumanji as I'm typing. I also went at Cassey's pace during the STAR abs but I may have stumbled a little. Our balance was so good this time! I didn't fall over once! The first move is a real arm burner! It's tempting to quit but I try to persevere.

THANK YOU for understanding that people are busy and 12 minutes is better than nothing. This was a challenge but I will surely visit it again! Side note: the pop flex yoga mat is a must for this one ☝🏽 so glad I bought one!
After 2 months doing nearly nothing this was the ideal re-start for me. At the beginning of the video I felt dizzy as my blood presure kept rising. But after a short fight from 2 minutes my body felt fine again and I want more!
I haven't worked out for 6 months so I'm scared but I'll try to do this! 🥺💣

I love this video so much. It can be difficult for me to find time to work out because I really like doing full body workouts whenever I do, but they take so darn long. I get a full body workout in 12 minutes with this video and I LOVE the moves!! I’m trying to improve my upper body strength, core, and tone my booty, so this is perfect for me! By FAR one of my favorite workout videos EVER!!!💕💕

Oh my god , i never new that i could have so many muscles burning at the same time . I love your videos soo much , i’m pretty thin , stopped going to sports club because i got injured, and i don’t have the motivation to go back , my body has changed in a way that i see myself in the mirror and is wondering why i look so different, i really want to sculpt my body , and your videos make it so much more easier to be motivated, tou give so much good advice , everything for free . I just want to thank you for these beautiful videos to help people feel better in their own bodies once they have finished each video and can see good and fast results
Hey Cassey, thank you so much for making such great workout routines for us. I am following your calendar and challenges from June last year. Earlier I used to workout on and off. Now I'm almost regular except some lazy days. I just love how strong I feel now. My perspective has changed from getting a lean body to a strong one. Cannot thank you enough. Also, your 90 days journey has given me so much inspiration and motivation.

THANK YOU CASSY I was having a hard time finding something that worked with my neck pain and sensitive ankles being overweight. This worked for me and got it done fast. Yes I burned but I was able to get through it. Cant thank you enough. Think I found a good full body workout.

This was my first time trying this workout and I was hardly able to keep up at all. I’m excited to keep up with Pilates and see if it’s any easier when I try it next week! My current plan is to do the 12 minute arm on Mondays and Fridays, the 12 minute abs on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the 12 minute thighs on Wednesdays and Sundays, and this full body on Thursdays. I’m trying to build up my strength so I can begin weight training
Wow, I found out I have really weak arms 😬. I could barely do those pushups on my knees. Yeesh! But, I have been getting stronger ever since I started working out with Blogilates. I love it!
I've been doing blogilates for all of lockdown, and it;s CRAZY how much easier this workout has gotten! When I first started, I had to pause between every move, and now I can plow through the whole thing and totally smash it! Thanks, Cassey!
