I had to modify a few of the moves to a “beginner” state but omg I did the entire video and only stopped once! 😭❤️👏🏼 that’s a huge accomplishment for me.

So he knows what he's doing, but is still learning the concept that I won't be motivated to do the workouts he would do himself because our preferences differ. Plus, after 5 years, I don't see myself looking elsewhere over this particular disagreement.
That's what I used to think too. But strength work like this also drives up the heart rate and builds stamina, so its great for overall metabolic fitness. Unless you need to build endurance to run a marathon, these workouts are just fine.
This happened recently with my dad trying to force my mom into doing cardio and running and stuff but she loves dance and yoga so I showed her this channel and she loves it! I really think its up to each person to figure out what THEY love doing, and that will keep you happy, motivated and healthy physically AND mentally... not doing it cause someone forces you to, that's not healthy or sustainable! It's your body, it's your life, it's your journey, not his! The best type of exercise you can do for yourself is something you love doing, period.

I’m not consistent with my workouts or your videos but whenever I feel down or not positive with myself I watch your videos and will do a workout and your motivation and positive energy will change my whole week around. I literally said "nope, not happening" when I saw elbow taps but I somehow pushed myself to do it. The other side could do better, but I definitely feel stronger. Thank you for being such a good trainer, Cassey! :)
I completed the 7 day ab challenge! It is the first I've ever completed and I'm so happy, it was so hard and I hated how I felt but it's nice to see a change. I lost a lot around my waist compared to what I thought would happen! 11th Feb measurements (a day or two before I joined the challenge) Waist: 81cm Hips: 92cm Thigh: 62cm Arms: 30cm 20th Feb (challenge completed) Waist: 77cm Hips: 90cm Thighs: 63cm Arms: 29cm So it really did take a lot off my waist which I'm happy about ^-^ it's inspired me to keep working out and see more of a physical change.
Honestly I was feeling horribly depressed today and have laid in bed and cried most of the day. Cassey, your workouts inspired me to do something good for my body and my mind today. Thank you for being so positive and beautiful and such a light in the fitness world. :)

I do this two times per week, great results! After the first day I felt it on my waist, felt so great and with other workouts I achieved my body dream :) I've toned my abs and got rid of love handles 😍😍 I work out everyday and doing this two times a week plus training your entire body will give the best results in 1-2 weeks, of course with a healthy diet, carbs and proteins in the appropriate amounts :)

I really love this series and felt that you did a great job with choosing the right music, the right moves, and can I say I LOVE the new outfits you showcased here? Anyway, it really helped me stay motivated to work out every day since the extended community quarantine started in our country. I was able to regain my muscles back since I lost them when I got hospitalized with pneumonia - moderate risk, 2 weeks before the first case of COVID arrived in our country. So yeah :D Your workouts helped create a sense of routine and “normalcy” during this period, helped me study for my board exams, and really kept my mental health in check. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Hey Cassey when I do the standing crunches (and a lot of other moves involving hips) I find that my hips pop or crunch. It’s not painful, just uncomfortable. Do you know why this could be happening and what I can do to prevent or help it?

I kept dropping down to one knee and kept thinking i was never gonna get strong enough to lift that knee off the mat. What would you recommend for someone with really weak elbows and wrists? I tr try to cushion my elbow as much as possible, as for my wrists I don't know what to do, It gives me great discomfort!
I don’t know your situation completely (it could be a medical issue), but I think you just have to keep trying and build up your strength over time. For me, the discomfort went away with time. It’s still there! But bearable.

Edit: Been doing these work outs since the day i commented it last(13 days ago!) and omg i never thought i was going to be strong enough to do the last move on both feet. I kept dropping down to one knee and kept thinking i was never gonna get strong enough to lift that knee off the mat. Been doing those moves without my knee on the mat once for 2 days now and feeling so strong. Again i love your work and you motivate me everyday! Thank you!

What would you recommend for someone with really weak elbows and wrists? I tr try to cushion my elbow as much as possible, as for my wrists I don't know what to do, It gives me great discomfort!

I don’t know your situation completely (it could be a medical issue), but I think you just have to keep trying and build up your strength over time. For me, the discomfort went away with time. It’s still there! But bearable.

Fold one end of a yoga mat under itself to make it more cushiony for your elbow 😊
