Same! I was just thinking I’ve kind of changed, in that I used to absolutely despise working out, but now I actually look forward to it and want to try out new things, while doing pilates 3-4x a week! And it’s all because of Cassie 🙂
(For anyone wondering: I started my “fitness journey” almost exactly a year ago; I did/do 10-20 minute videos 2-4 times a week, divided over arms, legs and abs. I found I stuck to it the most when I did videos I actually liked doing or at least didn’t actively dislike doing (no pushing myself too much for me, it just makes me quit). So I tried a bunch of Cassie’s videos, and any video I didn’t hate doing I added to a list, and if I actively disliked a workout, I would just stop and try again tomorrow. Recently I’ve started doing multiple videos in a row! I lost 12 kg since last December (while also counting calories using an app and eating at a ~200 cal deficit) and am noticeably stronger. Point is: start easy but frequent, it’s what worked for me. You can do it!)

These exercises made me realise how important posture is. The first time I did this workout I didn’t feel anything only because my form was wrong. Then I tried doing it in the right form & damn it burns
Definitely. That's why I don't understand when people talk about not liking it when people talk through the video. As a physiotherapist assistant, I think it's absolutely neccessary, especially when I scroll and read comments about people saying their back/hip/whatever hurts or not feeling it.
Yeah same. Position and breathing, moreso the latter, are things that I’m finding really control just how difficult the moves may be or how successful I’ll be at doing them.

I just wanted to say that working the booty is just as important as abs. I spent three years working on only abs because I was terrified they’d get weak, but my booty got week and now I have major back problems and my core is still weak. The only types of exercises physical therapy has given me are booty exercises.

At some point I didn’t feel the burn getting any worse, then I realized it’s because my everything already burned so much that nothing could get more burned anymore. I think I died at that point...
I just sometimes upright don’t burn. Like I’ll feel a little burn but I think I may just be kinda fit already? Marching Band muscles are still slightly there, but I’m trying to find ways to make it burn so I’m really pushing myself.

OMG.... that was 🔥. I’ve tried blogilates with Cassey many many times and life always got in the way. Now with the nationwide shutdown... NO EXCUSES. Working from home makes the kitchen too accessible and my hips and butt has gotten noticeably BIGGER😳. Just finished this workout with a few slight modifications but damn my butt feels good right now. I also started the 100 abs 30 day challenge and just finished day 3 and I’m loving that as well.

My saddle bags have reduced a lot ,it's a miracle, I've had them since forever.
the first time or so i did this i don't even know the number of times i took breaks. i just did this with only one break. i know you've seen this so many times but i just understood the real meaning every time cassey says "let your mind control your body, don't let your body control your mind". it was burning so 'good' i didn't understand why i didn't stop. you will get there everybody. i might've not gotten the body i wanted yet but i know i am much stronger than i was from a month ago or even yesterday.

Heck yeah, my posture has been bad and by putting my arms out and lifting one leg at a time i saw on leg just swings inward really bad and realized. My side glute muscle is weak. Then I came on here and found you! Thanks

Hip dips are killer.
Don't feel too bad about hip dips. You can lose as much fat as you want, your hip bones will still be "in the way" it's not ugly it's just what a lot of bodies look like. You can even see Dua Lipa rocking them in her let's get physical workout video! I've learned to embrace mine and I'm so happy :) Sending you lots of love. Stay safe!
Hip dips are gorgeous. Most women have them but to varying degrees, I think they look great! But if you wanna work out and feel more confident about yourself go for it, best of luck to you :)

Did this video once a week for 4 weeks and went from having to take a break every 10 seconds to doing the whole thing without stopping and at Cassey's pace! Could still work on getting my leg at 90 degrees with that last one though. I felt the burn but am ready to my next video
