- You guys, I know last week's booty workout was already really hard but since we're doing level 2 this week, we have to step it up!!! This time, we are going to do ALL the glute exercises on one leg and then switch to the other to seriously burn out your muscles and make them stronger!!! You're really going to feel the heat with this at home workout!! Your moves are:

Cassie, I used to do butt workout in a gym for 8 years, but your butt exercises gave me better and quicker results in just a week, I haven't even seen that kind of results never before. Idk what to say, just, WOOOW! I'm in pain but my booty is in it's best shape ever! Thank you. I wish I could share my results with you.

I have a bunny named Quill. Sometimes he just doesn't care if I work out and sometimes he comes up to me and liks my arm or my face to support me. Or lays down under me when I'm in a plank. No giving up then 😅
does anyone’s wrists and arms start hurting when you are on all fours and doing the donkey kicks and other moves???? is there an alternate position to get rid of the wrist pain
Mine too, especially my right wrist. I tried doing those exercises on my elbows, i don't know if it's okay or not🤷♀️i was shaking anyway😅
You’re putting too much weight on your arms and the wrists hurt as a result. Try balancing the body weight so it’s evenly distributed. You should be feeling the glutes around the booty, not your arms 😉
My knees and wrists hurt in this position, so I usually just stand and do the exercises. I use a chair or counter top for balance. I think that this makes the exercises even more difficult :)
instead of palms to the floor, make fists! helps so much :)
Try keeping your palms really flat on the floor, instead of letting your knuckles come up and all the weight going into your wrists. Your wrists won't get tired so fast
These kinds of workouts are exactly the ones I like doing best. I like the timer, the length 20-30 minutes, and how effective and controlled all the moves are. I like how I can add ankle weights to make it tougher as well once this video gets too easy. This format makes it easy to progress as you can see how long you can go for without stopping! Now THIS burned my booty. Only issue I have is that my left leg got fatigued while working on the right buttcheek. Anyone else feeling the same? It must be that I keep most of my weight on my left leg.. but I need to be cautious of not hurting my writsts as well.. the struggle is real!

I change in the straight leg heel lift yo the other leg, and then i return in the fire hidrants. So i give it a mini rest

Took thousands, if not millions, of break in the middle but I'm glad I made it through.
I just completed November 3rd of the calendar and my butt is literally vibrating. The amount of pointed butt lifts and fire hydrants I've done today is insane

My dog"s name was called Sonia. She just passed away on Feb 16th 21. She was 14.2 yrs old, very friendly, happy, family loving, people loving dog. I have 2 cats. Both were from the shelter.
Scarface he's the oldest. And Phiffer. We got her 2 years after Scarface. Both have a completely different personality. Scarface is a daddy's boy, and Phiffer is definitely a momma's girl lol

I'm doing this for the february calendar and I used to have a little west highland terrier named Zorro, he sadly passed away last year. But I also have a bearded dragon named Yoda who always watches me die from these workouts since I do them infront of her enclosure.
