I'm coming back to Blogilates after trying out some other internet fitness instructors...Cassey's are the only ones I smile the whole way through even though they're tough! She makes me forget I'm in pain!!!
I have tried others but always come back here too coz I find she is the only one who explains how to do moves.
Some others are good but the expect you to know how to do the moves or watch all their other videos

For anyone who wants to know if these videos work, yes. Yes they do.
I went from a wide and undefined booty (where the legs and booty look like they are one in the same), to actually having a significant noticeable separation from.both the side and the back between my butt and legs.
I do a ton of micro exercises during the day (like calf raises while cooking, froggers when watching tv, etc) and will do at least one video a day.
If it's too hard, break it up into smaller chunks until you can do it. One exercise is better than no exercise.

Yay! I'm so happy for you! Cassey's workouts were the positive change I needed as well when I wanted something 'more' than my 4 + hours of vinyasa yoga a week. I wanted to build muscle in my glutes and slim my thighs faster than what vinyasa was doing I can say her workouts work. There will be a time when if you want to grow a certain muscle group you'll need to do more than the 30-ish min workouts with isolating the muscle group,b ut you'll have fun the entire time!

@@DreamBelive07 I use two mats but also place weights under my wrists to hold on to, it helps keeps your wrist aligned with your knuckles on the floor side, aka the same position if you made a fist on the floor

I love how long Cassey has been doing these work out videos and is still so cheerful and she goes the extra mile providing us her workout calendars. She's the only fitness trainer I still regularly follow because of her personality and her intense workouts. Beginner or not, you will always feel the burn!

Let me just say this....after working out daily for several months and really seeing and feeling wonderful results...I did not work out for over 7 days and my hamstrings were SO tight and MISERABLE. I was in pain. Couldn't really move too well. Bending over or lifting...forget it. I knew my body was like, "Get in there and workout, dummy!" so I did and its like a huge relief. This only further proves what I've known since I was in my teens, "A body in motion will stay in motion......" thank god for the gift of being able to take care of myself.

Hey Casey! Just wanted to say that since quarantine I’ve been doing a lot more exercise than before. And it’s great that your routines are short because I feel more motivated to do them, especially in the morning. I just go to notifications and find the last video you posted and do it.

Been feeling pretty down lately and wanted to move my body since the moment covid started, I haven't been moving around much as I hoped I would (not being physically outside but more so exercising) and I thought of following Casey's vids and OMG she is so good! I've tried other fitness vids but none got me to feel so comfortable in my own body while doing these workouts. I'd always admonish myself for not being able to do what I saw the fitness gurus were instructing me to do in the vids 'cuz let me tell you, I am not a pro at ALL. But Casey not only made me feel ok to make mistakes but she teaches in a way that I felt as if I was actually in her class and that she's guiding me. I also felt as if I was working out with a friend who's just really into fitness and we're really just having a fun workout. Her narrative didn't feel cold as if I was just a viewer and she was just a person on the screen. I felt welcomed and comfortable in making mistakes and taking my time to learn from them. Idk how some people hate Cassey so much, she is a ray of sunshine! And having done her videos for 3+ years I still find this hard!! 😂Do not worry if you are just starting your fitness journey and find this really difficult, this is a hard workout! Keep trying, strive for just a few more reps each time and before you know it you'll be doing the whole thing without breaks ❤️❤️

I DID THE ROLL UP! IT ONLY TOOK LIKE 10 DAYS TO GET STRONG ENOUGH! IT WAS SO EASY JUST RIGHT NOW AND I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO EVEN DO THE BEGINNER VERSION OF IT BEFORE RIGHT NOW :D

My first mistake was starting off this challenge by doing the final level as a beginner. Even though I'm not breaking out in a sweat from doing this, this was still painful and made me work
I did this workout around 1 1/2 month ago and I could not do any of this. I just finished the beginner's calendar and I started the October one yesterday. I can actually finish this workout!

I'm a total beginner and I always hated doing workouts. I was always so focused on results and doing workouts videos that would help me lose as many inches as possible in 7days. But now i'm trying to work out just for me, to get stronger, happier and healthier. During this workout I was actually smiling and enjoying it and these 15 min just flew by. So thank you for my first fun workout ever and I can't wait to build my way up to level 3 :)

It’s been 6 years for me of following her and watching her grow and feeling appreciative of her commitments and ever-changes and acceptance of whatever shape she is and all the stuff she has going on. I’ve never ever ever followed someone like her and her workouts-she’s fun, girly and inspiring which is hard to find in exercise videos, which is such a draw for me! I recently just started using Pronamel because I had so much teeth sensitivity. It honestly has helped me so much. It's cool to think she uses it too.
Great video and workout as always! Just a teensy suggestion. Maybe you could program the timer to start after you have demo'd the move. I feel sometimes the second leg gets more of a workout.

@Lorena Treichler I so understand what you're talkin about! The confidence after a workout is like nothing else. I have been bleeding like crazy as well, I'm not sleeping well, feeling puffy, and also my blood sugar has just been out of whack lately. I know that when they are, my anxiety levels go high and then my negative thoughts spiral out of control.

These work outs seem simple but you really do see the results. The only thing I would recommend that Im not sure she talks about is progressive overload. I've been doing her work outs for several months now so I've added ankle weights to keep it challenging and encourage continued muscle growth

This video is day 10 of the new blogilates beginner calendar. I missed yesterday because I was feeling so terrible; I decided to do this video after I did the cardio videos for day 11. I am exhausted but still trying. Don't feel bad for taking rests during the exercises. Don't be hard on yourself for being weak. We all start weak. Even Cassey, when she first started her pilates journey more than a decade ago! Be kind to yourself. Suck at this video. Then do it again a month later and see your progress. Keep trying!
