Tina-Anna Vo-Le Yes, but the point is to concentrate on your working side. It’s hard to explain, but when you “relax” your opposite side is under more pressure than it should be. You should contract (don’t know proper english word) your ab muscles to try and “stay in the air” rather than putting all the weight on your non-working leg.

Tried this with resistance bands. It's safe to say I never wanted to die more in my entire life. Am I going to do it again tomorrow? Yes.
That's really clever doing all the moves on one side then switching trying to make sure we don't quit by making us fear one side will be bigger if we stop halfway through 😂😂😂

I love her! I’ve done other videos and nothing compares to Cassey! It’s not easy to get people to work hard via video, make them stick with it plus all the corrections, the stories and all feels natural and not badly acted.

If there's anyone out there who's wondering whether this routine works or not, then I'm here to assure you that it does. Been doing these exercises for the past 2 months 5 times a week, and I can say with confidence that my butt is in the best shape ever!!

@Green _ Goddess question wasnt for me but I have been doing this exercise for a few months now just this one every day 1 or twice per day and it defenitly lifted it. I'm not sure if it makes it bigger but since it is lifted it definitely makes the illusion that the butt is bigger. It tones it and lifts it really nicely. Plus cellulite diminished alot.

Just so you guys know if you didn’t already each move is 30 seconds so the workout is 5 minutes. Knowing how long each move is really helps me get through it when a workout is extra torturous. Hope this helps!

I've been doing this workout for almost 5 YEARS now (crazy!) & it's still the best butt workout I've ever done!
I've been doing this for a month now, initially only bodyweight then I added ankle weights (1,5 kg each to start off and then increased to 2,5kg each leg). I DEFINITELY see a huge difference and I'm so so happy with the results :)

I hadn't exercised for about a month so when I finally did this video, my butt felt like it was barely holding itself together. I am going to load myself on some bananas and water. Those cramps are killing me!
I don't want anyone hatin' on me for being an overachiever lol, because it took me weeks (okay, maybe months) to even finish this video without stopping. Keep it up people, cause it really does get easier and you will see results! I've been doing this video almost every day for months. . I now do the first two exercises on both sides with a 5-pound weight tucked under my knee. And if I'm feeling particularly strong (or masochistic lol) I'll pause after the second move and throw in 12 counts of the fire hydrant with the weight still under the knee. So if anyone is ready to bump it up to the next level, there ya go! Give it a try. . some of you might surprise yourself with how strong you've gotten if you've been working your booty for a while. I know that I was surprised with myself when I first tried adding the weight.
this workout is very effective. when i'm feeling “fat” i always do this exercise for about three days. then my butt look so good and feels fresh. this is one of my fave workouts 💕

Just to clarify for the fitness newbie ❤️This isn't gonna make your butt bigger. If you have a flat butt and do this, it will only perk up your flat butt. 😅 So like.....No booty gains at all. This is a good workout if you want a flat perky butt. (Do the workouts that match your personal fitness goals!) But if you want a big butt this isn't gonna do anything. This is what I call glute activation which is only the warmup in my booty building routine. The only way your gonna get that big booty is heavy lifting with compound exercises such as squats, Deadlifts, hip thrusts and resistance isolation workouts such as cable Donkey Kicks, weighted glute raise, and many others....Not discrediting Casey, just clearing any confusion some of the audience might have. I had the same confusion when I first started my fitness journey. Don't get me wrong, I saw results from this kind of stuff, but they weren't the results I wanted for myself. I wanted to grow that peach girrrll 🍑 Ps lifting does NOT make women bulky, it'll make you curvy!!! Lift heavy! Bulkiness is a lot of work and it is not easy for women because we don't have as much testosterone (:
Even if you do gain muscle, these workouts will eventually make the muscle growth plateau because body weight/little weight isn't challenging those muscles anymore because you are getting stronger!

That's totally normal! If you're right handed for example, like me, then your right side may tend to be stronger than your left side. :)

I have been swimming a lot for three days in a row, I haven't been doing Cassey's workouts so this is my first day back in three days!

Im only 11 i feel uncomfortable with my weight. Im going to middle school and thats a tough place. I usually over eat just sit around. Buy mu sister is going to college. She does ur videos every night and morning. I used to think why can't i be like her. She is really fit. She weighs less than me probably. And she's 19. She is thick but she is very fit. A few weeks ago she gave me a list. Things tk do every day. A couple workouts. So i did it for like 2 days. I quit. I always quit ig i dont see a difference soon. But now i realise u have to work to get what you want. So a few days agk she was doing your workouts. I joined in. It was fun but it really was tiring. Today i was thinking i could just do ur vidoes. You can pause, there is No problem with that as it is in the aim to come back in better shape, but don't give up !! We''re stronger than we think ❤❤

When I first started pilates a little more than a year ago, this was one of my first videos. I remember how much I SUFFERED! Now, I am STILL suffering, but I've pushed myself to use booty bands! I thought this workout was hard before.
I keep coming back to this video, it is one of my favorite butt workouts she's done. This time I did it with ankle weights and the burn was even better!

My go-to butt work-out since 2017
I did this video earlier in 2019, and I saw it on today’s calendar for Jan 1, 2020, and I got so scared because dude this video is hard!
Last time I did this video in 2019, I was having huge earthquakes in my arms and legs and buttcheeks. Since then, I’ve been doing a lot of exercising, going to gym classes, some running, weight training, combat training, etc.
I did this video today. It still burned a lot, but I didn’t even shake ONCE. in fact, I would call it kind of easy! It still burned a lot, but it was tolerable and it was like I was so used to my butt and hamstrings burning, that the burn didn’t even bother me 😁 I am so happy to have gotten stronger this past 2019.
Today’s the first day of the 2020 challenge!:) let’s do this!!
