Tina-Anna Vo-Le Yes, but the point is to concentrate on your working side. It’s hard to explain, but when you “relax” your opposite side is under more pressure than it should be. You should contract (don’t know proper english word) your ab muscles to try and “stay in the air” rather than putting all the weight on your non-working leg.
I admire this lady so much. Not only does she put all these videos up for free and make working out actually enjoyable, but she is super positive through the whole thing and keeps up such a level of grace even though she probably is feeling the burn big time.

I'm not sure if it makes it bigger but since it is lifted it definitely makes the illusion that the butt is bigger. It tones it and lifts it really nicely. Plus cellulite diminished alot.
My roommate and I used to do this at our dorm room since our first year at uni; we did it almost every day to the point where we knew the video word for word by heart. Now that we are in different countries, coming back to this video brings out so many nice memories.
That's really clever doing all the moves on one side then switching trying to make sure we don't quit by making us fear one side will be bigger if we stop halfway through 😂😂😂

Just so you guys know if you didn’t already each move is 30 seconds so the workout is 5 minutes. Knowing how long each move is really helps me get through it when a workout is extra torturous. Hope this helps!

I don't want anyone hatin' on me for being an overachiever lol, because it took me weeks (okay, maybe months) to even finish this video without stopping. Keep it up people, cause it really does get easier and you will see results! I've been doing this video almost every day for months. . I now do the first two exercises on both sides with a 5-pound weight tucked under my knee. And if I'm feeling particularly strong (or masochistic lol) I'll pause after the second move and throw in 12 counts of the fire hydrant with the weight still under the knee. So if anyone is ready to bump it up to the next level, there ya go! Give it a try. . some of you might surprise yourself with how strong you've gotten if you've been working your booty for a while. I know that I was surprised with myself when I first tried adding the weight.

I did this video earlier in 2019, and I saw it on today’s calendar for Jan 1, 2020, and I got so scared because dude this video is hard! Last time I did this video in 2019, I was having huge earthquakes in my arms and legs and buttcheeks. Since then, I’ve been doing a lot of exercising, going to gym classes, some running, weight training, combat training, etc. I did this video today. It still burned a lot, but I didn’t even shake ONCE. in fact, I would call it kind of easy! It still burned a lot, but it was tolerable and it was like I was so used to my butt and hamstrings burning, that the burn didn’t even bother me 😁 I am so happy to have gotten stronger this past 2019. Today’s the first day of the 2020 challenge!:) let’s do this!!

I did this video today. It still burned a lot, but I didn’t even shake ONCE. in fact, I would call it kind of easy! It still burned a lot, but it was tolerable and it was like I was so used to my butt and hamstrings burning, that the burn didn’t even bother me 😁 I am so happy to have gotten stronger this past 2019.

Last year I did this and my butt was so nice after two weeks of doing this every day. I promise if you’re not seeing results you will soon enough! Definitely worhh it.

I love this workout ! It is apartment friendly and it really works ! I've been doing it for 2 weeks now (3 times a week) with 2 kg weights on each leg and I can already see a difference in my butt. 🔥

I started matching her pace exactly and found my workouts now are much more effective. I used to go slower thinking I was building more muscle but learned faster is more difficult and intense. Not sure why I thought it wasn't lol.
