    Yesterday I found this video again and it almost made me cry while working out. 6 years ago when Cassey published this workout, I was experiencing one of the toughest moments in my life, trying intense fasting + keto while having severe insomnia and a lot of trouble in my personal life. I was a 21 YO female and I was far from being overweight.
    I remember trying to follow the workout and swearing at myself for not being able to endure the moves, I was obsessed with my looks more than my strength and resilience.
    Now that I’m much healthier I can say my butt never looked any beter, I have put on some weight but now I can go through this whole video without stoping and my glutes are MUCH firmer.
    Really guys, just love your body and it will find its way to love you back. 🤗

    It works!! I started this workout in September 10th 2019, it’s December 1st 2019, I’ve lost almost 2 sizes around my butt!!! Celulitis almost gone, I’m starting to add ankle weights to harden the area 🍑 I’m very happy... I started this type of exercise because I had a knee injury that won’t allow me to do high intensity training or cardio. I finally found something that works and my knee doesn’t hurt!! Good luck! 👍🏽🍀

    On the 7-day ab challenge I could just burn through it, it wasn’t easy but I could convince myself to do the whole calendar workout the entire week. But this. THIS. It just isn’t possible for me to do several glute days after each other, when I’m starting a new day and a new workout I’m still fatigued from the previous day and I just can’t perform any of the moves correctly and it’s so frustrating 😕 If anyone is able to do the full calendar this week you my friend are a true beast 🌟

      I've been doing both and they both burn. For me personally this is easier. I think it's easier because the cardio is less awful and I enjoy working my butt mors. (I literally dreaded and hated the cardio ab workout with some real passion...)
      Try eating more protien and getting a lot of rest. I always feel super sore afterwards, but after eating some protein and sleeping at night I feel better. Hope that helps 😊

      @@felicityengel8812 Hey girl. It's generally advised to train glutes 2-3 times a week - your muscles need time to heal. Progress depends on each person but it won't take too long as long as you push yourself each time!

    you have honestly helped me so much in becoming more confident in working out and becoming better. i often have the excuse that i dont want to be surrounded by people who are more fit than me at the gym, but slowly i’ve come out of that over time and it’s been a big deal for me

    21st July 2020 DONE!! I DIDN'T STOP OR GO INTO THE MODIFICATION ONCE!! My butt is literally vibrating because its shaking so hard and walking is difficult but I'm so proud of myself!!

    Hello! I just wanted to say that your workouts have helped me not only physically but mentally. I cannot strength train/lift bc of my chronic illness and it really gets me down but then I complete a couple of your workouts and I feel strong and hopeful and accomplished 😊 For so long I couldn't exercise and I missed "the burn" and you have given it back to me so thank u so much!

      theFitty well it was really really really hard. 1st leg was manageable then I seriously lost when it was time for the other leg. I was dying! My butt was on 🔥🔥🔥. My whole leg was sore for the next 2days and I ended up resting!😴

    Cassey, your Glute Workouts are always serious business! It was my first time doing this workout, and I was sobbing in pain from the first leg circle onwards. This one was a burner for sure.

    So I was doing the same kinda workout for 3-4 months and in the beginning I saw so many results but yesterday I was spiraling and I suddenly stopped feeling good about myself and I had a breakdown and sobbed. But then I figured I just needed to change my routine and switch it up with a more extreme level (bc I guess the old one was getting “easy”) and I tried some of your videos (including this one) today and I feel so much better! I feel the burn again and I was laughing throughout the whole video bc I felt miserable of the pain but the fact that you kept saying to keep going made me smile :) thank you!!! ❤️

    Just done my workout!! Thank you Cassey I really wasn't feeling like working out and I got the notification and I just thought I should give it a try bc it's only 10 minutes long and goshhhh!     Since nobody is going to do the every day update thing I will:
    Day 1: I’m dead. My body was trembling. Right now I see no difference but will continue!
    Day 2: My booty and thighs are on fire, I can sort of see a difference.
    Day 3: I didnt pause at all! Im seeing differences already :)
    Day 4: It’s not hard anymore but it hurts, maybe a tiny difference can’t tell.

    I had tried many butt workouts but this one is just another level! Super intense, I sweared a lot at first time. After few times though it's still very intense but feels very good after, just concentrate on the moves and you can get through it like a champ. Thanks, Cassey, for great workout! Xoxo

      Ikrr I hate those vids other people are making nowadays where they just jump into the exercises, and there's a timer for 30 sec or a min like how can we follow and this can bring injury to people if you're not careful. But they don't think about that.... That's why I like this channel, she takes normal breaks. Other girls look like goddamn robots

    After few times doing this, I stopped every now and then because it hurts. But then I felt like my inner butt was numb and to my surprise can do it straight without pausing the video. I got stronger!!!

      If you can do 45 minutes of HIIT, you're not doing HIIT properly. The whole point of HIIT is to go and hard and fast as possible so you hit exhaustion in 15 minutes or less. If you can handle 45 minutes of HIIT, it just means you're not doing all the moves with maximum energy.

    I did this with No Breaks!!!😜
    I have no idea how I wad able to accomplish that after using ankle weights for today's other videos. I took them off for this one lol. But still did it no problem 😄

    usually I go straight into the new video, but whenever it's a butt workout I'm like "Oy, lemme see what the moves are" seriously just saying "Triangle, Circle, and U" I knew what they would be & then you were like "One song " per side and I'm like "I. Am. Going. to be so sore" O__O It is currently pulsing. I'll be stretching pigeon pose for like 10 minutes each side now

    I had to keep yelling at myself, "This is nothing! This is so easy! I could keep going forever!!!" I literally died but I think it helped!

    After few times doing this, I stopped every now and then because it hurts. But then I felt like my inner butt was numb and to my surprise can do it straight without pausing the video. I got stronger!!!
