@@lessismore8533 If your butt is large because of extra fat, then it's the classic task of burning more calories than you consume - eat less fat causing calories, increase your metabolism to burn calories by moving your body more :) Having strong muscles burns more calories than not having strong muscles, so doing things to make your muscles stronger helps a lot too!
There's no such thing as "toned" you either have muscle or don't. And wtf are "healthy and realistic "adjectives? You wanna waste time go ahead and do this lol you want more muscle in your legs and glutes start doin real excercises like lunging and squats(if no access to weights or gym)

I’m 13 years old and for a long time I doubted myself and I would tell myself I couldn’t do workouts like these. This time for the April calendar I’ve been pushing myself and I haven’t given up! You also really help me with your incredible energy and your encouragement! Keep posting videos!

I'm 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby!👶 Booty, legs, and arm workouts are my favorite right now😂💕🍑 I loved working my abs with blogilates! After this baby is out, best believe I'm getting my body back!💪🍑❤ I have a lot of moms shaming me, saying my body will not go back to how it used to and that I should worry about my baby instead of exercise, but I'm proving everyone wrong!💪❤ If I lost 100 lbs and kept it off for 5 years, then I can most definitely lose the baby weight and get healthy for my baby and live long enough to meet my grandchildren❤

I love what Cassey said at the end. “You will find the happiness in working out if it's the right one.” I feel so happy every time I finished the blogilates workout even though I feel like I'm dying during the workout! Blogilates workout is definitely the right one for me!
This is my second time doing this video when it has popped up on the calendar workouts, and it is so much easier now. I wasn't noticing much progress, but now I can see how strong I'm getting. Just tackle it day by day, guys, we got this!

I usually do your holiday workouts because they're great for bloating, but as a girl with painful endo, it would be nice to have a series dedicated to low impact, Aunt Flo friendly, happy workouts for those days when I just want to curl up in a ball and die.

Following the April calendar and started on Sunday. Currently I am feeling like my body is coming back together with healthy movements and your honest motivation and joy! Thank you for being so genuine.
I have a folder for all short booty workouts for me to do post-run. I love how she talks you through. I know some people hate it, but honestly even physically active people could use the reminder cues from time to time.
I like Cassey's videos the most because I've never been injured by her exercises and felt myself getting stronger

okay, this is ofically my fav booty workout. targets my weaker areas, doesn´t kill my supporting leg and knee and the moves are original and different. LOVE IT

When I wasn't sure if I do the exercise right, after a few reps I was like "OKAY, IT'S BURNING, I HOPE, IT MEANS I DO IT RIGHT". But, seriously, I absolutely love that you never say something like "no pain no gain", "think about the slim legs/peach booty/flat belly that you want". You just tell us to have fun, to enjoy workouts and soreness, to be grateful to our bodies for everything we can do. That's the mindset I'd like to hear from all fitness-bloggers. Thank you, Cassey.

OMG! I just discovered your workouts and LOVE the booty workouts! I am 57, but 10 years younger in my body/mindset. I'm very active and fit (for 57) but I broke my pinky toe 2 weeks ago and have had to dial back my usual P90X3 workouts. I was searching for booty and ab toning and BOOM there you were! It’s august 3rd and have been so busy and haven’t been able to do these. love these workout videos!! I tried to do the workout calendar 2 years ago and I made it 2 weeks in and I didn’t continue. Now I know I’ve started today, but better late than never! And I am doing the regular calendar because I’ve been working out on my own for the last 5 months without these videos, so I think the beginners would be too easy for me. I got bored of it finally and thought I would give these a try!

Lately my health has been diminishing because of my weight and other health problems but starting your workouts again is making me feel stronger and happier. I really love your workouts! I'd love to have a serie for when you have a pain somewhere (back, knee, etc.) to have a workout even when I feel some part of my body needs a rest!
I would suggest to see a therapist for that. Unless you know what causes that pain. If a body part is sore you can work something else out
In the middle of the beginner challenge over here & this follows oblique day… so I’m struggling to lift my leg on the first movement but the rest is pure fire! 🔥

I have to say, I usually do this video as part of a semi-full body workout (along with the thigh strength test, Chloe ting abs, and heather Robertson killer cardio) so it doesn’t kill my booty as much, but I did it as part of booty day on the May calendar and boy did it kill so much harder 😅 would highly recommend both! Booty focus definitely burns the booty but the other routine just kills all around (but especially the thighs) so give it a go! Thanks cassey for the positive energy 😊

Now I can do kneeling leg lift with good form even though I have very sensitive knees and I feel like my middle split stretches helped me alot ( I'm already working on my outer thigh in which ' kneeling leg lift ' is must)✌️.
My gluteus are burning!!! Also a potential idea for workouts is doing a special prenatal series. I know I want to be able to continue to do your workouts when I am pregnant. Working out with a big belly is just going to be a bit different!

Loved this series - it was appropriately challenging! Idea for a new series: I think a lot of fitness enthusiasts end up with joint issues from overuse and/or poor alignment. It would be awesome to have a series focused on muscle strengthening exercises to improve joint support for knees, wrists, shoulders, low back, etc. - as well as stretches and tips for keeping joints healthy while toning the muscles :)
I used to workout with you and I stopped for a few years and now I starting again and I totally forgot how amazing your workouts are! Omg I was dying especially my booty was 😅 I love it, thank you ❤️

I miss the gym so much in this quarantine but exercise is HUGE for mental health and I love your SHORT TOUGH videos because I have no excuses! No equipment needed and it's shorter than an ep of Netflix. THANK YOU!!!! PS My butt is ON FIRE!!!!
Idea: Sometimes I miss days during the week--(pretty much Saturday and Sunday every weekend!) Maybe a month's calendar could be "everything you need in a day, 5 days a week," as in, cardio, stretching, abs, butt, arms, whatever, but every day, Monday through Friday. My hope is that it would help you accomplish almost the same as if you had done even the weekend (even if you miss, like I do. And surely I'm not alone in this!) For me, personally, I don't mind if this means a couple more workout videos per day!
While I know I could do this on my own, by spacing out the weekend's workouts throughout the week myself, I thought I'd just throw in my idea!
