- Welcome to the "12 Minutes to Toned" series!! I'll be releasing a brand new workout for you every week for the next 6 weeks focused on a different area of your body! Today, we are focusing on your upper body and arms, specifically your shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back, and traps! I hope this workout helps you find the joy in your movement. I know you will be feeling a sore but so strong once you finish!
Your moves for this workout include: prayer pulses, tricep dips, robot arms, half cobra pushups, walnut crushers, up up down downs and milk jugs. Oh and don't forget to leave a comment if you like the new set!! I'm in love!

I'm 66 and enjoying this workout. The tricep work has really improved my "bat-wings", a big problem for older women. I also like how this workout helps tighten up the muscles of the upper back, another trouble spot for the more mature ladies like myself.
I just want to say that YOU who worked through this whole workout are AMAZING and that I am very PROUD of you! :)

Restarting after a 6 month hiatus. I've lost so much strength, but I've committed to doing the regular monthly calendar to the best of my ability. I've definitely had to modify some moves, but I wanna push myself and watch my strength come back! 😌

@@mailynesguerra7186 Hi! I was actually following her May monthly calendar (which I recommend and you can find the monthly calendars on blogilates.com).
For May, which was a tough month, there was one week that was the 7-day arm challenge videos every day followed by 2-3 other videos like these to have a full 45-minute workout!

Thank you for this series, when I saw how long each movement was, I didn’t think I could do it. But I was able to! You are right, we can push through and I can tell my arms are getting stronger! Perfect right after the 2020 challenge!!! 😊
Love how at 30 seconds left we start pulsing. It adds a whole new level of intensity and makes things extra fun!! I also enjoyed the playlist-the song that came on when we started doing cobra push-ups made me feel all smooth and graceful just like a snake lol.
I've done this video so many times now and my favorite part is when she lists the types of milk. No idea why, but it makes me chuckle everytime!

I’m so proud of myself, i’ve been doing this a few times per week for three weeks now and at first i had to take a break with tricep dips and cobra push ups every five seconds and couldn’t do even 1 up up down down so i was planking. Yesterday i did tricep dips and half cobras without any breaks for the first time and did 5 up up down downs for each side!! So proud!! I keep going until i can finish the whole 1:45 of up up down downs

Doing this as the last workout for September 10, 2020 and I was losing it at the tricep dips cause the previous workout had tricep pulses 🤧 and then there were up up downs downs AND I JUST YELLED “that’s it I’m doing the modifications!!!” But I kept pushing and did everything 😭 and it felt so good finishing it 😭 my arms are like jelly but I felt strong after 😭💪🏼 THANK YOU CASSEY FOR MOTIVATION 🥺💛

I had to stop exercising bc of my school. I basicly had no time for this. But now we're in break for 2 weeks so I decided to workout everyday! Gabriella Whited is good for light exercise bc her workouts is really short but effective. Maybe you can just start with yoga or stretching. I broke my legs last year and that was what I did 🤷🏼♀️

Just turned 51 and was feeling so embarrased by how untoned my arms were (especially since I’m relatively slim everywhere else) and I found you through a search. Taking on the october'22 challenge. Have gained a lot. Its been ages since i moved myself for a workout. Missed the first three days of the challenge. Currently weighing 77.8 kgs, 5'4, 25yrs old. Will try to be regular with my workouts and will update my progress. Have started 16:8 intermittent fasting side by side. Wish me luck!
Day 1: was wayyyy tough. Did 10 min of cardio and 10min of abs too. Took lots of pauses and missed some of the reps.
Day 2: Had cramps from yesterday. Was very tough. Did 15 min + 20 min of booty pilates workout with pauses and missed some reps but i guess i did my best.
Day 3: the wotkout felt a little doable althought took lots of pauses and missed some reps. Did 20 mins of waist and 10 mins butt workout.
Day 4: why did i even assume it would be easier. It was hell to my arms. Did with pauses. Did 12 mins of arm + 5 moves triceps workout.
Yay!! I’m so excited for this series! I’ve missed having a total body series from Blogilates 💛

Love the short, targeted workouts all in one video. Perfect to get a quick workout in before I go to work! I’d love more like this!
Ive been doing this video for about a week and a bit and the difference already is amazing. Went from taking so many breaks and taking the up up down downs so slowly all the way through to now, where I can go through all of it with only one break (the tricep dips kill me) and following the pace of the quick up downs (though still on my knees lol). Its so fun doing this routine thanks Cassie!

I just finished my own 90 days challenge. So perfect timing for something new. I love how strong I feel after those 90 days and I have adapted the workouts now in my life. Which makes me super happy. Give me more arm exercises, please!! I love my arms and shoulders

May 21st, 2020 officially hate tricep pulses... it's like toning arm challenge video one more time... but here we hv to keep it for 1.5 min... Crazy crazy crazy... feel surprisingly weak and unable to finish it ... had to take breaks 🤧🤧🤧 before was ok with it though.... so sad 😭

I knew about this channel for a while now, but I only recently got myself to actually do the workouts here. But I was dreading this one, because my arms are not very strong right now. I was dying. Anyone got any tips for my arms? Also, it feels like she can see me. "abs up please" (nooo don't kill me even more I'm already dead). Despite that, I love this channel so much! She's so positive and I believe she can cheer anyone on doing anything. I imagine here outside my grocery store shouting at me: You got this! Lift those groceries high and down and up
