Hello! I find it kind of annoying when people don't update on their progress so..... I did it for a week. This is my progress! Day1- My arms were burning a few hours after doing this. Did all exercises with 1 kg weight. Day 2-Feeling harder then yesterday Day 3-Cant really see a difference but the workout is a bit easier than before. Day 4- Same as day 3 Day 5- I can see it decreasing a bit. Day 6- Couldn't do it Day 7- did it 2 times! The BURN!!!!! Day 8- Going to continue but not going to update. Ok! so overall I lost 2 cm in my arms. I did try to not eat as much junk food and sugar and also went on 6k walks everyday. Would rate this a definite 8/10! Thanks Lidia!

Your workouts r my favs it’s just the perfect balance between challenging but not too complicated and I definitely can feel the burn while working out and the amazing after Pilates adrenaline ❤

loved how the blottles of water were an unexpected part of the workout, I had to use an umbrella and a sunscrean bottle and I was laughing while doing the rest of the workout 😂❤

I came back from the army disappointed because they discharged me, but I had leftover strength from all the workouts I did there, and I was excited to get into pilates and other low impact exercise. Thanks for your videos, we love them.

hi ! I have been doing this workout for 2 days and I have honestly saw such good results with my abs and my belly. They are so much more defined now than they were 2 days ago. I know it takes at least 1 weeks to see results but for me these workouts have been giving me the quickest results. You should definitely try these! I love them !

Very brave to wear those leggings. I wore tights under my dresses as a kid & now everyone’s wearing them as actual pants and calling them leggings like a moose knuckle is something to show off. They are called tights bc that’s how they fit and your cooter gets a mouth full every time you sit. 😅😂
