Been doing her arm workouts for like 1-2 months and my biceps are rock solid and my traps too. It's funny cause it feels like they were just soft and flabby yesterday 😃

When the shoulder taps feel like a break, you know it's a KILLER workout
For me it was the push ups. I mean when the exercises are what we felt like a break in the middle of the workout shows how intense this really was.

day 7✅: I was struggling a lot in this workout, but I made it through! Maddie kept saying to not drop our arms but I kept dropping mine lol. it was so hard not to!
The thought that kept me going during the standing arm workouts was :”holy moly this lady is strong”
i love how mads make workouts that actually works. Not to be rude some people make workouts but some doesnt really work as much for me. Idk about anyone else but ur amazing mads!!

day 1: oh my goodness i am struggling. so much burn. so many breaks. i can only pray it gets easier tomorrow. so proud of myself for completing!

I dropped my arms SO many times, I really have no arm strength. I will continue doing this workout until I can do it with no breaks 💪🏽
Edit: 3 weeks later, I did this routine once a week and I only dropped my arms 3 times today. Let's keep going!

Love these short focussed videos. Means I can still squeeze in a solid quick workout even on days that are fully booked. I can then do a body part per day and still get the heart going for the rest of the day

Girl you had me almost crying. About 2 weeks ago I got a housekeeping job which is just physically exhausting and my body was so sore yesterday and haven’t been sleeping lately because of my new job. I did you’re 15 min recovery stretch then this one and omg it was so hard I kept having to stop during every 25/30 stretch. Lol! I’m also 38 years old so it was a lot harder. Anyways, I love your videos and am so glad to see that you keep making them. I was watching the old 20 min stretch videos and it’s been a while sense I worked out.

Covid made me lost all motivation to go out and work out, and I hate feeling so weak and unhealthy. My city is slowly coming back alive again and I finally have to motivation to start exercising. I’ve been doing this for two weeks now, and I can rly see the changes in my body strength, it’s still tough but I feel so much stronger now!!! Thank you Maddie for always being here 🤍
