Saturday,19/08/23 day 2: done ✅️ Has done much more harm than yesterday. Sunday;20/08/23 day 3: done ✅️ was less sore than other times, those who always destroy me are the last three. I stopped this challenge because I left, but now I’m ready to start better than before to have my glow up. Wednesday;13/09/23 day 4: fatto ✅️ I felt it burn but not like the first or second time I did it. Thursday; 14/09/23 rest Friday;15/09/23 day 5: done ✅️ It was not so tiring but it burned the right. The last three are the absolute killerssss.. I used to do her bra buldge workout which included the same last 3 exercises. Honestly it only got easier two weeks after :D

Did you measure the largest part of your upper arm? Your measurements are either off, or you are anorexic. My ankle is 22cm and I am an anorexic 5'5 guy, I can not believe your arm is 20cm. Make sure you are measuring the largest part of your upper arm.
I've been doing this since around the beginning of quarantine and I 100% recommend this. Starting this was EXTREMELY hard I couldn't finish most of them without stopping and i felt as if i had hardly done any.(which at first discouraged me then motivated me) I wasn't expecting that much of a change and not looking at my arms until about a week and a half into it i felt stronger and my arms where firmer, at the begging the most noticeable change was my fat,it looked looser. Now the most noticeable change was in my shoulders from the back you can see muscle, then my fat from my arms decreased (i can burly pinch it now) .I noticed my skin get tighter and now there is a slight line in the middle of my arm creating muscle. Today i was able to do the whole workout without stopping and i felt no pain the only one i felt was the very last one and the one where you criss cross your arms. This is a good starting place and I'm more confident doing more vigorous workouts with my arms now. DON"T GIVE UP its only 10 minutes!!! YOU GOT THIS
@@parizatsinha i have muscle but its not bulky what so ever. It slims down your arms like at at 8:52 on the video my arms look like that just a little more fat then she has but because my diet is not the greatest.

I’m trying this for 14 days! Day 1: It burned and hurt like hell but pushed through it Day 2: Super sore and felt weak-still had difficulty Day 3: It got easier and my arms feel stronger Day 4: I can now do the side plank without collapsing to the floor Day 5: Burned like hell but I got through without stopping (starting to see more definition in my arms when I flex!) Day 6: Exercises are getting a little easier. Starting to see a little definition already! Still burns but I don’t feel like I need collapse my arms in agony anymore haha Day 7: It’s becoming easier for me! My endurance has increased Day 8: People are noticing the definition in my arms. I’ve lost about an inch of fat each arm!! Day 9: Still losing that fat and gaining muscle/lean definition! Day 12: These exercises are becoming easier to do. I can do these with more intensity and quickness. Arm fat is decreasing Day 14: My arms are more sculpted and my triceps are popping out when I flex-which has never happened before. In addition-I’ve lost some of my love handles below my pit area and I’ve lost about an inch of arm fat 👏🏻 Update: It’s July 3, 2020 as I write this- My arms have significantly changed since I did this challenge! I have muscle definition when I flex! My armpits/upper body fat have indeed shrunk as well. I still to this day come back to do this when I want to give my arms a workout. I can now do side planks and hold my body weight up on a mat. Longest plank I’ve done is 4 minutes!! I couldn’t even do a minute before! This jump started my upper body strength training! This has done wonders on my arms! Don’t give up! Trust me it’s worth it! 💕

Instead of doing day by day updates ive been doing this workout since june 2. Missed about 2 days but wanted to give my results thus far. I measured my arms on day 1: 22 inches. Today is june 24th and my arms are measuring at 16 inches. I went from wearing a 3x shirt to now wearing a xl and it being loose around my arms!! I couldnt believe it I asked my mom to.measure me twice. Lol. I am a 37 year old female started at 288 lbs. Now 270lbs 24 days later. Doing cardio daily like classic taebo and shaun t dance workouts. Lost about 4 to 5 inches off other areas of my body as well. I've been alternate day fasting while doing omad on the days I eat. When I do it's something Healthy. I eliminated snacking because that was my issue. Wanted to come back and offer some encouragement for those who are doing it and thinking of doing it. I will keep going. Now I can do it consistently and straight through without taking my own rest breaks or dropping my arms in pain. I can keep up with chloe now. I'll be back to update around july 24 2020. 😁👌😊
I’m so incredibly happy already. It hasn’t been long since I started this workout and I can already see a difference!!! Day 1 and 2 were so difficult and I had to repeatedly stop because the burn was so intense, but now I am able to do this whole workout without stopping (the burn is definitely still there though😂). I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been doing other exercises for burning thigh and belly fat as well. My school camp is in 4 months and I have finally decided to make a change and become the most confident, happy, and healthy version of myself. I will come back in around 4 months (right before I leave) to give y’all an update on my progress and hopefully motivate you to keep going! To all the other people here who are on a weight loss, strengthening, and/or mental health journey… YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up because your hard work will definitely pay off❤ Stay strong guys because I believe in you. We’re in this together! UPDATE: Worked really well and I’m so happy with my arms now!! In a few weeks, they will. I just did them for 3 weeks, she finishes her warmup video with them. But those arm pulses though, they are on another level. Correction: Well. Actually, at the end of this exercise, if you did the 'upper body + arms workout' before that, arm circles are hell.

Hello Guys, I am struggling with flabby arms. Wearing sleeveless is fine but not for me as I look like an apple. I am on a weightloss journey. I am on a calorie deficit with the aim to tone my body. Today I am starting with this workout. I hope to do this consistently everyday(no exceptions on sundays too hopefully). Wish me luck! I am going to update y'all everyday, to motivate both you and me! Left arm - 34cm Right arm - 34cm DAY 1 - My hands are legit shakin ryt now. I just got done with the workout. I got past 90% without dropping. After the 90% I did it but a little less effectively. Pretty sure I will be coming back tomorrow with sore arms. 2 weeks later... - Sorry I couldn't update, but I will be starting it again(Had to stop due to travel commitments). I did it today. I will try my best to keep going. The comments and the little number of likes that I have got only reminded me to get back on it, I love how everybody supports each other on the internet. Hopefully I stay consistent from now on atleats...

Ive joined the gym and have been going 3 times a week. Although I've built muscle, my arms still seem "flabby". I think something like this on a regular basis can help with accelerating the toning process. I'll do this for two weeks consistently and give updates. Day1 - Done Was really hard, my arms were burning. I did pause the video once in the middle for 5 secs but i completed the workout. Day 2 - Done My arms felt a little sore from doing it yesterday, it hurt more than it hurt yesterday but with one 5 sec break in the middle, I was able to do the entire workout again. Day 3- Done Today was even harder then the day before, arms were really sore and they were burning but I made it through. Took a 5 sec break in the middle. Day 4 - done Still sore and hurt all the same but made it through with a 2 sec break. Day 5- done My arms were still sore but somehow it felt a tiny bit easier.

i never wore sleeveless shirts, or swimsuit tops because i always was ashamed of my arms, but after doing this for 2 weeks, i can already feel it working and i’ve started wearing tank tops! To clarify on how much my fat reduced, I would say about half of it was gone in two weeks! If you want real results, keep doing it every day and don't take a break!

I'm doing this everyday, please like to remind me :) initial size of my arm: 12 inches day 1 - ✔️ (i was so tired bc i did a dance workout before this) day 2 - ✔️✔️ (i did it twice, i didn't struggle as much as yesterday) day 3 - ✔️✔️ (did it twice, once in the morning and once in the evening) day 4 - ✔️✔️ (i love this workout! still no major changes but i feel toned) day 5 - ✔️✔️ (SO FAR SO GOOD! i'm also walking every morning so i think and i hope i will have good results within a week) day 6 - ✔️✔️ (did it 2 times! THIS WAS BURNING MY ARMS) day 7 - ✔️✔️ (today was easy! but i did 2 sessions continuously, i think i'm progressing a lot) day 8 - ✔️✔️ (i'm getting too emotional that i may not be losing much in this exercise but i feel toned which is the premise of the exercise) hi i think this is the end of me doing this workout, i'm still doing workouts but i wanted to focus on my whole body now rather than just my arms! good luck to everyone 👍🏼

For everyone who isn't able to do it without a break...try to walk a bit while doing the exercise and do not sit or just stand there. It helps to keep you a bit distracted, maybe listen to some good music. It helps me a lot

Listen up!! I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks. I’m not gonna bore u with my insecure big flabby arm insecurity story about how I couldn’t even wear a prom dress because I was so insecure about my arms. Oops anyways, my arms are WAYYYY lesss flabby, their toned. I was scared this would bulk me up but it toned them up so nicely. My shoulder blades have also toned and I’m becoming more confident about wearing tank tops! DONT GIVE UP!! Your on your phone or watching movies for 24 hours if ur here during lockdown. Use up 10 mins of your day to BE A BETTER YOU!
Thank you for this! I'm very insecure about my arms as well. Forget insecurity it makes clothes uncomfortable like if i put a blazer on I can't move lol. And yea sizing up isn't the best option bc my torso isn't big. This is the type of workout I need and I'm glad to know it works. Keep up the hard work xx

Elvie Lobo I just did this work and would walk one hour a day atleast. Because you can’t spot reduce fat. It’s so hard to lose arm fat especially for me so I have to do fully body workouts but walking one hour a day and doing this helped tone and slim down my arms in a week.
Elvie Lobo I still need more time but I noticed a difference fast, just do it everyday. Stay consistent. My arms have been my biggest insecurity for a long time so if I can do it you can!

I have been diagnosed and cured from a brain tumour, before my diagnosis I was a fit healthy strong young person, but after treatment, I put on an awful lot of weight, and two years sat on a hospital bed did nothing for my fitness. These workouts have helped me on the long way to recovering what I lost, thank you Chloe for giving me my confidence back , Day three now, and already becoming easier and seeing results

Ok challenge accepted( will tell you guys if if its worth a shot) Day one ✅️ Every exersise is making me die arm measurement- 11 inches Day 2 ✅️ Flexin my arms to every one no one noticed a change measurements- 11 inches Day 3 ❌️ I was busy the whole day so i skipped it Day 4 ✅️ did the routine twice i fell the burn but not in all the exersise i see some muscle development (actually shocking ) measurement - 10 inches i actally got some collar bone and neck while doing this so itsa good thing Day 5 ✅️ damn i can see my arm looking smaller and im not complaining the workout felt easy except the last part measurements-9 and a half inches Day 6 ✅️ It was preety good it didn't felt very painful measurements-9 and a half inches Day 7 ✅️ I feel powerful and barely felt any pain during workout Measurements- 9 inches Conclusion- yes you should try this workout if you feel very down and I started this to get my arms skinny and I wanna end this with strong arms so it changed my mindset and it might change yours so yeah this deserves a try Please like it was really a struggle to type my improvements everyday

the only exercise doing something, if anything at all, is the wall pushup (she probably should've done it on the ground,knees or not, for a higher intensity). otherwise this is just a bunch of BS lol, fucking morons thinking this'll actually do something
I did this everyday for 2 weeks and the difference was noticeable!!! My muscles have definitely become more toned, and the fat has noticeably reduced! Arms look and feel leaner! 110% recommend - you got this!
@@jennasalzan1808 I think it’s definitely a good starting point and easy to pick up. Definitely challenging the first few times. You may find yourself bored, unmotivated or tired during the workout, but your motivation can only from from you! Good luck

So I just started today and was quite proud of myself for not stopping even though I was in tears in the end. Will keep updating Day 1 :✔, my arms hurt so much Day 2 : ✔, it still hurts and had to take a break one time . I really forgot to update this but I am really proud of myself because i have seen noticeable change in my arms and it doesn't look bad now when I were sleeveless dress. For those who are doing, keep doing it two times a day and don't give up because the results will be worth it. Tysm

For all those asking if it is effective. YES. I have been doing this everyday for a month and i have seen drastic results in my arms. Not getting muscular or skinny but the loose flab is getting under a lot of control. When i started I had to pause 7-8 times, now I hardly pause. Im doing this for a week or more Day 1 ✅ Was not expecting it to be so hard. Ruined my arms. Day 2 ✅ Felt a bit more ready. Arms were numb. Day 3 ✅ Arms were burning but felt pretty good afterwards. Day 4 ✅ Was still burning but I felt a bit more used to it. Day 5 ✅ It was burning but it felt good. I could fell it getting easier. Day 6 ✅ The burning started turning Into a good type of burning. Day 7 ✅ Starting getting way easier. I like the burn. Day 8 ✅ It’s really easy for me now. I really enjoy this workout, especially in the morning. I’m not updating this anymore but overall this is a very good workout and I already see big changes. I’m going to do this every day for the rest of summer, just know it will get easier.

Did you measure the largest part of your upper arm? Your measurements are either off, or you are anorexic. My ankle is 22cm and I am an anorexic 5'5 guy, I can not believe your arm is 20cm. Make sure you are measuring the largest part of your upper arm.
I've been doing this since around the beginning of quarantine and I 100% recommend this. Starting this was EXTREMELY hard I couldn't finish most of them without stopping and i felt as if i had hardly done any.(which at first discouraged me then motivated me) I wasn't expecting that much of a change and not looking at my arms until about a week and a half into it i felt stronger and my arms where firmer, at the begging the most noticeable change was my fat,it looked looser. Now the most noticeable change was in my shoulders from the back you can see muscle, then my fat from my arms decreased (i can burly pinch it now) .I noticed my skin get tighter and now there is a slight line in the middle of my arm creating muscle. Today i was able to do the whole workout without stopping and i felt no pain the only one i felt was the very last one and the one where you criss cross your arms. This is a good starting place and I'm more confident doing more vigorous workouts with my arms now. DON"T GIVE UP its only 10 minutes!!! YOU GOT THIS

Day 1: It burned and hurt like hell but pushed through it
Day 2: Super sore and felt weak-still had difficulty
Day 3: It got easier and my arms feel stronger
Day 4: I can now do the side plank without collapsing to the floor
Day 5: Burned like hell but I got through without stopping (starting to see more definition in my arms when I flex!)
Day 6: Exercises are getting a little easier. Starting to see a little definition already! Still burns but I don’t feel like I need collapse my arms in agony anymore haha
Day 7: It’s becoming easier for me! My endurance has increased
Day 8: People are noticing the definition in my arms. I’ve lost about an inch of fat each arm!!
Day 9: Still losing that fat and gaining muscle/lean definition!
Day 12: These exercises are becoming easier to do. I can do these with more intensity and quickness. Arm fat is decreasing
Day 14: My arms are more sculpted and my triceps are popping out when I flex-which has never happened before. In addition-I’ve lost some of my love handles below my pit area and I’ve lost about an inch of arm fat 👏🏻
Update: It’s July 3, 2020 as I write this- My arms have significantly changed since I did this challenge! I have muscle definition when I flex! My armpits/upper body fat have indeed shrunk as well. I still to this day come back to do this when I want to give my arms a workout. I can now do side planks and hold my body weight up on a mat. Longest plank I’ve done is 4 minutes!! I couldn’t even do a minute before! This jump started my upper body strength training! This has done wonders on my arms! Don’t give up! Trust me it’s worth it! 💕

Instead of doing day by day updates ive been doing this workout since june 2. Missed about 2 days but wanted to give my results thus far. I measured my arms on day 1: 22 inches. Today is june 24th and my arms are measuring at 16 inches. I went from wearing a 3x shirt to now wearing a xl and it being loose around my arms!! I couldnt believe it I asked my mom to.measure me twice. Lol.
I am a 37 year old female started at 288 lbs. Now 270lbs 24 days later. Doing cardio daily like classic taebo and shaun t dance workouts. Lost about 4 to 5 inches off other areas of my body as well. I've been alternate day fasting while doing omad on the days I eat. When I do it's something Healthy. I eliminated snacking because that was my issue.
Wanted to come back and offer some encouragement for those who are doing it and thinking of doing it. I will keep going. Now I can do it consistently and straight through without taking my own rest breaks or dropping my arms in pain. I can keep up with chloe now.

I’m so incredibly happy already. It hasn’t been long since I started this workout and I can already see a difference!!! Day 1 and 2 were so difficult and I had to repeatedly stop because the burn was so intense, but now I am able to do this whole workout without stopping (the burn is definitely still there though😂). I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been doing other exercises for burning thigh and belly fat as well. My school camp is in 4 months and I have finally decided to make a change and become the most confident, happy, and healthy version of myself. I will come back in around 4 months (right before I leave) to give y’all an update on my progress and hopefully motivate you to keep going! To all the other people here who are on a weight loss, strengthening, and/or mental health journey… YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up because your hard work will definitely pay off❤ Stay strong guys because I believe in you. We’re in this together!

In a few weeks, they will. I just did them for 3 weeks, she finishes her warmup video with them. But those arm pulses though, they are on another level.
Correction: Well. Actually, at the end of this exercise, if you did the 'upper body + arms workout' before that, arm circles are hell.
My dance teacher always made us do arm circles, so I just got used to it

Hello Guys, I am struggling with flabby arms. Wearing sleeveless is fine but not for me as I look like an apple. I am on a weightloss journey. I am on a calorie deficit with the aim to tone my body. Ive joined the gym and have been going 3 times a week. Although I've built muscle, my arms still seem "flabby". I think something like this on a regular basis can help with accelerating the toning process. I'll do this for two weeks consistently and give updates.
Day1 - Done
Was really hard, my arms were burning. I did pause the video once in the middle for 5 secs but i completed the workout.
Day 2 - Done
My arms felt a little sore from doing it yesterday, it hurt more than it hurt yesterday but with one 5 sec break in the middle, I was able to do the entire workout again.
Day 3- Done
Today was even harder then the day before, arms were really sore and they were burning but I made it through. Took a 5 sec break in the middle.
Day 4 - done
Still sore and hurt all the same but made it through with a 2 sec break.
Day 5- done
My arms were still sore but somehow it felt a tiny bit easier.

To clarify on how much my fat reduced, I would say about half of it was gone in two weeks! If you want real results, keep doing it every day and don't take a break!

day 2 - ✔️✔️ (i did it twice, i didn't struggle as much as yesterday)
day 3 - ✔️✔️ (did it twice, once in the morning and once in the evening)
day 4 - ✔️✔️ (i love this workout! still no major changes but i feel toned)
day 5 - ✔️✔️ (SO FAR SO GOOD! i'm also walking every morning so i think and i hope i will have good results within a week)

For everyone who isn't able to do it without a break...try to walk a bit while doing the exercise and do not sit or just stand there. It helps to keep you a bit distracted, maybe listen to some good music. It helps me a lot

Listen up!! I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks. I’m not gonna bore u with my insecure big flabby arm insecurity story about how I couldn’t even wear a prom dress because I was so insecure about my arms. Oops anyways, my arms are WAYYYY lesss flabby, their toned. I was scared this would bulk me up but it toned them up so nicely. My shoulder blades have also toned and I’m becoming more confident about wearing tank tops! DONT GIVE UP!! Your on your phone or watching movies for 24 hours if ur here during lockdown. Use up 10 mins of your day to BE A BETTER YOU!
Thank you for this! I'm very insecure about my arms as well. Forget insecurity it makes clothes uncomfortable like if i put a blazer on I can't move lol. Elvie Lobo I just did this work and would walk one hour a day atleast. Because you can’t spot reduce fat. It’s so hard to lose arm fat especially for me so I have to do fully body workouts but walking one hour a day and doing this helped tone and slim down my arms in a week.

I have been diagnosed and cured from a brain tumour, before my diagnosis I was a fit healthy strong young person, but after treatment, I put on an awful lot of weight, and two years sat on a hospital bed did nothing for my fitness. I was busy the whole day so i skipped it
Day 4 ✅️ did the routine twice i fell the burn but not in all the exersise i see some muscle development (actually shocking ) measurement - 10 inches i actally got some collar bone and neck while doing this so itsa good thing
Day 5 ✅️ damn i can see my arm looking smaller and im not complaining the workout felt easy except the last part measurements-9 and a half inches

the only exercise doing something, if anything at all, is the wall pushup (she probably should've done it on the ground,knees or not, for a higher intensity). otherwise this is just a bunch of BS lol, fucking morons thinking this'll actually do something
I did this everyday for 2 weeks and the difference was noticeable!!! My muscles have definitely become more toned, and the fat has noticeably reduced! Arms look and feel leaner! 110% recommend - you got this!

For all those asking if it is effective. YES. I have been doing this everyday for a month and i have seen drastic results in my arms. Not getting muscular or skinny but the loose flab is getting under a lot of control. When i started I had to pause 7-8 times, now I hardly pause. Im doing this for a week or more
Day 1 ✅
Was not expecting it to be so hard. Ruined my arms.
Day 2 ✅
Felt a bit more ready. Arms were numb.
Day 3 ✅
Arms were burning but felt pretty good afterwards.
Day 4 ✅
Was still burning but I felt a bit more used to it.
Day 5 ✅
It was burning but it felt good. I could fell it getting easier.
Day 6 ✅
The burning started turning Into a good type of burning.
Day 7 ✅
Starting getting way easier. I like the burn.
Day 8 ✅
It’s really easy for me now. I really enjoy this workout, especially in the morning.
I’m not updating this anymore but overall this is a very good workout and I already see big changes. I’m going to do this every day for the rest of summer, just know it will get easier.

@@MimiDalli-zl4lf since it’s an arm workout I don’t think it makes any difference weather you sit or stand so do whatever works best for you :)
