something that kind of works for me is doing a back bend/bridge to help with my lower back cramps. It helps for the moment but it doesn't last for super long after you do it, so I don't even know if there are moves that can actually completely relieve cramps, that would be awesome!!

I have an idea for a series! Basically you write down all the excuses not to work out you can come up with, such as "I have no space", "I have no time" or "I am injured", and you create one video dedicated to every excuse. The person with no space gets a full body workout where you barely need any space at all, the person without time gets a 5 minute full body intense workout and the person who is injured gets a full body sitting down workout. I think an "excuse series" would really help!

I did a fitness test for my job yesterday and ended up doing 110 sit-ups in 2 minutes. All the military guys around me were looking at me like I was crazy and asking what my ab routine was. It's Pop-Pilates! :)
My abs aren't even sore today. Maybe they'll hurt tomorrow because of this video.

My son watched me doing your workout... He saw me struggeling with the "Earthquake"... responding: "what's the deal, mom, this is a easy move... look at her on TV"... I forced him to do the "easy" move... he literally could hold it for 2 seconds ;-) ok, he's nine, but he learned his lesson... never heard "easy" again, when he is watching me since then... greetings from Germany

Aysha94 for muscle maintenance I'd say just always be working out and keep your diet relatively healthy all the time. And as for what to eat when you work out: probably something like a piece of fruit before hand(maybe something a little heavier if you don't mind eating a bit before you work out) and something with carbs and protein afterwards E.g avocado and an egg on toast, protein shake(I don't recommend any whey protein powders, try sun warrior, perfect fit or vega if you're interested), peanut butter and banana on toast, oatmeal(you can also add protein powder or peanut butter to this if you want), tuna/chicken/egg Salad sandwich but sub the mayo for non fat natural yogurt or avocado, yoghurt with granola & fruit, rice cakes or crackers with veggies & hummus, fruit & protein bar(try to find ones with minimal ingredients coz a lot of them can be packed with nasty things and sugar). I know I'm not Cassie but I hope this helped!

Instead of saying that my abs did, indeed, hurt, I'll go ahead and say that I'm utterly in love with the punch crunch move ❤ It's a fun move that works your core AND fills you with energy as you get to release everything with those punches, I mean what else, seriously!

Hate it isn´t the right description of how I felt ... Actually I did enjoy the workout, however I struggle a lot with the "Earthquake", gosh I felt like in any moment I would fall. My favorite were the star abs and the punch abs? (sorry I think I forgot the names ) very dynamic movements!!! LIKE LIKE LIKE!!!

Hi 👋 this has nothing to do with this specific workout but, everytime I do workouts that demand me to be with my palms or under arms on the ground I get really bad pain in my wrists/arms, I thinks it's because I have very fragile wrists and such, does anyone have the same problem or tips? 😊

i try and rotate between a normal position and then using my fist instead

Don't do a position that hurts. Find another way to work those muscles. Also eat a plant based food plan, as much as possible. It will relieve inflammation. My arthritic joints have got smaller and less painful eating plant based.
I used to have that problem, but it's gotten a lot better. One thing that personally helped me is holding small weights, something like a half pound, and curling you're wrists upward. You could just have weak wrists, but if it still seriously hurts after a while you should ask you're doctor.

i have no idea why my neck always hurts when i do some ab exercises , its really hard for me not to strain it and if i relax it , it'll just make my head fall to the floor HAHA

Cassey I really struggle with a lot of ab exercises that involve leg lifting as my left lower back/hip always pops/clicks and it's uncomfortable and means I can't engage my abs. My mum is the same I think it's the way we are built but can you recommend any great exercises/do a video of ab exercises that don't involve popping the hips! (Would love to know if anyone else suffers from the same)
calooee In my experience that just means you lack the strength the complete the movement. Just keep at it and that should stop as you get stronger. As long as you're not in real pain, in which case you should not do it.
Thank you but it is too painful for me to even do it and its only on one side, so I need ab moves to build up my strength before. I've spoken to a lot of people and they don't have the same but my mum does so it must be a genetic problem with our joints
calooee please be careful something similar happened to me and I kept doing exercises anyways and turns out I have a herniated disc
Lots of plain crunches (feet on the ground/wherever is comfy) and something I know as a DJ for your obliques. Start as for a normal crunch, put your hands near your ears with your elbows out to the side as if you are holding big style headphones (hence the name). Go into a crunch, but instead of going back down, twist your upper body aiming your elbow towards the opposite knee. Keep your legs still.
sometimes when i do ab workouts my neck hurts is that ok? or am i doing something wrong?

your neck shouldn't hurt when doing abs! First, you have to concentrate on the muscles you are working (so the muscles where u feel the burn!), and then don't use your neck to lift you up, don't put your hands behind your neck, cross them on your chest. Hope this helped

love your videos but i wanna suggest one thing is that you might wanna include how many calories it can burn because i wanna know how many calories i have burnt by doing this workout💞
there would be no way she could do that because it's different for everyone! the amount of calories you burn during a workout depends on so many factors! such as, your height, weight, effort during the workout, etc. hope this helped :)
I used to count every single calorie in- out and it was so depressing. Just don't mind about that, as long as your body is fit and healthy 💪🏻
