    Don't know if you'll ever read this BUT I just want to say thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the videos you've been making over the years and for sharing them free for us on RUclips. You are truly a big inspiration in my life. I suffer from depression and have been for many years but your workouts and you have been pulling me to be active everyday and care for my own wellbeing. It brings joy into even the worst of days and for that I'm forever grateful. Hugs to you!

    I just started this workout and I see that I might be two years too late but I am here. This is way better then a workout that I recently started. I am a woman who weight 155lbs and I need to tone every part of my body but every "gym or exercise camp" wants me to loose weight but I don't want to continue to lose weight so I am extremely excited that I found YOUR PAGE & YOUR COMMUNITY!!! I CAN FEEL ALL OF THIS WORKOUT!!! THANK YOU

      Jackie Perez this workout doesnt hurt for me, it just feels awkward as hell because I feel like I cant straighten my leg out enough. It's so frustrating, help me 😔

      +Alex M +Alex M I know,this one doesn't make me sore the next day but the lunges burn when I'm doing them. What sucks about Pilates is that it's all about form so if u don't have good form or aren't squeezing everything all at the same time, u won't really feel it. This is beginner to intermediate level so if u want to bump up the intensity u could add ankle weights, do more reps, &/or take the 15 second break out all together & do 3 minutes of each move (45 secs X 4) which is what I do since my muscles have gotten used to it now. You could also hold onto something while u do the leg pulses & ham curls so that u can just focus on squeezing your booty & PRESSING with your heel while you squeeze your butt & core for the ham curls (make sure you're not just stretching out your leg). It helps when I place one of my hands on my booty as I do them so I can make sure that I really am squeezing everything, looks weird but it works :) I hope this helps a little, YOU CAN DO IT!

    I´m here from the Nov 2020 calendar and I must say, I always hated booty day. Always. Today was the first day I actually, really enjoyed it. Not just enjoyed when I was finished, but enjoyed the whole process, every move. And I particulary enjoy this vid, it was the perfect, a bit easier one to end on. Also love the balancing work. AND I jumped the squat lunges because I felt like I could use that heart rate to go up one last time. I modified an excercise to be harder for the FIRST TIME EVER. This is HUGE to me, so thank you so, so much!

    Hi Cassey, I'm back.
    I've had 4 mths in the snow here in Australia, working as a Ski Lodge Manager.
    I have to thank you for your encouraging words in one of your videos. You helped me to focus on what I wanted and needed after a much traumatic marriage separation.
    So I got serious about my life. Decided I'd love to work and live in the snow for a season and went about getting it for real.
    When I got the job I couldn't believe it. It was a huge step for me, a step forward in my life.
    I concentrated on your HIIT workouts, plie workouts (my fave) and turbo butt, as well as any other leg/thigh workout I could find in your collection.
    When I got to the snow and got to ski everyday, it was amazing, and I thank you for getting my legs and fitness into top shape to handle the challenging conditions.
    I was so busy, I didn't get to workout with you everyday :( But you know what... I remembered your stretches, and made sure I stretched before and after my skiing.
    Now I'm back home again, and my butt and thighs are the slimmest and tightest they've ever been, and I'm 53 (but I still feel 25).
    I am keen to keep my new shape, so who do I turn to? CASSEY of course. Because she has all the right moves.
    I've been following your workouts for about a year now, I love each and every one of them, you're so good at saying the right things at the right time. And I see results.
    In the past I've worked out in the gym, gone on bike rides, tried pilate band workouts, but none of them compare with yours. I still can't believe I can get awesome results with just working out against my own body weight.
    Thankyou Cassey, you're a life saver, wish I could hug you right now.

    I did the Jan.1st workout yesterday after not having worked out for 2 months. My butt is already sore. I was hoping today wasn't going to be glutes. My butt is going to hate me now, but it'll thank me later. ;) (Also, hi Cassie! I've been following you for about 8 years, love your workouts!     Your videos are getting better and better. I have a weird request, Cassey. Please do a video for postpartum exercises to combat prolapse, slipped discs etc. One that contains kegel and pelvic floor exercises. I know a few moms including myself who would looove this

    You are so beautiful and beyond perfect Cassey! 😍🌸💕 I looooove the fact that you kept this video with your small "mistakes" of almost tipping over because it shows that you are truly working hard not everyone does perfect every single time. It makes us feel more comfortable rather than looking at a superbly perfect routine (even though you are always perfect!).     I did it! After third round I thought that I'm over it, and I'm just gonna die, but I thought that I'm not a quitter! I simply grab onto my desk in a last round, because I wasn't doing that one-leg exercises on my full potential and gave 150% on my booty. I love you, Cassie, I can't wait for this series!

    I love this workout! I've been doing your exercises for over 2 months now, admittedly not the calendar because I just love going through all your videos and finding my favourites! This is one of them, I did this 4x without stopping and they I am sweating and my heart is going so fast! Crazy you can do that without jumping and burpees! Can't wait to see some results after 6 weeks fingers crossed!!!

    I just did this workout 4 times since it was my only workout of the day and wow I'm sweating bullets. Thanks for uploading non-jumping videos! I sprained my ankle and have been trying to avoid jumping so this is great!

    Really tried to just focus on working my glute muscles and it made it so much harder, especially because of the muscle-mind connection and stuff like lunges and squats are easy to make them target your quads when you're not thinking about it, so that really made it even more of a challenge. Loved the workout!

    These vids have been sort of my introduction to fitness. I've always been active as a dancer but the have allowed me to target specific muscles and improve my dancing. I have just started going to the gym and doing weights. Thank you so much cassey! I do one of your abs workouts every day!

    OMG!!! I used to do a lot of your work outs about a year or more ago. I just printed out this months calendar and did this work out first. Only did the first round and I am sweating up a storm!!! It feels like progress!

    I actually can't believe how much I sweated through out this workout! I used dumbells to push myself, and add a bit more resistance and did it x4 through. It worked! Thank you Cassey again!

    I could kind of keep up on the first round (even though I had problems with balance), but the fourth round... I did everything in super slow motion! Squat lunges were the worst! My legs still feel so shaky, I can barely get up and walk.

    Can you please do a video on what songs and music are good for pop pilates? I need to make a playlist for my workouts but the kind of music i usually listen to doesn't really fit for pop pilates so it would be awesome if you could make a video about that if you haven't already! :D

    This is awesome! Thank you for doing what you do! I love exercising but I don't really enjoy the gym and yoga, kickboxing, and spin classes can be so expensive! You make fun, energetic workouts accessible to those on tight budgets-and schedules. ❤️ in short, you're an angel! 👼🏻

    okay whoa hold up... 4x?! I only did it once my first day and second day- and i can barely sit and go up the stairs!

    I did this 3 times and then another one of you're videos. It's a day later and my hamstrings and butt still hurt. You weren't kidding!

    cassey u know I had those straight fat legs and though they are still on the heavier side the shape of them is exactly like yours. pilates have changed the shape of my stubborn legs and while doing lunges I see ny quads popping. that's for real. I can't stop staring at them . they are still bulky but for me it's a great achievement. THANK YOU I LOVE YOU

      Brenna Lehotsky I did Pilates all of cassey's workout religiously. But I did walking and some cardio as an elliptical bike but more focus to all of blogilates videos

    April 14 workout complete!!! I may have skipped two of the videos today because I just don't have the time right now, but I still feel dead. Also I feel a lot of these in my lower back more than in my butt. Is that just me???

    Loved this so much. Simple moves but really effective. No jumping or hectic moves so this is perfect for my recovery days or those days where I'm sore and stiff. And thank you Cassie for that body positive comment right from the start!

      Silvia M F I would like that to. I can't do a proper lunge without my arms pushing me up thanks to a knee disorder

      I have week knees and do this workout but replace the lunges with bridge pulses, fire hydrants, etc!! :)

      I also have knee issues, and just didn't go all the way down. halfway through I did have to use my arms to push myself up, but I still got the workout, just didn't kill my knee in the process! Best of luck to you!

    WoWWWWWW!!! I stopped exercising for more than a year and now I know my body needed exercises so I decided to start now. I fully realized that my body is really out of shape. I couldn't even balance like I used to before plus I haven't finish the video my thighs gave in...just finished one round but I will come back after posting this comment.
